Hello, our group has recently been compromised by an account named "Knocking Spraying Car." All our admin members have been removed from their roles, and I, as one of the oldest admins, am seeking assistance to reclaim control. Our community is large, with 64K members, and it is urgent that we regain access. This individual only joined the group on October 1st, [redacted], and now holds sole admin rights, which is highly suspicious given the situation. It is evident that our group has been targeted by a hacker or fraudster. Your help in restoring my admin privileges is greatly appreciated. I attempted to log in on my iPad but cannot remember my password. Approximately a week ago, I modified it due to suspicious login activity from a different location. Luckily, I am still logged in on my phone. However, I am anxious as I seem to have forgotten the new password. The email associated with my account is outdated, and I no longer have access to it. I have been using a new email for over four years now. The only contact information I can provide is the email listed below, as my account is also connected to my phone number. In the past, I had a Facebook account that I used regularly. Recently, I received a suspicious link from some unauthorized individuals. When I clicked on it, it prompted me to enter my Facebook login details, which I unfortunately provided. Now, when I try to log in, I realize that my account no longer exists. Despite my efforts, I couldn't regain access, and I ended up creating a new account using the same email address. I am having trouble with my account. I have tried to create a new one using my phone number and email, but it seems like someone from California has accessed my account without permission. They have changed the name and email associated with it, causing me a lot of frustration. My account is currently locked. I have attempted the password reset process and now they require me to verify my identity by contacting 6 friends from my list. Unfortunately, I do not communicate with any of the friends Facebook randomly selected. I have tried the "Verify with another option" button, but it redirects me to the same friend verification process. Can Facebook not verify through alternative methods like using my email? I have reset my password three times and entered the codes sent to my email each time, only to face the same request to ask friends for assistance. This is frustrating as it is not my friends' responsibility to unlock my account. I am seeking a resolution to this issue.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to a forgotten password and an outdated email address. I tried changing my email address using the recovery tool and received a confirmation code via email, but there was no link to proceed to the next step. The page remained on the confirmation prompt without loading the code entry section. Despite receiving the code multiple times, I was unable to advance. This issue has resulted in being blocked from the feature after several attempts, causing a two-week disruption in accessing my business account. Each time I attempt to sign in with the new email and password, I am directed back to the page to remove the old email address and phone number. Although I input the new email, receive the code, and enter it correctly, the page does not progress to the next step. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I urge Facebook to take a closer look at the comments reported by bullies and trolls. With the upcoming federal elections in Canada, there's an increase in insults, bullying, and false information being spread. This kind of behavior only provokes arguments and leads to a vicious cycle. It's disheartening to see victims being reported by trolls without their accounts being reviewed thoroughly. Receiving warnings about community standards without addressing the root cause is frustrating. I'm considering deleting my Facebook account because of this. Facebook, please address users like Rob K. Hill, who consistently engage in inflammatory behavior on platforms like CBC news, Macleans, and the page of PM Trudeau. It's time to take action against these types of individuals.

I purchased a flying fairy doll from Cadevot after seeing their ad on FB. The item arrived poorly packaged and damaged, causing it to not function correctly. Despite my attempts, Cadevot has not cooperated with my refund request. After seeing similar complaints in their ad comments, I believe they are selling subpar products. The doll itself appears unsafe for young children, despite being labeled for ages over 3. Cadevot initially offered no refund, then 20%, followed by 30%, and most recently 50%. I am firm on receiving a full refund, or I will involve trading standards. This company should not be allowed to advertise potentially dangerous products like this.

Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties for several months with the greetings on my various Facebook pages. The pages are not loading and remain blank. Despite sending numerous messages reporting the issue, I have not received any responses and the problem persists. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome as my internet browser on a MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6. The issue is the same on the iPhone application where the homepage does not display, however, it works fine on the fbpage application. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. My Facebook account has been compromised, and I'm unable to access it as it's linked to my old email address, [redacted], for which I don't remember the password. I was logged out of my account for some reason, and now I can't access it. It said my password was incorrect, so I attempted to reset it, but I am unable to as the email linked is 10 years old, and I do not recall the password. After trying to change it and receiving the code, the system is not accepting it. Even though I received an email from Facebook indicating the issue was fixed, it has not been resolved. I feel ignored by the support team. I have been locked out of my account for over a week now. Please assist me with this matter.

After my phone was stolen, I had to replace it along with my number. When I tried to log in to Facebook, my account was disabled. I sent an appeal with my Photo ID and received an email saying it's no longer disabled. However, when I try to log in through the app, it still shows as disabled. Unfortunately, I can't receive the verification code on my new number since I don't have access to the old one. I created a new Facebook account with the same email address but now I would like to delete it and recover my original account. Thank you.

There are individuals on Word Chums attempting to swindle others out of money through their chat feature. They often request to move the conversation to platforms like Hangouts or texting. Despite engaging with one of them for a week, I am vigilant and not falling for their tricks. Today, the person I was chatting with asked for a $[redacted] card, but I suspect there is more to their scheme. They are now requesting a Steam wallet card to be loaded at a store and connected to a PDF raw file. It's disheartening to encounter such deceitful people. Having been scammed before, I am cautious, but I feel the need to alert others and prevent these scams from happening. This behavior must be addressed promptly.

Hello everyone, I wanted to inform you all that there has been an update from the National Telecommunications Commission in the Philippines. They have issued a memo stating that phone numbers will change from 7 to 8 digits. While trying to update my contact details, I encountered issues where the system did not accept the new number as valid. This change is set to take place on 06 October [redacted] for all landline users across the country. I hope this gets resolved soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
