At 1:34 AM CST on September 21, while I was asleep, my Facebook account was hacked. The perpetrator managed to obtain a code to reset the PIN password from my Gmail account, which I have since secured with 2-step verification. They accessed my personal account, Jennifer Stottle Taylor, removed me as the ADMIN of my Art page, and racked up $[redacted] in FB ads. Facebook tried to reach out to me, but I was unaware until later, then found my account disabled and my IG account inaccessible. Despite my efforts to reach out, communication has been met with silence. These are vital business accounts, and I have invested years of time and money. I just wish to regain access to my accounts @jstaylorart on IG and Jennifer Stottle Taylor or regain ADMIN rights to my JS Taylor Art page through another account.

A year ago, Danielle Melton and I, Victoria Russell, formed a 50/50 partnership to open Alter'D Beauty Salon and set up a Facebook Business Page. Unfortunately, we had a falling out and she left the business. I have been running the salon on my own since then. However, Danielle has removed me from the page, leaving me unable to access it where all my clients are. This situation is affecting my business and income as I cannot reach out to my clients or vice versa. I need a resolution to this issue promptly. Perhaps, I could be made an admin of the page since Danielle is no longer associated with the business, or the page could be deleted to prevent any harm to my business. About 2-3 years ago, I initially set up my business account on a personal page. I later encountered a name issue, so I ended up utilizing the name "Avenue M Trinidad" and uploaded my identification, which functioned well for some time. Recently, I realized the need to separate my personal and business accounts, leading me to create a new page specifically for the business. I believe I inadvertently revoked my own access to the business page to ensure my personal name was not associated with it due to my substantial following of over 18,[redacted] people. Despite the business page still being active and accessible until yesterday, I seem to have locked myself out. I have been unable to access my original Facebook account for around nine months now. Despite trying all the recovery options available, including using the recovery email (which I can no longer access), I have been unsuccessful. Moreover, when I attempted to recover my email, I lacked sufficient information. I even reached out to the email provider, but have not received any response. I have completed various identity verification processes for Facebook, including providing a picture of my ID, but to no avail. I suspect my account may have been hacked. It is crucial for me to regain access as it contains valuable pictures of my daughter, as I used it as a storage alternative. Losing access to my Facebook account means losing cherished memories that I have been unable to retrieve despite my multiple attempts.

I recently fell prey to questionable companies advertising on Facebook. It is concerning how these companies operate without consequence. I made multiple purchases through Facebook ads which turned out to be scams. After ordering a kitchen aid mixer from www.imixers.io, I received neither the product nor any response regarding my inquiries or refund requests, and the website is now inaccessible. Similarly, an order from Polar Parka couldn't be tracked, and after reaching out via email without response, I encountered the same issue when trying to contact bhdg.myshopify.com for a refund of $[redacted].80. Learning from these experiences, I am disappointed with how Facebook allows such companies to take advantage of users. It is important to exercise caution when engaging with ads on this platform.

My ex accessed my Facebook account and changed the birthday, password, and phone number linked to the account to lock me out. I need assistance to permanently remove her and her phone number ([redacted]) from my account. Despite my attempts to delete it, she keeps reopening the account. When I request a "Permanently Delete," I mean prompt removal. I can prove ownership by checking the photos from my last birthday (12/11/[redacted]) showing me with a cake celebrating my 40th in Daytona Beach, Florida, with a hat. Heather Short compromised my account, and I need this issue resolved promptly.

I'm currently facing difficulty logging into my Facebook account. The phone number associated with my account is inactive as I do not have a phone at the moment. Two weeks ago, my daughter informed me via Facebook about spam appearing on my friends' pages under my name. I promptly changed my password. On 9/24/19, I was notified that the issue persisted, so I changed my password again, adjusted my security settings, and reported the hacking to Facebook. Today, I received three notifications of a temporary account suspension due to posts regarding Donald J. Trump's impeachment. I believe these posts do not violate any community standards. Despite following Facebook's security procedures by changing my password twice today, I remain unable to access my account due to these false accusations. I have not posted anything inappropriate, threatening, or lewd. I kindly request Facebook to review my posts and lift the suspension on my account. Thank you for your attention and assistance. I created a new account under the name Luke Hardin. Additionally, I set up a business account for the small food manufacturing plant I work for, “Vocci Italian Foods,” located in Kansas City, Missouri. The plant is owned by my grandfather, Tom Falzone, who approved the account creation. Unexpectedly, my account has been disabled for reasons unknown, leaving Vocci without a means to connect to our customers. We suspect the existence of another Vocci account may have led to this issue since it was established by a former employee. Given my current full-time role at Vocci, we would like the account to be linked to me. We are keen to establish a new account and seek guidance on reactivating it. I recently received a text alert asking if I had logged into my account from Honolulu. I had just switched to a new phone and logged into multiple apps connected to my Facebook account from Utah, using my usual two-step authentication with my phone number. Within 30 minutes, it was clear that I wasn't in Honolulu, which should have raised red flags. Despite being notified of suspicious activity, Facebook still allowed the hacker to change my password and lock me out of my account. I no longer have access to the email address Facebook suggests for account recovery, but I have another email and my phone number linked to the account for verification purposes. I followed the recovery prompts, submitted my ID for review, and was told I'd receive an email with further instructions. It has been nearly a week, and I have not received any updates. After engaging with a disturbing post that made inappropriate jokes about sexual assault towards public figures, I received a 30-day ban from Facebook. What concerns me the most is not just the content allowed on the platform under "community standards," but also the additional restriction preventing me from using Messenger to communicate with friends and family. This limitation is particularly challenging during a stressful period while I am in the process of moving. While I understand the consequence for my comment, I rely on Messenger for essential communication and urge Facebook to reconsider the complete restriction. I acknowledge the need for consequences but seek a resolution that allows me to use Messenger during this ban.
