I have been away from Facebook for almost a year and a half, maybe even two years. I no longer have access to my old account. In the past few days, I have created four new Facebook accounts, but each one has been shut down shortly after setting them up. The most recent one I made and tried to contact the Help Center with was also shut down right away. My original Facebook account, which I had for over 15 years, was linked to an email I no longer have access to, [redacted], which was connected to [redacted] Some of my old passwords were Karen0701, Karen070102, Bitch0701, Bitch070102, Baby070102, Baby0701, and BitchPlease0617. I really need help either accessing my old Facebook account or keeping a new one without it being shut down immediately after I upload a photo. I'm unsure what to do at this point or how to get the assistance I need.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I forgot my password. The mobile number linked to my account is [redacted], and the email address linked to it is [redacted] Despite attempting to reset my password, I am not receiving any codes on my phone or email. The trusted contacts I reached out to are not providing the codes promptly. Every time I receive a code from them, the Facebook password reset page indicates that I have attempted many times. I am unsure how to proceed to regain access to my Facebook account and reset my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I operate a construction business on Facebook, utilizing both a business page and groups to share 99% work-related content aimed at assisting job seekers. Recently, my account was disabled for sharing a few UFC fight clips over a two-year period. After Facebook notified me of the infringement and removing the videos, they disabled my account when I failed to remove the remaining clips promptly. Despite apologizing and explaining through email, I haven't received any response from Facebook. My business heavily relies on Facebook, and this situation has significantly impacted my income and network. We set up several pixels weeks/months ago to collect data for customers we plan to create campaigns for. Recently, we attempted to run a campaign for an adult dating site with an approved Facebook page, but the ad was rejected. We followed up with the necessary emails granting page access and intended to reapply. Last week, we successfully launched two campaigns: one for assisting with traffic ticket resolutions in Italy, and the other for a licensed gaming operator. Both campaigns were approved and are now running. These are the only campaigns set up in this account since I added my credit card information a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, our account has been suspended now due to policy violations. We have always aimed to comply with all regulations and are unsure why this action was taken. We are willing to rectify any inadvertent mistakes promptly. We are willing to provide any requested documentation, such as passport IDs, KYC, company registration info, and bank account statements, to demonstrate our legitimacy. Our sincere desire is to continue using this account for our genuine marketing business. We are open to removing any ads that are deemed non-compliant by Facebook. We value this account and the data collected so far. Please reconsider reactivating it, as we are dedicated to following all guidelines moving forward.

I am seeking assistance regarding a recent issue on Facebook. I shared a meme on my story and wall, but it was flagged for violating community guidelines. After a review, Facebook acknowledged their mistake and reinstated my posts. However, while one post is restored, I am still blocked. It appears as though someone at Facebook took offense to the content. If I remain blocked, I am prepared to escalate this matter, potentially contacting Congress or even the President. I recently regained access to my late husband's computer, where my Facebook account was logged in. Hello, my account has been disabled because I've been accused of impersonating myself. The first time it was fixed without issues, but it occurred two more times, leading to a permanent ban. To resolve this, I was requested to provide a copy of my passport or driver's license, which I preferred not to share due to advice against it. I submitted alternatives but did not receive confirmation. I only need to access my first account to download photos of my deceased brother. Despite opening a second account, I was barred for the same reason five days later. I have no interest in maintaining two accounts, only retrieving pictures of my brother. I am struggling to regain access to my Facebook account. Despite trying to reset the password multiple times, I keep getting prompted for a new password and confirm code without receiving a recovery code. Although I followed the instructions to identify myself by providing a unique code I received, my account was disabled for alleged violations. This is distressing as I have not done anything wrong. I have encountered hacking issues in the past, making it harder for me to regain access. I have been trying to contact Facebook, but I am struggling to find a way to reach them. My name is Maria de H., and I am concerned because my account got hacked with a picture of my dog on it. I am hesitant to share all this personal information here. My email is [redacted], but I might close it due to the hacking issue where they are asking for money. Facebook offers no way to contact them directly. I want to temporarily deactivate my account until this matter is resolved. We are looking to use usernames for our page locations. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about how usernames worked. Initially, some pages were deleted to create fresh versions with what we thought would be different usernames. Later, we discovered that "adding capitalization/periods does not make the name different." This realization means we may not be able to maintain consistent usernames for all our locations as planned. Is there a way to clear the usernames so we can use them uniformly? Thank you.

I had a Messenger account that I used a year ago, but I haven't used it all summer. I've been trying to access my account, but Facebook says my phone number is linked to a different account under the name Douglas Mikowski. My name is Alyssa Juday, not Douglas Mikowski. I need to regain access to my account as I use Messenger to communicate with my college band. I've tried the "forgot password" option, but it leads me to Doug's account and says my emails are not associated with any accounts. I wish I could speak to someone directly to resolve this issue. I continue to receive a message saying that my Facebook account has been locked due to suspicious activity. Despite resetting my password and trying to verify my identity, I keep getting the error message: "Identity Not Confirmed." I am unable to prove that I am the real account holder. A few years ago, I discovered a fake account made under my name. I successfully deactivated it, but now activity has resurfaced. Unfortunately, I can't log in due to security settings. I am struggling to access my Facebook business account, hindering my ability to run ads on Instagram for my restaurant Ladybird. Despite submitting my driver's license for identity verification, Facebook is claiming it doesn't match the details on the account. To resolve this, I have recently submitted copies of my business credit card and a voided check, both displaying the name of my business. I am experiencing issues with the billing process for the advertising services I signed up for. The company initially offered me ad credit but later charged my credit card without authorization. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from a company of this size. I didn't do enough research before trying to create a separate business Facebook account and ended up facing some issues. A week ago, I attempted to set up a new personal account to link with my business page to keep them separate. However, I got locked out due to security concerns as Facebook suspected unauthorized changes to my account password. Realizing my mistake, today I tried to associate my business page with my original personal account. Despite being promised an email confirmation to verify the account, I never received it, preventing me from creating my business homepage. I currently have a Facebook Business Manager page but can't access the business account to establish the initial business homepage. I am hoping for assistance from Facebook to resolve this matter and enable me to successfully set up my business page.

Every year, I post a picture on my Facebook Page to remember and honor the 9/11 attacks. This year, my account got disabled right after I tried to post, and I didn't even get to write "In Memory". Later, I found out that Facebook's "Terms" had been updated, and I unknowingly broke one of them. I wish I had received a warning instead of being banned. What are your thoughts on this?
