I recently updated my password, but I can't recall it now. I am facing difficulty recovering it since my old email is still associated with my account, and I no longer have access to it due to personal reasons. My Facebook profile is linked to my PUBG account, and I am unable to access a game I've purchased because of this connection. I have attempted to recover my account by submitting a picture of my driver's license multiple times but have not received any response. I would appreciate it if Facebook could update my email to my current one so I can receive the necessary emails to reset my password.

I am locked out of my Facebook account due to alleged suspicious activity. Yesterday, September 29, [redacted] GMT+8, I shared posts, commented in groups, and uploaded gameplay videos from my Playstation 4 via ShareFactory. Today, September 30, GMT+8 around 7 am, I have been repeatedly asked to reset my password, causing frustration as the system seems to be in a loop. Despite changing my password more than 5 times, the system insists I review my posts for authenticity, which were indeed mine. After these steps, the service becomes unavailable, prompting me to repeat the process. This forced password change is time-consuming and I need immediate assistance to access my account to communicate with friends, family, and coworkers. This is a new issue for my account, which has been active since around [redacted]. I can provide identification through photos on my account if necessary.

Last night, when attempting to log into my Facebook account on my phone, I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to verify my account using various methods. Despite trying to change my password, I encountered an error message that stated, "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later." Subsequent attempts to change my password resulted in the same error. Eventually, I received a message indicating that I had attempted too many times and needed to try again later. My friends informed me that my Facebook account was deactivated, preventing them from messaging me there. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account, as it contains important messages, conversations, and photos. Name: Francis S. Emails: [redacted]; [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your help!

I set up a Facebook page for my stage persona, Tidy Hedges, using the URL facebook.com/tidy.hedges.94. Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't allow multiple pages tied to one account. I accidentally used the same mobile number for both my real name, Bruce Alexander, and the Tidy Hedges page, leading to the deactivation of the Tidy Hedges page. How can I reactivate my Tidy Hedges page or create a new separate page for my stage name without encountering the same issue?

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I cannot remember my password. The email associated with the account is an old Yahoo email, and when I tried to reset the password, Yahoo support couldn't verify my information. I have a second Facebook account that I created when I was 15, but I can't reset my password for the main account because it's linked to an old phone number and email. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. My name is Brandon Dart, and my main Facebook profile picture is of my truck, while my second account doesn't have a profile picture. Thank you for your help.

I seem to have three separate Facebook pages. The one I am prompted to log onto is not the one I used before. The page I used to use has all my friends and a post on it. I receive notifications that my friends are trying to reach me, but because I can't access the right Facebook page, I cannot respond to them. My email is "hwfortenberry @gmail.com" and I believe the password is "af[redacted]4." Can you assist me in getting back to my old page? Your chat requires a message of at least [redacted] characters, so I am duplicating this message to meet the criteria.

My name is Harsh Arora, and I have a ten-year-old Facebook account that is [redacted]% original. Unfortunately, my account was recently blocked without any warning, even though I have not violated any terms or policies on Facebook. I am not involved in promoting pornography or engaging in any illegal activities. I have been trying to submit my original government IDs for the past week to resolve this issue, but have had no success. I am extremely desperate to regain access to my account, as all my family and friends are on Facebook. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove the authenticity of my account. Please assist me in this matter as it has been a challenging week not being able to access my account, and I am starting to feel the impact on my well-being. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Due to my disabling medical conditions, I rely on Facebook to connect with loved ones. Unfortunately, I recently felt isolated for three days after a quote from a book was deemed hateful by the censors. This left me feeling lonely, sick, and deeply depressed. The quote, taken from the book Animal House, involved pigs in a farm setting and did not intend any harm. I found the severity of the response excessive and cannot comprehend how this innocent reference was labeled as hate speech. The situation has greatly impacted my mental well-being, leaving me in disbelief over the misunderstanding that led to this isolation.

Dear forum members, I am reaching out for help regarding a recent issue with my Facebook account. I have used my artist name, Jazz Soul Flow, on Facebook instead of my birth name. Facebook locked my account after requesting my ID due to an attempted name change. I provided a copy of my driving license, but I believe the image I sent may not have displayed the full document, causing a delay in resolving the matter. With a family loss, I urgently need access to my account to inform others and manage important matters. Despite trying to upload my ID again, I encounter a message stating I can't since my account isn't disabled. This situation is distressing as I've used Facebook for years without prior issues. I plea for assistance in resolving this distressing issue as the current limitations prevent me from sharing and grieving with loved ones online. Thank you for any guidance or support you can provide during this difficult time. Sincerely, Jazz (Jazz Soul Flow)

I'm curious as to why I've been subjected to numerous security checks on Facebook in the past month. None of my posts are offensive, derogatory, or sexist. Most of my posts are within private groups with selected members and do not impact the wider Facebook community. I fail to comprehend the need for these frequent security checks, as my activities do not provoke inappropriate behavior or criminal actions. Moreover, I was unaware of any time limits for using Facebook as I consistently have to verify my identity. Considering the amount of inappropriate content that some users do post, it feels like harassment and victimization to be repeatedly singled out for checks.

Hello, Facebook community, I am the type of person who creates a new Facebook account every time I forget the password for the previous one. Unfortunately, I am in this situation again as I have forgotten the password to my old Facebook account from my school days. This account holds photos and statuses from my childhood, but I have since matured and would like to create a new image of myself on Facebook. I want to delete this old account to reflect who I am today. However, when someone searches my name, this outdated account still appears. I have changed and would like my Facebook account to reflect that. Please reach out to me for assistance. Even though the email associated with the old account was created in my childhood and I cannot recall it now, I would like all the content from that account to be deleted. Please contact me for further assistance. Thank you.

Dear Sirs, I am Soliman Gharieb Abo El Fatouh Soliman, a web developer and E-Marketing manager. I have been using Facebook for many years. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, I lost access to my account. Despite trying all the help links and reaching out to the business department for assistance via chat and email, I was informed they couldn't help as they don't have access to personal accounts. This presents a challenge as without access to my account, managing the business account or anything else on the network becomes impossible. I believe there should be clearer support for users and business ads accounts, possibly through a support forum. The servers responsible for recovering accounts and security checks have been encountering errors for the past week, preventing me from accessing my account or making any changes. The attached screenshot displays the error message I and others are experiencing. I eagerly await your prompt response as this matter is urgent. Thank you, Soliman Gharieb

While using Facebook, I realized I needed to change my name from a nickname to my real name. As I tried to do so, I discovered I had forgotten my password. After attempting to reset it through the browser by entering my new phone number, I received an OTP and successfully set a new password. However, upon logging in, I was directed to the profile of a stranger who had previously used that phone number. I attached a screenshot of their profile. I am worried about my account and the previous numbers associated with it. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am concerned about the deceptive retailers advertising on Facebook. Recently, I fell victim to a scam where the products were never delivered or communication was cut off after payment. Fortunately, I used PayPal and was able to recover my funds. It seems like a recurring issue as many others have faced similar situations with shops advertised on the platform. These scammers often showcase images of high-quality products at unbelievably low prices. I urge Facebook to thoroughly vet these "shops" before allowing them to advertise, unless their priority is solely profit over user trust. This pattern of deceitful ads has led me to report fraudulent shops regularly. Facebook needs to address this problem to maintain trust among its users and prevent more people from falling into these traps. Sami

I created a Facebook account using my player name Catharina Covet for the Covet Fashion Game. The account was active and I had added the necessary friends for gameplay. I also had personal friends on the account, posted articles, and set up photo albums. Unfortunately, my account has been disabled. I submitted my ID, personal photo, and profile photo to Facebook but have not received any updates in over 4 days, except for a notification that my account is disabled when I try to log in.

My page has been hacked by an advertising hacker, and now I've been reduced to an "analyst" with no access except for insights. I've filed a report, but I need help getting my admin role back. The page has 1 million followers, and it took me 2 years of hard work to develop it. The hacker, Adv Qaseem Bachakhan, somehow removed my admin access and made himself the admin. The new admin shouldn't have been able to remove the old admin for a week. His email is [redacted], connected with the ad company Sponsor ad 33.33. Please assist in looking into this hacker and help me regain my admin access promptly. Thank you.

Hi there, I have had a Facebook account for years that I rarely use. Recently, I've decided to use it more often, but I can't access my account because I forgot my password. I tried to reset it by verifying my identity through a selected group of older contacts, but I haven't been in touch with most of them for a long time, so that was not an option for me. The other choice was to send a copy of my driver's license to Facebook for verification, and they would send me a temporary password to access my account. However, I've attempted this process four times, and the temporary code never worked. The Facebook representative who sent the emails was not helpful in resolving the issue. I would appreciate any assistance in resetting my password for the account associated with [redacted] so I can start using Facebook again. Thank you, MK

I recently changed my Facebook password but have been locked out of my account. Despite multiple attempts to sign back in and reset the password, I was asked for photo ID with no response from Facebook for a week. Eventually, I managed to reset the password using a code, only to discover that my email is linked to another person's account. This confusing situation has left me frustrated as Facebook has not addressed the issue or helped me regain access to my own account. It's concerning to have control over someone else's account while being locked out of my own.

I have been trying to change my password for almost a month now. I no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with my account. Even my recovery email is inaccessible. Despite contacting Facebook three times, I have not received any response. In the past, submitting my ID allowed me to change my password, but after sending it three times now, I am still locked out. My phone is out of service, and Facebook is my primary means of communication. I attempted using my alternate email to recover the account, but I keep receiving the message that my ID is being reviewed without any follow-up. I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times, but with no success in resolving the issue. The limited help from the support center is not assisting me, and all I want is to reset my password.
