I have a page dedicated to my 5-year-old son's battle with a very rare form of A.L.L T-Cell Leukemia. The page is called Nathan's Journey. We almost lost our son over the weekend due to complications he was having. I had posted pictures of him with Batman yesterday. Batman is one of his favorite superheroes! Every time I update my son's page, I share it on my own Facebook page and public figure page, which I have done for the past 8 months since his diagnosis. Someone reported that picture of my son with Batman as spam. Now I cannot respond to people commenting on that post. I would like complete control back of my page. I uploaded the screenshot of what pops up when I try to respond. Yesterday, someone also left a comment on my personal wall saying that Batman was a demon. It was probably the person who reported my picture. Please manually review this. This isn't fair. :(

In July, a video of me grooming a challenging dog was shared by someone out of jealousy. Despite not facing any charges and with the owners acknowledging their dog's difficult behavior, I find myself dealing with ongoing harassment on Facebook. I have been subjected to name-calling and multiple threats, making me feel unsafe to go out. I have saved the messages as evidence of the harassment I am enduring. I want to emphasize that I have not been charged with anything, yet I am constantly being targeted. This situation is intolerable. I implore for assistance as I fear for my safety.

Hello, I'm Tona Crocker. I have Barney Fife as my profile picture on Facebook. Recently, my Facebook Pay has stopped working. My cousin, who goes by "John Anthony Johnson" on Facebook with a pickup truck as his profile picture, set up an account for us to exchange money, but then the dollar sign disappeared from my Facebook. It seems like this issue started the same day my cousin tried to set up his account. I believe Facebook may have flagged it as fraudulent activity, which was not the case. Is there any way to resolve this? I really enjoy using Facebook Pay.

I am experiencing two issues. Firstly, I mistakenly re-posted my deep pink boots for sale and was informed that it was a duplicate listing. Every time I delete it, I lose the post, only to have it reappear when I try to list again. Secondly, I emailed yesterday but have not received a reply. I am confused about why my listing for a brand new wheelchair has been halted when I have successfully sold other mobility aids on Facebook before. I have sold my scooter and purchased one on Facebook as well, but for some reason, the wheelchair listing is not going through. I believe it is a beautiful item and would appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you, Margaret.

On October 2nd, I received an email alerting me about a possible unauthorized access to my Facebook account. I attempted to follow the steps to check my recent comments but encountered issues with the hourly limit. Despite trying to verify my identity on another device, I faced the same limited options. Curiously, during this process, I managed to reset my password. Ultimately, on my desktop, I successfully submitted my photo ID for verification, hoping this would lead to the reinstatement of my account access via email. My personal account is crucial for work, where I serve as an admin for our business page. Access to social media accounts linked to our work page is essential for my job, as I utilize them to post on Instagram for our company. The lack of access is hindering my ability to fulfill my work responsibilities effectively.

I'm having trouble accessing my albums "Luna's First Year" and Videos. There seems to be an issue as I can't load the content, which includes thousands of videos. While uploading items to "Luna's First Year," I kept receiving an Error Try Again message, and now the albums won't open. I've attempted to access them from different platforms and cleared my browser, but the problem persists. I also can't open them on other users' pages. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Hello, I am a Ph.D. student of computer science from G.C. University. I do not post any irrelevant material on my Facebook account. Today, I received an email stating that my account has been blocked for 3 days due to not following Facebook community rules. I have carefully checked my Facebook profile and cannot find anything that goes against community standards. Please reactivate my old account from [redacted]. I do not want to lose it. I'm having trouble loading photos on Facebook Newsfeed and connecting to apps like Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp on my iPhone 11. This issue occurs when I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, as my data connection is fine and other apps work correctly. My Facebook account was hacked, and my business account is linked to it. I've tried all the suggested online steps to regain access. Identity recovery almost worked, but I didn't receive the code from Facebook, so I couldn't complete the process. I managed to change the password, but I'm stuck without the code. I remain unable to access my Facebook account.

Hello, my name is Daniel and my Facebook account name is Ayim Peprah Daniel. Just this evening, I received a link from someone and clicked on it. It took me to a page where I entered my Facebook login information. Now, when I try to use my Facebook app, it says my password is incorrect. I have two Facebook accounts. One is under my given name, Melody Taylor, and the other one is under the name Ronnie Long, who was my cousin. I'm not sure how I ended up with the second account as I'm not very tech-savvy. When I try to open the Facebook app on my phone, it tells me the session has timed out and logs me out. When I attempted to log back in, it claimed my password was changed 16 hours ago, which I did not do. The issue arises when trying to reset the password as my Facebook email is linked to my Hotmail account, but I can't recall the password because it was created in middle school, and I'm now 27 years old. I need assistance determining if my account was hacked or guidance on accessing my account to reset the password.

A couple of years ago, my email account [redacted] and cell number [redacted] were hacked into. Recently in [redacted], I've started feeling a bit safer. The hackers changed my password and added a 2-step verification ending in 47and49. I changed my password two years ago, but Microsoft informed me that my Hotmail account will be closed in 30 days due to these issues. I want to delete my Facebook account to prevent further identity theft. The hackers have posted photos on my account, including ones of my deceased cousin and grandchildren, falsely claiming I'm still working when I'm actually retired. Please help me close this account. Hello, I’m having trouble connecting my Shopify store to Facebook. An error message keeps popping up, stating that I'm not the admin of my page. I believe this issue arose because I connected my page to Facebook Business Manager, which now controls it. When I attempted to adjust roles, I found that I cannot assign the admin role to my personal profile. I am attempting to update the business Facebook account Identifier from the official business name, E-Church Essentials, LLC, which many users are not familiar with, to the primary service we offer, "Assessme Assessments". Our clients are well-acquainted with our Assessme Assessments program. Initially, when we set up the account, we were compelled to use our formal business title. However, when I try to request a name change, the reviewers claim it alters the purpose of the Facebook account, which is untrue. The Facebook account's content wholly supports our Assessme Assessments program with a clientele of over [redacted],[redacted] in 36 countries. Established since [redacted], this modification should not present a significant issue.

I have a Facebook account under the username LuciaNo Laura. I did not provide any contact details but usually logged in with my phone number and password. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and am now unable to access my account. Despite trying various recovery methods, I have not been successful. Oddly, Facebook claims they cannot locate my account, but it appears when I search for it on a different device. It has been a long time since I started attempting to regain access, and I would appreciate any assistance.

I am struggling to remember my password for my Facebook account. My phone number is connected to the account, and I have requested a 6-digit code which shows it is being sent via SMS, but I never receive it. I am unsure why this is happening. I submitted my driver's license for verification almost 72 hours ago and haven't received any update on that yet. Jamie Vallo.

A few years ago, I deactivated my Facebook account but now want to recover it. Despite submitting my ID for verification, the link sent by Facebook to reactivate the account is not functional as it still shows the account as locked. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to generate a new working link that will allow me to regain access to my account. Reconnecting with friends on my Facebook profile is important to me. Despite Facebook confirming my ID submission, I am unable to unlock my account as it prompts for ID verification, which I have already completed. I have attempted to reach out via email but have yet to receive a response.
