Hello, I need assistance with my disabled Facebook account. I created the account to engage with other mixed martial arts fans by joining Facebook groups related to MMA. Recently, I started a hobby of writing about upcoming UFC events and sharing my articles in these groups. However, my account got disabled by Facebook. Attempting to log in, I receive a message stating: "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're currently reviewing your submission. We're always looking out for the security of our community, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook." I submitted a photo of myself as requested, but it's been nearly a day and my account is still inaccessible. I'm eager to regain access to my account to continue interacting with the MMA communities I've joined. My account is linked to the email [redacted]

As the administrator of 'Voice For Us', a page dedicated to animals, I have been experiencing issues with my posts being flagged by Facebook's community standards. Despite not sharing any offensive content, my posts are being blocked and fail to reach my followers' News Feed. This has resulted in a significant decrease in engagement with no reactions or comments. I have tried reporting the problem and reaching out to Facebook for support, but have not received a satisfactory response. Other similar pages are able to share the same type of content without issues, making me question why my posts are being targeted. I am seeking clarification on why my posts are being restricted and I request timely reviews to restore normal distribution to my page.

Hello, I am trying to get in touch regarding my advertising being blocked on my business page, 'Living Better Health.' Unfortunately, for the past week, I have been receiving an error message stating, "Could not process your request. We could not process your request. Please try again later." I want to address this issue promptly. I sincerely apologize for any inadvertent violation of Facebook policies. Upon reviewing the policies, it seems that we may have unknowingly breached Policy 19 on Personal Health regarding image content. However, our intent is to promote a positive lifestyle without encouraging negative self-perception. We have successfully promoted similar products like Green Blend and Beauty Blend without any issues in the past. Our goal is to inspire a healthy and optimistic approach to daily living. Hello, I created an Instagram page for advertising purposes, and to boost our outreach, I aimed to pay for promotions to expand quickly. In order to run promotions, Facebook required me to open an account, so I did. I used a similar name to my Instagram page, which I believe led to my account being blocked. Just before the block, I linked the Instagram account I intended to promote. After realizing the issue, I waited two days and started a new Facebook account with my authentic name. I then created a business page for advertising like on Instagram. When I tried to connect it to my Instagram account to pay for promotions, I encountered an issue within the Instagram app preventing me from doing so. I believe this might be a system error. I have genuine intentions to grow my business through advertising and support your platform. I seek help or guidance to resolve this matter efficiently. My Instagram account is: smederevo.oglasi. I am filing a complaint on behalf of my boyfriend, James Philip Amat, as his Facebook account has been hacked. Today, there was a sudden change in his profile picture and a post he did not create. We attempted to recover it, but each time we tried the "forgot password" option, a code was sent to his number, and upon entering the code, we were redirected to an account named John Mark Loquias, whom we do not know. The hacker changed the phone number associated with the account, and we cannot recall the password for the Yahoo email linked to the account. Many of our friends have reported the account, and my boyfriend created a new Facebook account under the same name. Unfortunately, Facebook shut down the new account and not the old one that was hacked. I request the old account be shut down immediately by Facebook. If there are ways to identify the hacker, please inform me as I will pursue formal action.

I am trying to access my original Facebook account, but I am facing an issue. The mobile device on which I created my account was stolen, leading me to cancel the phone number and two email addresses linked to it. Unfortunately, the phone number and one email address are still connected to my Facebook account. I have a new device, phone number, and email address now. The old phone number is assigned to someone else, and when I try to log in, Facebook sends a Generator Code to these outdated contacts. I need to access my account to update my details from my current device. Facebook's customer support is lacking, and directly reaching out to them hasn't been helpful. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased a new phone and had trouble accessing my Facebook account because I forgot my password. After resetting it using the emailed code, I was then asked to input a code sent via text, which I never received. I suspect that my correct mobile number is not on file or that the texts are not coming through. Despite my attempts, including sending photos for verification, the response I received was a Facebook error message. I've exhausted all options and cannot regain access to my account. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account, which has been compromised. The email associated with the account was changed without my authorization, and the password was also altered. Unfortunately, I was unable to react promptly as I was away from my phone when this occurred. As a result, I can no longer access my Facebook account or the linked email address. The hacker has exploited this situation by gaining access to our business manager account, removing my colleagues, and making unauthorized transactions using the listed cards. I am in urgent need of assistance to regain control of my account. I have a few queries about Facebook Shop. I set up my Shop yesterday and have encountered a few issues. Firstly, I couldn't locate where to add return information in Commerce Manager as mentioned on Facebook. Secondly, I'm unsure if I will be notified of sales on Facebook or if I need to monitor my Shop page continuously. Lastly, I've received a notification stating my catalog needs attention, even though I have only two products listed with accurate inventory and category codes. Despite this, I seem to be getting post views, which is confusing if I can't sell products yet. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I don't have any active Facebook accounts. They keep shutting them down because of my name or having too many accounts. I've provided my ID and information multiple times. Even my doctors wrote a note explaining why I can't use my real name, but Facebook insists on it. They say nicknames are allowed, but it's still a risk due to my trauma history. I need my account for my hobby and trauma support group. Facebook has all my real information from my bank, driver's license, and more. My account is deactivated, and I can't change the name for another 60 days. Please let me access my Garland Giovanna account, my only one. I've tried contacting them many times with no response. My messenger and Facebook info should match my email and phone. I even provided my real city, despite it not being safe. Facebook is affecting my access to important groups and my hobby.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my Messenger account and now I'm unable to log back in due to an incorrect username/password error. The issue extends to my Facebook account, where it claimed my password was changed recently, even though I did not reset it. When attempting to secure my account, Facebook requested an ID for verification purposes. However, after submitting my Social Security ID, I received an email stating they were unable to confirm my identity based on the provided information. Realizing that my Facebook name differs from my legal name, I responded to the email by providing my company ID, which displays my nickname.

I encountered an issue while setting up a Paypal account to assist a friend in need. Unfortunately, a mistake led to a loss of $51.00, which has put a strain on my finances. I recently created a business account on Facebook and unintentionally got charged £21 for promotions without understanding how they work. Despite the charge, I haven't seen any significant improvement or increased visibility for my business, making the expense seem unfair and unnecessary. I only discovered this charge today when checking my Barclays online banking, and I believe it was a mistake as I don't recall actively purchasing a promotion. I encountered an issue where I received a Facebook suspension after confronting a person named "Andy Grossman" who was harassing me over political disagreements and mocking my mental health struggles, even after I expressed being suicidal. Despite my comment being deemed acceptable by Facebook, I was still banned. I then posted a screenshot of his hurtful remarks about my parenting and questioned why my parenting skills were tied to my political views. Surprisingly, I got another suspension for allegedly bullying him, although he had continued to bully me in additional comments that I unfortunately deleted. It's frustrating that he can freely post while I'm penalized. I fear for my safety, and if any harm comes to me, I hold Facebook and Andy Grossman responsible. This situation is deeply unfair, and Facebook should address the actual harasser instead of targeting me unfairly.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account after setting up 2-step verification. Despite having used the same phone number for over 20 years to register, Facebook is not sending the required login codes to my cell phone. Both my cell phone and laptop are not recognized by Facebook as trusted devices. I have followed the identification confirmation process, but the email link provided to regain access to my account is not working. Each time I click on it, I receive an error message stating it's invalid. I requested the deletion of my old business page, but it was not removed. Now, the page appears under a different name, causing issues. My current business Instagram account remains linked to the old page, hindering me from connecting it to the new business page. Despite attempts from both my husband and me, we are unable to resolve this. Any posts on Instagram direct to the old page instead of the new one on Facebook. I appealed the decision the same day but have not received a response from Facebook. I have given them all the required documentation to support the change, ensuring it complies with their standards. Speaking with a representative named Anna on September 10, [redacted], felt unproductive as she requested information I had already submitted. I urged for a review of my appeal by her team. It has been three days since our interaction, and my request seems to have been overlooked possibly due to my frustration of urging the representative to fulfill their duties.
