I have been using my Facebook account for over a decade, and my name has changed multiple times. I typically go by the name "Jazz Soul Flow" on Facebook. I recently tried to update my name to "JazzdellaSol," which is the artist name I've used for years. I prefer not to use my real name on Facebook due to privacy reasons, especially as a musician. I find it frustrating that Facebook is requesting identification, considering it's an artist name. I don't appreciate Facebook dictating what name I can use, considering I never had issues before despite the recent increase in my followers. I am dissatisfied with the service, especially since I've put in a lot of effort to build my following over time. Additionally, there has been a recent family tragedy, and I urgently need access to my account for people trying to reach out to me. Please help me resolve this quickly. Thank you, Jasmin.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out regarding my account, specifically the advertiser account ID [redacted][redacted], associated with my page @theglobejumpers. When I click YES under "Is this your account," I am unable to select this particular advertiser account. I am the founder of the page and have been trying to unblock it to place ads for my posts on Instagram. There have been no policy violations on my page, which focuses on apolitical and eco-responsible content without hate speech or fake news. I have not run any ads on Instagram in the past year. I kindly request guidance on how to remove the block on my ads page so I can proceed with advertising. Any feedback to avoid similar issues in the future would be greatly appreciated. Good evening, I used to manage a page called "Anomologita River Party" on Facebook at www.facebook.com/RiverPartyAnomologita. The page has been active since [redacted] and has garnered 4,[redacted] likes. However, recently, the page has been flagged for posts that do not comply with Facebook's regulations, mostly due to the use of inappropriate language. Despite not posting such content anymore, I have been receiving alerts dating back to [redacted]. Eventually, the page was unpublished, but now it seems to have disappeared entirely. I have tried searching for it without success. Additionally, the account handling the page has been repeatedly restricted for 30 days due to posts from [redacted]. It seems unfair that a page is removed for old posts. I am seeking guidance on how to contact Facebook regarding this issue and what steps to take next.

Hello, I have a page called Football [redacted] on Facebook that I created back in [redacted]. In early August, I received a request from a user named Leonal Stark to promote his business through my page. He asked me to join Facebook Business Manager and add my page, which I did. However, I noticed that in the page settings under Roles, his company (Sponsored Ads) is listed as the page owner, even though I am still the admin. I am concerned about this since I am the original creator of the page and I do not want Sponsored Ads to have ownership rights. I have not heard from Leonal Stark since and suspect this might be a scam. Best regards, Barnabas Kimani

Hello, my name is Uvette. I've encountered an issue with my Facebook account under Yvette Dillard that has been hacked. The hacker changed the email associated with the account to [redacted], which is not my email address. This individual sent a message from my account, and I go by THE PROPHET UVETTE on Facebook. I am looking to have my Yvette Dillard account completely deactivated due to ongoing scams where hackers access accounts, claim individuals won money, and then gather personal information. I urge Facebook to take action promptly to stop this activity by deactivating my Yvette Dillard account while keeping my new account, Uvette Robinson, active. Good evening po sa lahat ng nasa fb... Ako nga pala si Jhan Elize T. Ramirez. May isang bagay lang sana akong iparating tungkol sa aking na-hack na account. May isang link sa Google na ginagamit ko para sa aking research, biglang sa 17 na litrato, 4 na lang ang makikita, kailangan daw mag-login sa Gmail or FB account. Kaya nag-log in ako sa FB, pagkatapos ng 3 oras, nagamit ko pa ang account. Pag-gising ko ng 4AM, nagtaka ang aking papa kung bakit naka-login ako sa Facebook, pero nakita ko na nag-end ang session, kaya nag-log out ako. Nang mag-try ako mag-open ulit, sabi mali daw ang password, kaya ni-reset ko, pero bumabalik pa rin sa Gabby Cruz na pangalan. Hindi ko alam kung sino yun, kaya temporarily pinapalitan ko ito ng Khen Ramirez. Sana matulungan niyo ako sa problemang ito dahil marami akong alaala at litrato sa account na ito mula pa noong [redacted]. Salamat.

Good evening, Facebook. I'm Jhan Elize T. Ramirez. I'd like to report that my account got hacked. I was browsing a Google link for research, and suddenly, out of 17 photos, only 4 were available, prompting me to log in to my Gmail or Facebook account. I logged into Facebook, used it for about 3 hours, and later, at 4 am, my dad questioned why I was using Facebook. When I checked, my session ended, so I logged out. Upon trying to login again, it stated "incorrect password." After receiving a code to reset my password, changing it, I saw the name "Gabby Cruz" on the account which was completely new. I sought advice and was told by an IT expert to change my email password since it might have been hacked by someone skilled in such activities, possibly Chinese. Despite changing the Gmail password, it still opens as "Gabby Cruz." I've encountered similar issues, but theirs were quickly resolved by resetting the password. In my case, "Gabby Cruz" remains, and I have no idea who that is. I've temporarily changed the name to "Khen Ramirez." I hope you can assist me with this issue. My account holds memories and photos dating back to [redacted] that are very valuable to me. I am willing to visit the Facebook location in the Philippines if needed.

Last week, on September 17th, I received an email notifying me of a change to my primary email. Despite not making any changes, my account was compromised. After clicking a link to reset my password, I lost access. Attempts to regain control by submitting my ID have had no response. Recently, I tried emailing the new address linked to my Facebook but it was invalid. I managed to create a new account and change my password, but two-factor authentication was set up by the hacker. I am requesting assistance to recover my account as I have my login details but lack the two-factor authentication code.

My Facebook account was hacked on September 21, [redacted], and the hacker changed both my email and password. I have sought help to recover my hacked account and even applied for assistance, but nothing has worked so far. Despite sending my ID confirmation to Facebook, I have yet to receive a reply from them. Today, when I attempted to access my account, I discovered that the password had been changed once again. I am extremely worried about the important information stored in my account. Our company, Micro Mobility Worldwide, specializes in selling Micro Scooters internationally through a network of distributors. Recently, we made changes to our distributors in Thailand. Despite this change, the previous distributors continue to operate a Facebook page named "Micro Scooters Thailand," even though they are no longer associated with us. Our new distributors in Thailand are eager to promote their own official page, "Micro Scooters Thailand," and we are concerned about potential confusion for customers due to the presence of two similar pages. This morning, I tried to log in to my Facebook business page and was informed that my account had been disabled. I was directed to a page outlining the rules and guidelines, but I didn't see any reasons that applied to me. My personal account, active for 7 years, has never had any issues. The disabled account is my business page, which I created a week ago to increase traffic and connect with more potential clients for real estate. If I made any mistakes, they were unintentional, as I have never violated any rules with my personal account. I am eager to remedy any issues and adhere to the rules of the platform. I have a Facebook account that is six years old. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password, and my login session has expired. The phone number linked to my account is no longer active, and I have been locked out of the Yahoo email associated with my Facebook for years. I am struggling to reactivate the flip phone that receives my password-reset code, and my on-file email is completely locked and inaccessible. I have a significant amount of contacts, messages, and images that hold sentimental and memorial value to me. Additionally, I have many active business contacts that I use to promote my art and craft. My Messenger and Pages Manager are crucial for my success in the art world; losing access to this account would be incredibly upsetting. I appreciate any help you can offer.

I would like to promote my single eBay listing on Facebook to a targeted audience in the USA. The process seems overly complicated despite the help pages provided. A straightforward template where I can input my eBay link, adjust text and images, target a specific audience, and launch the ad would be greatly appreciated. I have experience with Facebook advertising but have been struggling for 2 hours without progress this time. If a basic template could be prepared for me, or if I could receive guidance from a representative to navigate the unclear requirements, especially regarding unfamiliar terms like "pixel," it would help immensely. I suspect my Facebook account has been hacked. I can't recall my password, my email has been changed, and I'm not receiving the 6-digit verification code on my phone. I'm frustrated! I am unable to reset my password since the text message option isn't working, and I can't change my email without the current password. Could you please deactivate my account altogether? Moreover, I want to report that someone is impersonating General Douglas M Fraser on Facebook to connect with people. I accepted the friend request assuming it was related to my friend who has ties to the military. However, I soon realized it was a scam when he started messaging me from the Bahamas. This was extremely unsettling for me as General Fraser is a 4-star⭐️ I also noticed a login from San Francisco last night while I'm in Cape Canaveral. Security flagged it and asked if it was me, but the system would only allow me to select "yes." I feel my privacy was violated and vulnerable. I'm frustrated waiting for your assistance. Please help! Good morning. I have been attempting to contact you for quite some time now. I am experiencing an issue with purchasing anything on Marketplace for approximately two weeks. I cannot comprehend the problem and feel left in the dark as a customer. I have numerous ads to post on Marketplace, but I am unable to proceed. Despite having a dispute with another customer, which I acknowledge has two sides, I find it troubling that after making a deal that appeared successful, the other party suddenly ceased communication and resorted to selling on Kijiji instead. This behavior seems questionable to me. Each time I try to buy something on Marketplace, I receive a message stating that the seller is not taking messages at the moment. I attempted to change my name on Facebook to Alana Chelsey by removing my last name. However, when I tried changing it back, I realized I had forgotten my password. After resetting it and receiving the code [redacted] on my phone ending in [redacted], I updated my password. Yet, when I tried to change my name, I was prompted to enter the password again, which was now deemed incorrect. Consequently, I logged out to reset my account and encountered issues logging back in with the new password. Despite resetting the password again, I now receive a message stating my account does not exist. When my sister, Kelly L., checked, she could still see my account. I request assistance to regain access to my account, change my name to Alana Chelsey, and update my email to [redacted]

I am having trouble accessing my account due to forgetting my password and setting up two-factor authentication. The original email address I used was [redacted], but it's no longer in use. I contacted the university to reactivate it, but Microsoft disabled the email due to inactivity. Even after updating my email address twice with codes from friends, I didn't receive the verification email. I urgently need to access my business account and manage my listings on Facebook Marketplace, but I'm stuck since I upgraded my phone and need to set up Facebook on it. I could still use Facebook on my old phones until I tried to reset the password, prompting me to log out of the account on my old phone.
