I have a suggestion for a new feature on the site called Profile Expressions. It would allow users to have their profile picture reflect the corresponding facial expression (e.g., like, love, hate, laugh) when commenting on a post. This could help ensure that the profile picture matches the tone of the comment. For example, if someone likes a post, their profile picture could show them giving a thumbs up. If someone hates a post, their profile picture could show them with an angry expression. This feature could enhance the user experience and make interactions more visually engaging. While I don't expect this to be implemented immediately, I would appreciate it if this idea could be considered for future updates. Feel free to take credit for this idea if it gets implemented. Just sharing my thoughts for improvement!

About two weeks ago, I started receiving daily emails notifying me of attempts to change my Facebook password. For five consecutive days, I informed Facebook that the requests were not from me and followed all their security instructions such as confirming my identity and changing my password. However, on September 19, [redacted], my account got disabled for alleged violations of terms. I submitted an appeal with my identity verification but have not heard back yet. On the same day, my Instagram account was also disabled incorrectly and reinstated promptly after contacting them. Unfortunately, my company's credit card linked to my Facebook profile was charged $3,[redacted] for unauthorized ads. Despite my CEO's efforts with the bank, Facebook refused to take action. Now when I try to appeal, Facebook either redirects me to the disabled account page or claims my email or phone number is not linked to any account. This issue not only locks me out of my account but also jeopardizes my work in communications as I can't assist my clients on social media. I urgently require assistance with recovering my account and preventing such incidents.

While using Facebook this morning, everything was smooth until I tried to check a message sent by Cordarius O’brien James. However, I got redirected out of the messenger app and was asked to sign in. To my surprise, a new page appeared stating that my account had been disabled. This doesn't make sense to me as I have been using the same account for almost a decade without any issues. I maintain family-friendly and clean profiles. I am a college student aiming to become a police officer and I am dedicated to my studies. If I inadvertently offended someone or caused any issues, I sincerely apologize as it was never my intention. I hope to resolve this misunderstanding.

I am the President of the Altoona, PA Starlight Astronomy Club. Our club's secretary recently updated our Facebook page "Starlight Astronomy Club." However, the page was initially set up by her ex-husband, who removed her as an administrator yesterday. This situation worries me as a non-member has control of our club's Facebook page. We are looking for advice on how to safeguard our club's reputation from potential harmful posts by this individual. While creating a new page is an option, we are unsure if it will fully address our concerns. Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated.

Dear Facebook Support, I have been using a Facebook account under the name Albert Harrison Harvey since [redacted] when I opened it from Botswana. Recently, someone from Nigeria hacked my account where I am seen wearing a red Canadian jersey. The hacker now has full control of my account and is sending messages to people asking for money, claiming to be me in need of help. He has modified my email address from [redacted] to two different emails that resemble mine but are not: [redacted] and [redacted], along with a Nigerian phone number ending in 99. These contacts are unauthorized, and I am very concerned about this situation. Please contact me at +1 [redacted] or at my Sierra Leone number +[redacted]8 to assist in resolving this issue. The hacker has also altered my contact information on Facebook. I am currently located in the US and urgently need to regain access to my account, or if not possible, to have it removed from circulation.

Hello, I am a resident of the UK and I am looking to speak with a live agent located in the UK or Ireland, preferably through a toll-free number or chat option. After trying to contact directory assistance in the UK, I was provided with the number [redacted]3. However, this number does not appear to be listed in either the UK or Ireland. It's disappointing that some American companies seem to bypass European laws, as regulations in Europe are stringent, especially concerning the freedom of information act and consumer rights. It is crucial for global companies like Facebook, Google, and other IT firms to understand that compliance with local laws is essential, no matter where their offices are located.

Hello. I've reached out to Facebook multiple times regarding my account issues. I was logged out on all devices, my password was changed, and the email linked to my account is inaccessible, with no phone number updated. Despite sending my ID and being told my account was good, I can't regain access or switch to my current email. Due to this, I can't access other accounts linked to Facebook for payment purposes and am unable to cancel subscriptions. I relied on Facebook for personal matters and to retrieve messages from the past decade that are now lost. My account was linked to [redacted], but this inactive email no longer appears on Yahoo. I just want to regain access to my account.

Hello, My name is Ramona Brinzei. I've had a Facebook account since the beginning, but 4 days ago, my account was disabled. I received a message saying it was suspended for 3 days, but the next morning, it was deactivated. Why wasn't the initial timeframe respected? When you receive a message about violating Facebook policies, you understand you made a mistake and won't repeat it. I want my account back active. I had photos with my children when they were young, memories that were only saved there, now lost with my account. Please tell me who to contact and what to do. I've sent many reports but got no response. It's not right to disregard users and not provide answers. This platform exists because of users. I believe we should be respected, and accounts shouldn’t be deactivated so easily. I tried creating a new account, but it gets disabled the next day. What's the cause? I've submitted all requested identity verifications, but still no reply. My deactivated account is Brinzei Ramona, phone number [redacted]. Please reactivate my account; I think it was unjustly disabled, and the original timeframe wasn't respected. If it had been closed after the period due to policy violations, I would have understood my repeated mistake, but it didn't happen. Waiting for your response.

Hello, I need assistance with a situation involving a person named Chris Robert Nobbs or Chris Roberts. He reported me for responding harshly to his inappropriate request while I was selling a women's bra. He initially asked if the item was still available, but later requested that I model it for him, which made me uncomfortable and angry. I used strong language towards him, and now he has reported me, calling me horrible. I believe his actions were sexually exploitative. He even mentioned he was a female using a boyfriend's account after I confronted him about this behavior. He seems to have disappeared or changed his identity online. I received a message stating I could be removed from the platform temporarily or permanently, which I feel is unjust given the circumstances. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with FB Marketplace rejecting my rental post unjustly, resulting in my inability to file an appeal. After reaching out online, I contacted [redacted] and spoke with Wm Lane from India, who remotely accessed my computer. He claimed it was hacked from Germany and China and that my Firewall was disabled, posing a security threat. Wm Lane offered a technician service for $[redacted] to resolve the issue and suggested purchasing a Firewall protection plan for different durations. Despite initially trusting the call, I now have doubts about its legitimacy. I changed my FB password but face difficulty accessing my account due to two-factor authentication requesting a code from the Code Generator, which I can't locate in my Settings on the iPhone. As a senior with limited tech knowledge and a fixed income, I feel lost on how to handle a potential hacking situation.

Good afternoon, I received a text at 10:08am EST saying that 72**5 is Nicholas's Facebook confirmation code. I created a Facebook page in the early 2000s but never used it. I have not tried to reactivate or delete it. At 12:48pm EST, I got another text that 39**3 is my Yahoo verification code. I haven't used my Yahoo accounts in 3 to 5 years and believe someone trying to access my Facebook might be using a Yahoo account associated with it. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Nicholas J. Burroughs

Recently, we have unfortunately experienced a series of scams on our page resulting in decreased business and accusations directed towards us. Despite my efforts to remove the scam posts, they continue to appear. Even after setting our event pages to disallow posts, some were still able to post without my notification. Furthermore, our ads were running even after I had stopped them due to the event being sold out. I urgently need assistance to address the notification problem and combat the scam issues. A public apology on our page to clarify our innocence to our customers would also be greatly appreciated. As a small business that has yet to turn a profit, the impact of this scandal on us could be detrimental, potentially threatening our ability to continue offering our services. We value our longstanding relationship with Facebook and would like to resolve these issues to maintain good standing. Your help in this matter is sincerely appreciated. Thank you, B. Milner

Someone shared a picture with a girl and a guy acting inappropriately, and when the girl didn't respond, the guy used offensive language. I commented on the post, expressing my disbelief at the situation, and then I got blocked from commenting and messaging for seven days. I didn't say anything wrong or offensive. The original post, which highlighted hate speech, should not be deemed as hate speech itself because it was addressing a harmful situation. It's frustrating to be penalized for just discussing the issue, especially when trying to support a friend who was verbally attacked. The blocking seems unfair, and it's disappointing that the system or Facebook support didn't review the context properly before taking action. It's essential to consider the nuances of the conversation rather than simply blocking accounts based on specific words used.

We are experiencing difficulties with removing an admin from our Facebook page. Despite several attempts by different admins to remove the individual, it has been unsuccessful. We have reached out to Facebook for assistance, but have not received a response yet. The situation is urgent as we are a charity-based swimming club seeking to manage our page effectively. Strangely, the original admin who left the page was able to remove themselves upon re-adding, which contrasts with the experience of other admins. Any advice on resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I am the Social Media Marketing Manager for Joe-Bar Stables on Facebook and Instagram. The owner of the business, Kevin O'Cuain, had his last name changed from Coyne to O'Cuain by Facebook, which inadvertently removed him as the Admin of the business page. I have tried to rectify this by submitting numerous requests over the past year, but to no avail. This issue is negatively impacting the business as Kevin has no access to the page. I either need assistance in re-adding him as the admin or in editing my role from Editor to Admin so I can add him back myself. Additionally, we are unable to claim the Instagram account or merge it with the existing one, resulting in two separate accounts. Your urgent help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am Sonia Nicole Rieger. I have been managing my grandfather's Facebook account for 5 years due to his Alzheimer's. Since he has passed away, I wish to change the password and deactivate the account for now without memorializing it. Eventually, I may want to retrieve photos. Unfortunately, I cannot use his friends' help as we are out of touch with the provided contacts. I no longer possess his ID as well. The account is under the name Gerald Brenesier. The associated email is [redacted], and I have the login credentials. I was unexpectedly prompted for identity verification despite being logged in successfully moments ago. This occurred after I added my cellphone number for future account recovery.

I have my own Facebook page where I showcase my artwork. Recently, I encountered a situation where an individual I do not know started spreading false information about my page, accusing me of being a scam. When I addressed this with her, she responded with hostility and even continued to report my posts, leading to repeated restrictions on my account. Despite my appeals, I have not received any communication regarding the resolution of this issue. This unfair treatment is harming my business, and I am perplexed by the lack of response from the platform. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed as I remain unjustly restricted without a clear explanation. Thank you.

You have found the material I posted on Facebook to be unacceptable. It's sourced from news organizations, and I haven't fabricated any information or used offensive language. Unlike a California official who has used profanity on t-shirts, my posts are free of objectionable content, except when discussing events reported truthfully by non-mainstream media. Your actions only reinforce my belief that there should be a government investigation and swift measures to halt Facebook's censorship of free speech. Providing an email for feedback would likely result in an automated response lacking genuine thought.

I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account, which has left me unable to retrieve the necessary Authenticator codes. I have been locked out of my account for some time now and am frustrated by my inability to regain access or create a new account without encountering suspicious activity alerts. Whenever I try to create a new Facebook page and add my photos and friends from the previous account, I am immediately logged out for suspected misconduct. Please assist me in accessing my old account with the email associated with the outdated phone number. Kindly provide me with the necessary steps to recover access to my account. Thank you.

Hello Facebook support, I have been experiencing ongoing problems with my Facebook account under the name Aisa Karki for the past few months. I continue to receive notifications via email informing me of password changes from various locations, which has resulted in losing access to my account. Despite regularly recovering my account by resetting the password, this time I did not receive the code from the code generator and seem unable to locate my account. When attempting to log in, I receive a message stating that my email account is no longer valid. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
