My wife has been a victim of bullying from members of dreiburgen.org and sca-caid.org. The harassment has been ongoing for 8 years, despite her efforts to keep a low profile. Recently, her Facebook accounts, under her legal name Ellen Meryweather and her SCA name Elyn de Haoucmore, were disabled, possibly due to a report claiming a false name account. Many SCA members have society name accounts for SCA-related business, as seen in Compendium Caidis. For consistency, if one account is being flagged for a fake name, all should be checked. I, Timothy Meryweather aka Ivarr Siguroarson in the SCA, also use a society name account on Facebook. The report against my wife seems to be an act of spite from a 'troll' and should be addressed. I request the reinstatement of my wife's accounts and action against the cyber bully. It would be helpful to know the identity of the account owner who made the report.

We believed we temporarily deactivated our business page to update it, as we have done in the past with a 14-day grace period for recovery. Today, when trying to recover it, we discovered it is completely gone. The URL leads to a broken link, and the page is missing from my Facebook account. This page took five years to build and is crucial for our small business, featured on our trailers, work shirts, and promotional material. Losing it is devastating. We attempted to contact support via phone and email without success, also submitting requests on Facebook with no real help. We know Facebook has restored deleted accounts for businesses before, but we're unsure how to proceed. Any guidance on how we can recover our page would be greatly appreciated.

This is the second time my Facebook account has been disabled. In [redacted], I was convicted of a low-level misdemeanor Tier 1 sex offense, which does not pose a threat to the public. After researching with lawyers, I found that in [redacted], the Superior Federal Court ruled that sex offenders can use social media, including Facebook. I am unsure why my account was disabled if the law and federal court allow it. Several First Amendment rights lawyers advised me to reach out to your support team to resolve this matter or consider legal action.

I'm the media manager for the Gaslight Tavern, a hotel in Adelaide. The password got changed, and I couldn't log in to Bluey.Gaslight to manage the business page. After resetting the password on Sunday (22/09/19), I faced a challenge naming people on screens, which took over an hour to complete and cost $[redacted]. Please reactivate Bluey.Gaslight, as the owner can't access it, causing issues. Urgently remove the challenge as he's upset, blaming me. The admins are me, Mark A., and Carol N. I am having trouble accessing my account as it has been disabled. I am unable to log in with my email address or update my new phone number. Facebook is crucial for my tattoo business in Springfield Missouri as it helps me stay connected with my clients. I rely on Facebook for my business and need access to it urgently. I am facing a difficult situation. I used to run a page called Syntax which was trademarked by someone who tried to remove all online content. Despite changing the name to Syntax81 and receiving confirmation from Facebook that it did not violate any trademarks, my page was taken down recently. This is devastating as I took every precaution to avoid any issues with the trademark holder. I have proof of correspondence with him acknowledging the name change. Facebook initially stated that the use of "syntax" was not a trademark violation. However, the page was still removed. I am experiencing difficulties with my business pages. I am unable to upload pictures into albums as the option to create albums is not available. When attempting to upload pictures as a general post, the pictures sometimes disappear or take a very long time to upload successfully. Furthermore, once uploaded, I am unable to edit the posts easily or delete the pictures. I attempted to create a new page to troubleshoot the issue, but encountered the same problem. I am now looking to delete the new page and resolve the issues on my original page. Both business pages lack the album option and I am also unable to change the page name. Additionally, the homepage is not functioning properly and is causing delays. I have already reported this problem but have not received a response. This situation is affecting my sales, and I would appreciate any assistance.

I recently bought a new phone and tried to link my Facebook account, but ran into issues. After contacting Facebook support, I was informed that my account had been hacked. I was then transferred to someone named Eric Williams at [redacted]. He asked me to purchase $[redacted] worth of Google cards to resolve the issue. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, he claimed there was no one above him. Upset by his response, I insisted on speaking to a manager, but he refused and insisted I deal with him only. Feeling frustrated, I uninstalled the app from my phone, decided to stop using Facebook, and informed my friends about my experience. It’s no surprise that many people are choosing to leave Facebook.

I've tried entering different passwords, but I keep getting an error message saying they're incorrect, resulting in having 4 or 5 Facebook accounts with none of the passwords working. Do I need to use the same password for Gmail as for Facebook? I prefer not to use identical passwords for both. Currently, I have 50+ messages on the Facebook app that I am unable to access. I only want to have Eva Normandin and Eva Eva on the same account with just one password, like I did in the past. I need assistance as I'm an elderly individual with limited financial resources, which is why I don't have a credit card. I want Facebook to function as it did previously. I would like for you to investigate this account associated with Nancy Lee, [redacted], and the phone number 1-[redacted]. I received a message from my friend Carol Kelly, who claimed to have received $[redacted],[redacted] from Nancy Lee. Carol showed me a list with my name on it and said she was paid in cash, adding that she contacted the sheriff who confirmed it. However, I find this suspicious as we don't refer to our law enforcement as sheriffs. When I requested Carol to call me, the person posing as her claimed she couldn't due to an ear surgery, which I believe to be false. I have reached out via email and phone to investigate this further, but I suspect these individuals are scammers. I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my Facebook account, with comments and friend requests that I didn't make. After removing unfamiliar devices and attempting to reset my password, I encountered an error message stating my old password was incorrect. I logged out of Facebook but now can't log back in. Searching for my active account using my old email or phone number associated with it has been unsuccessful. I don't have access to the original email as I created a new one. My account holds sentimental value with memories since I was young, and I'm determined not to create a new one. The hacker's location was traced to Vietnam, and they changed the email and password, retaining control. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

I would like to request the closure of my late husband's Facebook account. Unfortunately, even though I have his login information, I have been unable to access his account as it has been memorialized without my consent. Seeing him tagged in posts is deeply upsetting as we are still grieving. I tried to deactivate the account but it keeps reactivating, and now I find myself blocked. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a recent issue with my Facebook account. On Sunday, September 22 around 6:05 PM EST, my account was compromised, and unauthorized comments were made. I took immediate action by changing my password and deauthorizing all devices from my account. I was in the USA from July 4 to September 18, flying to Australia on September 18. The incident occurred on September 22, and I believe the person responsible is someone I briefly interacted with in NYC. I have provided detailed information and evidence to support my claim. About a year ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and I changed my password. Now, I am trying to log in on my laptop but have forgotten the new password. When I clicked on "forgot my password," it asked me to log in, which doesn't make sense since I can't remember the password. It also asked for my email address, which I no longer use, and then asked me to log in to change the email address, which I can't do without the password. The help center requested identification that I'm unsure how to provide, leading to a message stating I don't have the right identification. I am frustrated and just want access to my Facebook account back.

I encountered an issue while trying to access my Facebook account today. Despite using the platform daily, I received an "incorrect password" message. This morning, I encountered issues accessing my Facebook and Messenger. After resolving my email login problem, I linked my Facebook back to my email. Now, I am being prompted for a two-factor authentication code to log in from a browser I have used for months. I seem to need this code to access Facebook, but I never set it up. I encountered an issue using Facebook where I was unexpectedly logged out due to suspicious activity. Last year, I unfortunately lost access to my personal and business profiles on Facebook. This happened when my account was disabled due to selling items that violated their policies. As a result, I also lost my Personal Business Page with many important reviews. This has made it challenging to run my business effectively on my new profile. When I try to log in, I encounter an issue with requesting assistance through the platform; the prompt times out, preventing me from accessing help. I also face restrictions on messaging others, despite a previous temporary ban. These obstacles are hindering my ability to generate income and support my family.
