I need assistance as there has been an unauthorized transaction on our page. A hacker has gained access to our account and made themselves the admin. The issue is compounded as our page was linked to our bank account for post boosting on Facebook. The unauthorized withdrawals total almost 11,[redacted].00 Philippine Peso. I attempted to delete my previous Facebook account linked to my phone number, [redacted], in order to create a new one associated with my email. Unfortunately, seeking support on the new account for expediting the old account's deletion resulted in both accounts being disabled. I am uncertain why the account connected to [redacted] was disabled and am seeking guidance on permanently deleting it to establish a new Facebook profile.

Hello, I recently switched to a new android phone and encountered an issue logging in. I received a notification stating my password was being reset and then another saying the password had been changed. My old device was an Android Note 8, and now I'm using a Note 10+. I attempted to verify my identity by answering the last four posts I made, but it informed me I had reached my hourly submission limit. I underwent cataract surgery yesterday, so it's possible that I may have mistakenly pressed incorrect buttons. Apologies for any confusion caused. I urgently need help.

Hello, I recently connected with a new friend on Facebook named Cheryl McDonald. She informed me that she won $[redacted],[redacted] through a person named Steven Stewart on Facebook. Steven messaged me and confirmed me as a winner as well. He requested that I fill out a form with my details and Facebook password. After doing so, he instructed me to choose a package to cover FedEx delivery costs ranging from $[redacted] to $5,[redacted], promising winnings between $50,[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. I mentioned my financial constraints, but Steven agreed to follow up next Thursday. I realize I may have made a mistake due to my desperation, but I'm starting to suspect they are trying to scam me, as they have done to others. Any urgent assistance would be appreciated.

I recently had my Marketplace access revoked due to inadvertently selling items that violated Facebook policy. Once I was informed of this, I ceased posting those items immediately. Despite requesting a review, my access was not reinstated. It has been some time now, and I am hoping to have my Marketplace access restored. I have a clean record prior to this incident, and I now have a better understanding of Marketplace policies. I can assure you that I will adhere to the guidelines going forward. Thank you, Steve

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the email [redacted] I have tried to recover my password using the same email and my phone number +[redacted], but as I haven't used my email for a while and my phone number is no longer active, I am unable to receive the verification code. Even with the 6-digit code from Facebook, the page doesn't proceed to the next step.

A duplicate page was unintentionally created and has since been removed. The original page name was Hearth Blankets, but it was temporarily changed to Hearth Blankets NO INSTA due to an issue with Instagram syncing. Unfortunately, I am now unable to revert the name change and would like to have it set back to Hearth Blankets. Our company is set to open on Tuesday, so it's crucial to have the original name restored. Thank you for your assistance!

My Facebook account got hacked. The hackers used my profile picture and some photos, claiming to be from Pearland, Texas, a place I've never resided in. After my friends and family reported the suspicious activity, I managed to regain access for about 12 hours. However, now whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying my account is disabled. I can't seem to find any way to reach out to Facebook. It should have been easy to identify the real Facebook page since I've been using it for years. But it seems both my accounts have been disabled by now. Can anyone assist with this issue?

We have a business page on Facebook with five admins managing it. While replying to page messages, the responses show as coming from the business page. However, when following up on events listed with our business, it goes through as a personal message from the admin. We want to ensure that our replies to customers interested in our events show as coming from the business. We have researched and tried various solutions without success. Any suggestions on how we can fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Sneha and my IG username is @snehasaksena. I reported an account on IG (@naamandaaz) yesterday at 9:30 am PST for impersonating me and using my pictures without permission. My personal account, @snehasaksena, was disabled/deleted by Instagram around 4:00 pm PST on October 1st without any notification. I keep getting a "user not found" error when I try to log in. The imposter account is still active. This is affecting my business account @the.olio.stories, causing me to lose business as we heavily invest in Facebook and Instagram ads daily. I have attached screenshots for reference. I'm in urgent need of assistance to regain access to my account. Any help or guidance will be highly appreciated.

I am dealing with a situation where someone is threatening to message everyone on my Facebook friends list and post a conversation that never took place. My Twitter account was hacked without my knowledge, and there was an embarrassing conversation posted pretending to be me. I hope that Facebook support can monitor any attempts to expose me. Hello, I recently discovered that someone from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, accessed my Facebook account without authorization. I am currently in Rehlingen-Siersburg, Germany, and I have been unable to access my account since then. The mobile numbers associated with my account are no longer valid, so I can only receive the verification code through my email at [redacted] However, the code sent to me is not being accepted; it appears to be the same code each time, or I have entered it incorrectly too many times, resulting in a wait period since yesterday. This morning, I received an email notifying me that my friend added me on Facebook. However, upon clicking the link, I discovered my account was in a different language, possibly Mandarin or another Chinese dialect. I do not understand the characters. This is the second incident where someone from Asia has compromised my account. During the previous incident, I noticed additional accounts with photos of Asian individuals were added. I want to deactivate my account, but the language barrier is making it difficult for me to navigate. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?

I recently created a Facebook account and provided my current phone number for security verification. Since then, I have changed my phone number, and now when I attempt to log in, Facebook prompts me for the security code sent to my old number. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code as I no longer have access to that number. This situation has left me locked out of my account.

I have been trying to have Facebook remove around 15 inappropriate pictures taken at my grandmother's funeral and posted by one of my aunts. Despite following Facebook's steps and sending the URLs for each picture, they are not removing them. I find this disrespectful to the deceased and have communicated this clearly to them. I have tried calling, but no one answers. How else can I contact Facebook to address this issue promptly?

I sent an email yesterday about my disabled Facebook account, but I have not received any response. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue. My Facebook email is the same as my Gmail address, and I only have a Gmail account. I suspect that someone hacked my account and then disabled it. I am using my old password, which has not been changed, but my Facebook account remains disabled. I truly need access to my account and can provide any necessary information. My Facebook account seems to have been compromised. About 30 minutes ago, I received a notification that I had been logged out, and upon trying to log back in, I discovered that my password had been changed. Unfortunately, the associated email account is quite old and I cannot recall the password for it to reset. I created a new account to investigate and could see that my original Facebook account had been tampered with - it appears that all my friends have been removed, leaving only a few pictures of me. I am really concerned as I have had this account for many years. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried using the Facebook help center, but it requires access to the email I can't remember the password for.
