I created my Facebook account around 3 to 4 years ago. I have faced numerous issues with my account, mainly due to the detection of suspicious activity. Despite following Facebook Community Guidelines, my account was marked for suspicious activity twice in one week. After successfully verifying my identity, it took Facebook's team two days to resolve the issue. However, three days ago, my account was disabled again due to another alleged suspicious activity detection. I am starting to believe that the Facebook team may be unfairly targeting me, or perhaps they are simply being lax in reviewing my account.

Are you planning to address the hacking and fake accounts on Facebook, or will you let the same situation recur? It's obvious when an account is fake, especially those stirring up trouble on political pages with minimal posts from recent creations. It's disappointing - it feels like you're supporting Trump over democracy, jeopardizing our nation without bipartisan collaboration. Foreign influences are manipulating the platform effectively. The number of trolls visible without seeking them shows your lack of action. This is quite concerning.

Last night, on October 2, [redacted], I uploaded a photo and promptly got a notification stating that it violated Facebook's community standards. I disputed this and confirmed it did not breach any guidelines, and now the picture is visible on my news feed. However, despite Facebook reviewing and allowing the image, I remain restricted from posting and using Messenger for 30 days due to that photo. Why am I still unable to share and message if the issue with the picture has been resolved? Please guide me on this matter.

I can go live on Facebook and invite friends to join me, but when they try to go live, they can't add me to join their stream. I've attempted different solutions, like being close to the internet or switching from wifi to mobile data, but it still doesn't work. I own a Huawei phone that operates with the Google App store, similar to the Android system. It's frustrating that I can send invites, but my friends can't add me to their live videos.

I am experiencing difficulty logging back into my account. I attempted to remove old numbers from my Facebook account but inadvertently triggered the confirmation of my identity. Despite completing the security check, verifying identity photos of friends, and reviewing recent comments, I am unable to access my account. The code cannot be sent to my previous number, which I was trying to remove, but can be sent to my current number, [redacted]. I also have access to my email. Unfortunately, I am unable to approve the login on another device as I am logged out. I value my account, which holds sentimental value, as it connects me with friends and family. Rebuilding my network on a new account would be cumbersome, as I am close to the 5,[redacted] friends limit.

Yesterday, on October 3rd, [redacted], between 7 and 8 o'clock, I mistakenly gave authority to a hacker to change my account password. Unfortunately, my account didn't have additional security measures like email verification, allowing the hacker to change both my email address and name. I have screenshots of the hacker that I can provide. Currently, I only have my mobile number as a login option, but when I attempt to recover my password, the hackers' email appears. If you could send me an OTP via my mobile number, I would be able to log in successfully and change my password as soon as possible. I've been using this account since [redacted]. My last known password was "pubgmoblie007". A few weeks ago, I updated my profile picture to public briefly, then changed it back to private.

I believe my account has been compromised and might have been deleted. I attempted to transfer money to my sister for safekeeping, which is when I noticed unusual activity. Another individual seems to have linked their phone number to my account, causing me to go through a cycle of password verifications. The system informs me that this is not the intended use of the account. Additionally, a friend mentioned that we are no longer connected. I am also unable to utilize Messenger and resetting my password has not resolved the issue.

My PayPal account was compromised through Facebook. I reset my password, but it's not working. I can't boost posts on my business pages or comment on others' posts. My attempts to reset the password via phone and email have failed. Currently, I'm logged in through a fingerprint scan. I need help fixing my password and being able to boost posts on my business pages.

To whom it may concern: Hello, I am Kaylan Listach-Nienaber. I recently set up a business account on Facebook under the name "RootsAndWildflowers". After noticing another business with the same name, I decided to change my business name to "RootsAndWhimsy" to avoid confusion. Despite updating all my social media and marketing materials, Facebook has not approved my request. I am reaching out to appeal this decision and kindly request that my business name be updated to RootsAndWhimsy. This adjustment is crucial for my business's clarity and growth, as it will distinguish it from a floral business with a similar name. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -Kaylan Listach-Nienaber

Hello, Facebook support team, I am a user from Indonesia on Instagram. My account recently got deactivated by Instagram for supposedly violating the terms and conditions. However, I am confident that I have not breached any rules. I suspect that my account might have been hacked, and that the hacker used it to violate the terms and conditions. I have reached out to Facebook to request assistance in resolving this matter. Your help in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards.

I recently purchased a new phone and can no longer access the number linked to my Facebook account, preventing me from receiving the verification code. Despite sending my ID photos multiple times, I have yet to receive any responses. My name is Joshua, and the phone number associated with the account is [redacted]. Additionally, I no longer have access to the linked email address. It has been several months now, and I am eager to regain access to my account promptly. I am able to provide my password and other necessary information. My new contact number is [redacted].

I'm seeking assistance due to my hacked account. Without warning, I was logged out and informed that my password had been altered. Following the "forgot my password" procedure, I was prompted to obtain codes from my three trusted contacts. After submitting the codes, a message indicated I would receive an email with further instructions for recovery. Despite waiting for a month, I have not received any communication from Facebook. Upon attempting to log in again, a verification code was supposedly sent to my yahoo account linked to the Facebook profile. However, I no longer have access to my yahoo account, as it was suspended due to inactivity, and I cannot recall the password which was established eight years ago. I am uncertain about the next steps to take and feel distressed about regaining access to my account, given the significant amount of personal data, documents, and memories stored there. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The person in charge of the Coin Master Raffles Asylum page has been speaking negatively about me without cause. She has also posted pictures of my kids without my permission, which is against the law. I have requested multiple times for her to remove the photos, but she hasn't complied. Now, she has blocked me from the page and her messenger, making it impossible for me to reach out to her. I want the page to be shut down due to her actions.

I've recently been placed on a 3-day Facebook probation for what I believe is mentioning the term "cock" in the context of my virtual chicken show. It seems this may have triggered the violation of community guidelines. I think Facebook should have a live review process in place for situations like this. I find it frustrating that I can't manage my group right after an event. The enforcement of rules on Facebook is becoming excessive and having a live support team could help address these issues more effectively. Your support is valued during this situation.

I've been running a Facebook Lead generation ad on my business page fb.com/Beebiviiplemine for nearly a week. Despite reaching [redacted] people with [redacted] views, and getting 35 unique link clicks, I have not received any leads. I'm concerned that the "register" button on the ad might not be functioning properly. I noticed that when I check notifications, the button does not appear, but it does show up in AdsManager without being clickable. Can someone please verify if the ad (id: [redacted][redacted]) is working correctly? I'm disappointed not to have any leads after investing and may need to consider closing the ad if no improvements are made.

I am reaching out to address a concerning issue involving a user on Facebook Dating named Matt Mattison. I was in a tumultuous relationship with him that included mental, emotional, and physical abuse in front of my daughter. He also sexually abused my child. Despite my efforts to seek help from local authorities due to his ongoing harassment and stalking, he continues to create new profiles to monitor me. Recently, he interacted with me on your dating platform, which is distressing. I urge you to permanently remove him from the app and flag his account to prevent him from targeting other vulnerable individuals. His predatory behavior poses a significant risk, and I hope you take swift action to safeguard your users. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I kindly request an update on the steps taken following your investigation. - CS

I have had a Facebook account for 11 years. Suddenly, while scrolling through my newsfeed, I was logged out and asked to verify my identity by uploading a photo of myself. I did not receive any email after doing so. I created new accounts when I didn't get a response, but the same thing happened to all of them. After a few days, when I tried to log in, it said my account was disabled. I submitted an appeal because I don't know why this happened. I would like my account reopened or at least have my pictures downloaded to my phone, especially those of my daughter from newborn to 4 years old. Some of those photos are not saved on my current device. I have no other copies. Please assist me in recovering my account for these important memories.

I have had a Facebook account for a long time. Suddenly, while scrolling through my newsfeed, I was logged out of my account and asked to verify my identity by uploading a photo of myself. I did this but did not receive an email response. After waiting for three days, I created a new account as a backup, but the same situation occurred with that account as well as with two others I created. When I tried to log in later, it said my account had been disabled. I have submitted an appeal because I am unsure why my account was disabled. I am desperate to recover my account, especially to save the photos of my daughter from when she was a newborn to three years old. Some of these pictures are not saved elsewhere, and I have no copies. I have sent multiple emails but have received no replies. I am hoping for help to retrieve my account and my precious photos.

I have been using Facebook for a long time. Suddenly, while scrolling through my newsfeed, I was unexpectedly logged out and asked to verify my identity by uploading a photo. I did so but received no email response. After several days with no update, I created a new account as a backup, only to face the same issue again. This cycle repeated with additional accounts I created. Three days later, I discovered that my original account had been disabled without any explanation. I submitted an appeal but I am still unsure why my account was disabled. I am desperate to retrieve my account, as it holds precious photos of my daughter from newborn to * years old, some of which are not saved on my current device. I am unable to recover these precious memories. Your assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using my only and original Facebook account for over 9 years and have changed my password several times. Recently, I upgraded to a new phone but have been encountering difficulties logging in with what I believed was my current password. Unfortunately, the account recovery options, particularly email, are not helpful as the original email address associated with the account has been inactive for years, and I cannot recall the password. My main concern is the precious photos of my children that are on my Facebook account, which I share with distant family members. Losing them would be devastating, which is why I'm seeking assistance.
