I need to address a recent series of account suspensions I have experienced. Last week, my account was disabled due to a post deemed "offensive" by your standards. After pleading my case, I regained access only to be promptly disabled again for past posts. The inconsistency in your enforcement is perplexing. I complied by changing my profile picture to return, only to have it disabled again today for alleged "suspicious activity". This disruption occurred while I was helping a friend cope with their elderly parent's Alzheimer's, drawing from my own experiences. Losing access at a crucial moment is distressing, especially since a cherished photo of my late mother was only stored on your platform. I refute any claims of misconduct during my brief access window. It is frustrating that I am unable to seek a review of this latest suspension and I feel unfairly treated by this abrupt and distressing action.

I have spent hours trying various methods to recover my Facebook account. The phone number linked to my account is outdated, and I now have a new number for almost two years. My Gmail is not connected to my Facebook, and despite clicking on "forgotten account and password," I have not been successful. I searched through the Facebook Help Center and watched YouTube tutorials without success. Due to my phone being repaired, I am using a new device and cannot access my account. I changed my password three weeks ago on my old phone, which is now being repaired. I need access to Facebook to communicate with family and conduct sales. I am willing to provide my ID and old password if needed. My name is Charlie Batty, and my current phone number is [redacted], and my Gmail is [redacted] I urgently need assistance resetting my password without using my old number. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Ashley Howell. I recently received a message about a login attempt from out of state, which was not me. When I tried to log back into my Facebook account, I couldn't remember my password. Despite trying my phone number and email, nothing seemed to work. Although my email may be outdated on Facebook, my phone number is current, yet I still cannot access my account. I've attempted other emails with no success. I am desperate to regain access as I have precious photos and memories of my daughter on there. I've already submitted my ID twice, and I am unsure why I was locked out. I am anxious about potentially losing all this, so I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my account.

I need to hire an attorney to stop this woman from harassing me, my family, and my business. The defamation is happening on Facebook, and my business was even broken into. Feeling unsafe in my own town is unacceptable. Despite my attorney's efforts, Tayler Menefee from West Monroe, Louisiana, continues to harass me, making baseless claims and causing me distress. This relentless behavior needs to end. This woman's false accusations, like claims of hiring sexual offenders, could ruin my reputation in the community. I run CC Gymnastics in Monroe, where I invest heavily in advertising. It's concerning that Facebook hasn't intervened in this situation.

My account has been hacked. Someone changed my password. It all started when I received a message saying someone in Scottsdale, Arizona accessed my account, prompting me to change my password. After I changed it, they took over my account again. I cannot access my original email as I never updated it. I tried resetting it with my phone number, but I do not receive the code. When I tried to resend, it froze. I am upset because I lost ten years of pictures. I want my original Facebook account back. I have tried contacting Facebook via phone and email without any response. I have even messaged the founder, Mark Zuckerberg, from my husband's phone. I made three other accounts but they were all disabled due to violating policies. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue but have not received any help. I need my original account with all my pictures back. Please assist.

A few days ago, I encountered issues logging into my account due to "suspicious activity." After resetting my password, Facebook locked my account, asking for identification through my birthdate (9/14/85) or the names of five friends, which I provided without success. Then, they requested the names of the four most recent comments, which I supplied, but I still couldn't gain access. Lastly, they prompted me to upload a photo ID, which I did, but my account remains inaccessible. This situation is distressing as I need to retrieve many important photos of my daughter and late family members stored on the platform. I rely on Facebook for networking purposes as well. I hope to receive assistance via email promptly. Thank you.

I made a purchase in July, but I received the wrong items and was overcharged. I returned everything at my own expense, with a tracking number confirming delivery in Denver on August 15th. It's been a month, and despite multiple inquiries, I haven't received my $[redacted].14 refund. They mentioned the refund will be issued after verifying the returned items. I hope I'm not being scammed. Any assistance in expediting my refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking into this matter. Best regards, Rina C.

On September 11th, I attempted to set a picture of the Twin Towers as my profile cover photo with the caption "Never Forget." Sadly, my account got disabled abruptly with a message accusing me of supporting a violent organization. I have never engaged in any such activity before and had no harmful intentions with the image. This was something I have always done on the anniversary date without any issues. Despite providing my ID multiple times, I have not received any response. This is frustrating because I manage two business accounts linked to my regular Facebook account, causing financial loss as I can no longer access them. I seek assistance to regain access to my original account. Chris B. is the name on the account.

My comment on a news report was incorrectly flagged for violating community guidelines. I requested a review as it did not promote violence in any way. Unfortunately, it was still deemed a violation. I have two queries: How can I block the individual who reported my comment, as their identity wasn't disclosed to me? Secondly, how can I report the Facebook content moderator who incorrectly marked my positive and friendly comment as a violation, despite being a response to a major news outlet's story?

Upon waking my laptop, I discovered I was logged out of Facebook. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I am encountering issues receiving recovery codes via text. Emails are coming through, but the texts are not reaching my phone. I visited AT&T, who confirmed the problem is not with my device. I even attempted using a different email address without success. Trying to submit a picture with a code failed as Facebook indicated a broken link. Reluctantly, I submitted my ID; however, Facebook also reported a broken link for that. Access to my account is vital for communication with family and participation in health-related groups. Urgent assistance is needed to regain access to my Facebook account as soon as possible.

I have had my account for a long time and recently it was disabled for reasons I wasn't aware of. I have sent copies of my legal resident card and driver's license but have not received any further information via email as promised. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account as it holds a lot of important history including pages I manage and saved items I have purchased. I have not engaged in any wrongful behavior and I genuinely need help in restoring my account. Every time I attempt to access it, I am prompted to provide my ID, which I have already done, but I have not received any response. I am eager to resolve this issue and would appreciate guidance on how to regain access to my account. Thank you. H.Z. Nunez Email: [redacted]

I have had my account for a long time. I posted opinions in several groups I belong to, but I wasn't aware that doing so could lead to my account being disabled. I have submitted copies of my legal resident card and driver's license, but despite being told that I would receive an email with more information, I have not received anything. I am seeking assistance to recover my account as it holds a lot of important information, including the pages I manage and saved pages for purchases like shoes and back support. I believe I have not violated any policies and I am in need of help. I constantly receive prompts asking for my ID, to which I have submitted my driver's license and resident passport card, but I have not received any response. I kindly request guidance on how to successfully recover my account. Thank you, H.Z. Nunez Email: [redacted]

I am seeking more information about a situation. Recently, I reported an ad to Facebook thinking that pet sales were not allowed. Subsequently, I was removed from a group because they claimed I broke a rule stating I should not report anything to Facebook. I am confused how groups can expel individuals for not understanding Facebook's procedures. After inquiring further, I was told I should have contacted an admin first and not reported the ad to Facebook. I am considering reaching out to Facebook to question how it is justifiable to discriminate against a disabled person for not grasping a process or having the capability to complete it on their own. The individual reported the only way they knew how, as they were worried about an animal's safety. This incident not only endangered an animal but also unfairly impacted the disabled individual and hindered their ability to safeguard animals in the future, as they were expelled for trying to protect an animal, which I believe violates Facebook's policies.

I frequently change my passwords due to the presence of hackers around me who try to exploit me. Unfortunately, they have locked me out of my Google account and Facebook. My profile name and legal name are Sean Micheal Torres, but my birth name is Bret Micheal Parker which I had used on my profile since [redacted]. I can provide my birth certificate and obtain a state ID if necessary. I recently left prison and have been facing continuous attacks, both online on Facebook and in-person by people I know. I once shared a picture of myself with a number on it via an email account that I no longer have access to. I had to replace my phone last night as the SIM card was stolen from my old one. Any assistance in regaining access to my accounts would be greatly appreciated. My new email is [redacted] and my phone number remains the same, [redacted]. Another email they added to my old Google account is [redacted] Thank you, Sean Torres.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. When I try to log in, it says my password is invalid. I have had this account for over 6 years and now I am locked out. I don't remember the email password associated with the account or have access to the phone number linked to it for the verification code. I also have a business page connected to my account that I need to retrieve. I have reached out to Facebook for help, but I have not received a response yet. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I am having trouble deleting my three Facebook accounts. One has a strange layout, one I haven't used in a while and has concerning content, and the third seems to be linked to someone named Ben Elliott and may be compromised. I feel isolated and want to close these accounts to start fresh. The email addresses associated with the accounts are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The content on my accounts, such as disturbing images and odd connections, is distressing and I believe is affecting my relationships with my family. I have tried to resolve the issue by providing a birth certificate but my account remains disabled. I receive emails about why my account may be disabled but am unable to open them. I would appreciate help in permanently closing all these accounts.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding accessing my late mother's account. Sadly, my mother passed away on August 1st, [redacted], and I am now the only family my daughter and I have. I believe my mother would have wanted me to have control over her account if she had known it was possible. I wish to preserve her messages and posts as keepsakes for my 3-year-old daughter, who meant everything to my late mother. Tragically, my mother was killed in a car accident, and I am determined to ensure her peace and memory are respected. I encountered difficulties trying to access her account using her old email and password. Any help to grant me full access to my mother's account would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for any assistance you can provide during this challenging time.

I am experiencing difficulty replying to messages on various Facebook pages, including the newsfeed. Recently, I had a negative experience with a seller named Emilia Dienn. The item I purchased was described as a brand-new gift set, but upon receiving it, I noticed significant damage and wear. When I addressed this issue with Emilia, she became defensive and refused to refund me. I believe she misrepresented the item, and I'm disappointed in her lack of honesty. I have evidence of the item's condition and our conversation. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and would appreciate if you could review the details. Thank you.

Yesterday, someone from Vietnam hacked my Facebook account, leading to it being locked due to the two-way authentication system. I attempted to recover it through my phone number and active Gmail account linked to it. However, another authentication step required me to select my friends' names using their pictures, which I did accurately. Yet, I was told the information was incorrect. I then tried selecting my last four comments from the past three months, but also received the incorrect message. Even after multiple attempts to receive codes via SMS, I was eventually locked out completely. I am concerned because I have stored valuable pictures and messages for the past decade on my account. My username on Facebook is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]1, with the email [redacted] attached to it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I am facing issues with Facebook login codes even though I have access to my phone and email, and two-step verification is enabled. After multiple attempts to contact Facebook's help center and using the recovery page with a picture of my driver's license, I am unable to receive the login codes. Despite being a long-term user on both my tablet and computer, Facebook claims I have not logged in on this browser before. The SMS verification code doesn't work either. I believe Facebook should send an email with the code for me to access my account. Despite receiving password reset emails daily, I cannot log in due to the lack of a login approval code. It seems unfair for Facebook to lock me out when the issue lies on their end. I think they should offer email customer support for cases like mine where the fault is Facebook's. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.
