Now, I'm banned for the third time for sharing a photo that you initially deemed acceptable but later said was inappropriate. It appears there are inconsistencies in your review process, leading to unfair treatment. Even though you stated the content didn't breach guidelines, I remain banned. This situation reflects poorly on your platform. Please address this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Lena Babooram, and my Facebook account under the name Lena Babooram Harry was hacked. I only realized this after it had already occurred. Someone had hacked into an acquaintance's account and messaged me about winning $30,[redacted]. Believing it was truly my friend, I responded and declined the money, but unfortunately, I unknowingly provided my Facebook information. Now, the hackers are messaging everyone from my account, Lena Babooram Harry, which contains many pictures of my children. They are using it to scam people. I am unable to access the account to remove it myself. I kindly request Facebook to assist in removing the compromised account.

In [redacted], I faced issues with a hacker, leading me to stop using my Facebook account, email, and phone number. Recently, I've been trying to regain access to my account but can't remember the password from 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email [redacted] or the phone number [redacted] associated with the account. I requested a verification code, but realized I can't receive it due to not having access to my old email. I'm concerned the code may have been sent to the current owner of that email address. Please assist me in recovering my account.

Hello, I am struggling to access my Facebook account as I cannot remember the password and the email associated with it is no longer active, preventing me from receiving the verification code. I understand if resetting the password is not possible, but I would like to have the account removed since it has been inactive for a considerable period. I received a 3-day block from Facebook for a comment they deemed unacceptable, but the issue is that the comment wasn't even made on Facebook. I feel the filters are overly strict. I always share factual information and shouldn't upset someone in authority at Facebook. After previously receiving a ban for more than a few weeks, I learned my lesson about certain remarks. I have been extra careful not to include any of those comments on Facebook. I have adjusted my comments accordingly, so I think this punishment is unfair. Could you please lift the block on my account? Thank you.

I am having trouble regaining access to my Facebook account due to a change in phone number. After resetting the password, I am prompted to enter a recovery code from a code generator, but the code is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have. I have reached out to Facebook for assistance without any response. I created a temporary account, but my original one holds sentimental value with 10 years worth of photos, including a profile picture that is a painted self portrait of my daughter. I am eager to restore access to my original account. My new phone number is [redacted], and despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue.

I am requesting assistance with my Facebook account under the name "Charity Dawn," which I am unable to access as the associated email and phone number are outdated. My advertising account has been disabled. I attempted to update my payment method and reached out to customer support without success. When I try to report the issue in the "Ad accounts" section, it claims it's no longer an active account, but insists I need to report the problem to receive assistance. I urgently need assistance with two campaigns I am running on the Facebook business platform. I have two separate ad accounts, each with identical settings in terms of interests, delivery, and objectives. One account has a budget twice the size of the other, yet the account with the smaller budget is performing ten times better. For instance, spending $60 on one campaign resulted in a reach of [redacted] people and 22 link clicks. I am baffled by these results. My Facebook account has been repeatedly disturbed by an individual named Jermaine Morgan. Despite having nothing violating Facebook's rules on my page, he seems to have a personal issue with me. I have been using Facebook to communicate with my international family, especially during a recent bereavement. While on Facebook, I encountered an issue where my account was unexpectedly deactivated due to unknown content violations. In July [redacted], I attempted to purchase Backstreet Boys tickets from someone named Kara Ayolo Horlan via Messenger. Unfortunately, the individual turned out to be a fraudulent account, and I have lost $[redacted] in the process. Although I reported this individual on Facebook after being blocked, I did not take screenshots of our conversations. I have filed an online report for internet crime, but I now require proof of our conversations to show my bank as evidence of fraud since the payment was processed, and they consider it valid. Is there a way to retrieve the messages from Messenger as documentation?

A few months ago, I contacted your company regarding an issue. A woman pretended to be interested in marrying me and requested photos. Later, she threatened me with blackmail using someone else's identity. Her supposed brother claimed to be from the FBI and threatened to expose my photos online unless I sent money. I have limited reading skills and need help filing complaints with the FBI. The phone number they used to contact me keeps harassing me for money. I am currently facing an issue with my Facebook accounts. I have two separate accounts, one for personal use and one for business purposes. My business account, [redacted], has been locked. My personal Facebook account, which I've used for over a decade, was unexpectedly disabled without any clear reason. It was working perfectly, and then suddenly showed a message that reads, "your account has been disabled." I've been waiting for 40 days after submitting the form request with my email and a photo of my passport, as requested by Facebook. Despite receiving an email from Facebook assuring me that they'd update me on my report, I have not heard back from them. I've reached out twice via email and submitted my passport identification thrice. My account stores numerous messages, photos, and memories, and I am extremely eager to regain access. I've had my Facebook account for over a decade, and it was inexplicably disabled. It’s been more than a month, and I'm patiently waiting for a response from Facebook regarding my profile reactivation. I completely lost access to my Facebook account on October 5, [redacted]. I did not delete the account nor violate any rules that I am aware of to warrant its closure. This account has been a part of my life for over a decade, and losing contact with family and friends has been difficult. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password via email, phone, and online means, as well as providing a photo ID for identity verification, my access requests have been denied. I am eager to regain access to my account and retrieve all my important contacts, photos, and videos.

Since Facebook made me change my password on October 2 because of a phishing attempt, my friends are not seeing my posts in their newsfeeds. The posts are only visible on my timeline and when shared to stories. All my posts since October 2 are set to friends or public, so privacy is not the issue. I can't deactivate or delete my account because I manage 10 business pages. I've reported this problem to Facebook three times online, but haven't received any assistance.
