Dear Facebook,**I need help in resolving a problem. I am a member of the Longmont Genealogical Society. The Society has a Facebook page "Longmont Genealogical Society". The person (Diana Ornstead) who has managed the page for many years passed away May **. I volunteered to take over management of the Facebook page and was given an email address and password to it. However, when I logged onto Facebook with the email address and password, I got a "Longmont Genealogical Society" Facebook page that had just * posts - all dated Jan **, ****. The oldest post on our current Facebook page is Jan **, ****. Apparently, Diana didn't want to use the given email address and password, and used her own. We made many attempts, with her son's help, trying to find the Facebook login and password that she used, but we were unsuccessful.*So, I have considered using the original Facebook page from this point on. But that would mean losing * years worth of photos and posts, that users may want to see at some time.*So, I am thinking of * options:* *) Could you update the email address and password for the "Longmont Genealogical Society" Facebook page that has been used for the last * years, so that I could use it?*or *) Could you copy all the photos and posts from the page used for the last * years to the Facebook page I have access to.
