Hello, I recently changed my Facebook password a week ago but unfortunately forgot it. I tried to identify my account and mistakenly selected Malaysia instead of Afghanistan. After logging out, I realized that the password was incorrect. When attempting to reset my password, I was not shown the email or phone number associated with my account. A window prompted me to check one of my linked emails, but I am unable to locate it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you! Best regards.

I am encountering difficulty logging into my Instagram account. Unfortunately, I received an error message this morning stating, “Error: Sorry, there was a problem with your request.” I was not informed of any suspension or disabling of my account. It is puzzling how someone could access my account when I have two-factor authentication enabled. I can assure you that I have not breached Instagram's terms and services. I attempted to create a new account using my phone number [redacted], but it seems to recognize my existing account, yet I am still unable to access it. When I attempt to sign up for a new account, I am informed that signup is blocked. This situation is causing me significant frustration as I have personal and sensitive data stored on Instagram. I no longer have access to the email registered under @steveniannacci ([redacted]), but I can be reached through my Fordham University email [redacted] I kindly request assistance in restoring access to my account. Thank you.

I manage the Facebook account under the name Kieron Bimpson in memory of my late daughter. I share event updates and photos on this account as a way to express gratitude to supporters who comment on my posts. Recently, I encountered an issue. Despite reaching the [redacted] friends limit, most of whom are supporters of the Francesca Bimpson Foundation, I received a message on September 21, [redacted], asking me to verify my identity with a clear photo. After complying, I was informed that my account was temporarily inaccessible. This situation is distressing as it's my primary method to raise awareness and express appreciation to those who have helped honor my daughter's memory following her tragic passing at the age of 3.

Good morning, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account being disabled due to alleged impersonation. I confess to having two logins using the same email address. My previous account as Kim P. was deactivated, and I created a new one as Kimberly P. Recently, when switching to my new iPhone, I encountered difficulty accessing my latest account, as it kept logging into the old one. Subsequently, I received an email accusing me of pretending to be someone else. I submitted the required ID through a form on the same day but have not received any response yet. Access to my messages is vital for work, as they contain crucial information and memories. Furthermore, when attempting to recover my new account, the password reset emails were not being sent to the correct address. I am extremely confused and would greatly appreciate any assistance or information.

I connected with someone on an internet dating site who sent me a link to view photos. The link required me to log in to my Facebook account, which at that time was [redacted] with the password ilsd679. They changed the login details after that, so I created a new account. However, now this person is contacting my family and friends, trying to scam them. They even reached out to my 80-year-old father and my nephew. They also sent a link to my friend, causing them to lose business contacts. Recently, this individual locked me out of my Instagram account using the same tactic. I received an email notifying me about the email change on my Instagram account to [redacted] Since the new email is fraudulent, please disable all accounts associated with [redacted] and [redacted] to prevent any further harm to myself, my family, and my friends.

Hello, I have been encountering some difficulties with my Facebook account that requires assistance. About a few months ago, I relocated from the US to India, and I am facing challenges with the two-factor authentication process. Initially, my account was linked to an email address (A) and a US phone number (B). However, after changing my phone number to a new one in India (C), I lost my phone before updating the settings on Facebook. Hence, when attempting to log in from a new device, I was unable to receive the login code sent to my old phone number (B). Despite reaching out to Facebook and creating a new profile linked to my current phone number (C), I still encountered issues. Facebook refused to link my only active email (A) to the new account due to it being associated with the old account. Unfortunately, my new profile was disabled by Facebook shortly after creation without providing specific reasons. I am in urgent need of assistance to either recover my old account by bypassing the login code or updating the phone number without a known browser or to enable and link my email to the new account. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Chhaya S.

Hello, my phone is broken, and the screen was damaged, so I had to get a new one. However, I'm having trouble accessing my Messenger and Facebook accounts. My accounts are linked to my old Irish mobile number, which I no longer have since I now have an Australian phone number as I've moved here. When I try to log in, it asks for a code sent via text to my old Irish number, which I can't access anymore. I tried uploading my passport as a government-issued identification as another option, but it hasn't solved the issue. I'm uncomfortable with having to upload such sensitive information to Facebook. I need a solution soon as there may be people trying to contact me from back home who are concerned. Thank you.

I suspect my Facebook account was compromised. This morning, I found myself logged out of both Facebook and Messenger with a message stating my session had expired. After attempting to log back in using my usual password, I failed. When I tried to reset my password, the verification codes were being sent to unfamiliar email addresses and phone numbers, including a Hotmail account that doesn't belong to me. I fear someone has hacked into my account and altered the login credentials to their own. As my business page is linked to this Facebook account, I am eager to regain access promptly. Despite multiple attempts to recover my account through Facebook's mechanisms, I have been unsuccessful. I am seeking urgent assistance in resolving this issue.

There seems to be an issue with my page on Facebook Marketplace. I received a notification that it would be fixed, but I suspect it was disabled due to my previous unintentional actions of sending prohibited items. I mistakenly sent counterfeit goods in the past, for which I was penalized, but I have since rectified my behavior. Occasionally, malicious reports stem from competitors or jealousy, even when the items I list are genuine. It appears that previously sent items resurface and lead to my account being blocked. I earnestly request for my Facebook page and Marketplace access to be reinstated as I rely on it significantly. I assure you that I only post legitimate items now. My account name was Zamaokuhle Ann Modipa, and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Your assistance in restoring my access would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer Support, I am currently unable to access my account due to a forgotten password and no longer being able to access my registered email address to reset it. I have attempted alternative ways to retrieve the code using other accounts but have not been successful. I have not used this account recently as I created a new one, but I would like to regain access to my initial account, which I will delete after the 16th of October. Facebook allowed me to access my account previously by verifying my identity through providing names from my friends list. I am attempting to use the recovery email address, but have encountered issues. I am uncertain about providing specific details on this platform but would appreciate assistance in recovering my account at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Edina S

Facebook has blocked my business on their platform which was connected to my Shopify store. They flagged my clothing images as spam and accused me of running dating services. I denied their claims, but they blocked my page and URL on Instagram. When I reached out to business support, they blocked me from sending messages. Recently, I received an email from the Facebook business team, but I haven't heard from anyone before that. The email said they are working on my issue and referred me to a colleague named Moiz. I hope to resolve this soon.

I am having trouble deleting these annoying ads for a casino game. Despite multiple attempts, the system keeps giving me an error message. It is quite frustrating as all my other posts delete without any issues. I never wanted this advertisement in the first place, and now I am unable to get rid of it. It makes me wonder if there are regulations against forcing ads upon users. This situation is unacceptable. If Facebook were in a similar position, would they be fine with unwanted advertisements that users cannot remove? I demand an explanation for why these ads cannot be deleted while other posts can. I want these ads gone from my feed. I did not create them, and although I might have unknowingly agreed to their display, this practice is underhanded and unethical. Companies should hold themselves to higher standards and not resort to such tactics. Honesty and integrity should be the foundation of all business practices.

I recently encountered a security breach on my Facebook account where unauthorized activity was posted. Following the incident, I swiftly deleted the concerning post, logged out all sessions, and updated my password. Although these precautions were taken, Facebook flagged my account due to the irregular login behavior. To regain access, Facebook requires identity verification through one of three methods: identifying friends based on their profile pictures, selecting past comments, or receiving a code via text message to my registered phone number. Despite correctly completing the friend and comment verification multiple times, the system consistently denies my access, instructing me to try again later. In an attempt to unlock my account, I opted for the text verification method, only to realize that the listed phone number is outdated with no means of updating it. This limitation leaves me with no avenue to recover my account, causing distress as I fear the loss of my nine years' worth of memories. Seeking guidance on resolving this issue and restoring access to my cherished Facebook account.

While browsing Facebook using my familiar devices - laptop and phone - last night, I encountered a concerning issue. On my phone, I was unexpectedly redirected to a screen alerting me of suspicious activity and prompting me to confirm my identity. Unfortunately, the screen only allowed me to send a code to a phone number I no longer have access to. Despite trying to log in again and resetting my password successfully with email codes, the problem persisted. Each time I attempted to access my account, it seemed to reset back to requesting a code sent to a phone number I can't use. This is hindering my ability to manage my business page and causing friends to be unable to locate my account. I do have my ID ready to submit if necessary; however, I am unsure if I should proceed with that now. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently reset my Facebook password using the link provided in the email from Facebook. After resetting it, I was prompted for a 6-digit authentication code due to having two-step verification turned on. Although my cell phone number is set up to receive these codes, I haven't been receiving them for almost a week. Despite using the same phone I've used to log into my account before, I continue to be prompted for an authentication code I am not receiving. I do not have a third-party app or generator set up for codes either. I need assistance regaining access to my account by either placing my cell number back on the account or obtaining an alternative code for two-step authentication. Thank you.

Recently, someone has been using my Facebook Profile Picture and Cover Picture on their account, which is not me. I reported the account, hoping it would be disabled, but my account got disabled instead. Despite sending multiple ID card photos for verification, Facebook hasn’t verified my account. I’m facing significant trouble as all my contacts and important documents for education and work are on my Facebook. I don’t have backups of these documents, and my job may be at risk. I urgently need to verify myself and recover my Facebook account. My email associated with the account is [redacted]

Someone has been reaching out to my friends, asking to be added, even though they were already on my friends' list. I suspect my account was hacked, as a friend reported suspicious activity to Facebook. Consequently, Facebook flagged my account for impersonation, which is not accurate since it is genuinely mine. I've been trying tirelessly to resolve this through the help center, but all I get is a generic response asking for ID verification, which I promptly provided with my driver's license. However, I keep receiving the same unhelpful response from Kitty and Skylar. I attempted to create a new account, but it was closed too. I'm eager to regain access to my original account. I've left multiple messages at the help center but haven't received any assistance. Please, I hope you can assist in resolving this matter.
