The issue in GetHuman-devotedb's own words
I am the Social Media Marketing Manager for Joe-Bar Stables on Facebook and Instagram. The owner of the business is Kevin O'Cuain. Facebook granted him permission to change his last name from Coyne to O'cuain a while back but in the process it removed him as the Admin of his Joe-Bar Stables business page. We need help adding him back as the admin or editing my role from Editor to Admin so I can re-add him. I have submitted multiple requests for this issue*problem over the past year with zero resolution. This is greatly effecting his business as he has no access! I am having to relay everything to him and be the middle-age between. We also are unable to claim the Instagram account or combine it with the one we created so now there are * out there. :( We just need this resolved ASAP!
