My Instagram account has been disabled, and I'm feeling frustrated. I put in a lot of effort to build my account, and now my friends can't find me. I've tried everything, like filling out appeal forms and following tutorials on YouTube, but nothing has helped so far. It's disheartening because I fear I may never regain access. Starting over with a new account means losing all my posts, followers, and highlights, which is something I want to avoid. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My school account for the classroom website has been deactivated. I initially signed up using my school email address, but I didn't upload a profile picture. Later on, I got a notification stating my account might have been compromised and needed a picture to confirm my identity. I submitted a photo, but as I hadn't added any pictures to the account yet, I ran into issues. Now, when I attempt to log in, it indicates that my account is disabled. I've tried creating a new account, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful.

Someone has hacked my Facebook account and is attempting to extort money from me to regain access. The original email account linked to my Facebook was [redacted] However, the hacker changed it to my Google account [redacted], along with my phone number and password. I am deeply concerned as they are using my pictures and possibly my children's pictures. They have also added multiple images of other individuals on my account and are trying to connect with others under my name. I urgently need this account shut down to prevent further misuse.

I am experiencing difficulty receiving the text message code on my phone for the two-step verification process. Despite having the same phone number on two new phones, I have not received any code. I have submitted photos of myself with a handwritten code to Facebook but have not yet received a response. This issue has persisted for over two months, and I am unable to video chat with my children who are [redacted] miles away. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter so that I can reconnect with my children.

Hello! I set up an Instagram account for my business and started promoting posts using a basic Facebook account for the business. I am in the process of rebranding and want to reset the business's Instagram page, but I'm having difficulty deleting the promoted posts. It seems I need to use Facebook to delete them, but I'm unsure how to access the Facebook account I made for the business.

I recently created a business page and I'm encountering issues with unwanted comments from a group on Facebook. Some members of an American atheist group have been leaving hate comments and harassing me because my business is associated with a religious organization. The situation got to the point where I had to disable comments on my page. I even had a potential customer reach out to me privately, expressing concerns about the negativity on my page. My Facebook account is linked to an old T-Mobile phone number [redacted] which is inactive. I now have a new T-Mobile phone, [redacted], and after transferring the SIM card, Facebook prompts me to use the Code Generator to log in. However, the codes are still being sent to the old number. Attempting to access the Code Generator within the app on the new phone is not possible due to never having used it before. The old devices previously used to log in are also not an option as they are no longer in use. How can I regain access to my Facebook account?

My Facebook account got hacked, and I had to change my password five times in a week. Facebook logged me out, and now I can't access my account for over a month. The old email linked to my account is inactive, so I can't receive a password reset. I need to update my email to either [redacted] or [redacted] Can someone assist me with this matter?

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the deletion of my Instagram account due to reasons that supposedly violate Instagram's policy. This does not add up as I am certain I have not breached any of Instagram's rules. I have had my Instagram account for nine years, and waking up to find it deleted without any prior warning or email notification is truly distressing. Initially, I suspected my account might have been hacked. I am contacting you because I am aware that Facebook owns Instagram, and so far, I have only attempted to reach out through the deactivated account form and the hacking form. It has been nine hours, and I have yet to receive any response from Instagram. This account holds precious memories for me, and I am deeply saddened to have it removed when I know I have not committed any violations. I received a 72-hour ban on Facebook after sending a private message containing a picture. The message informed me that sharing indecent images is against the policy, even though it was only sent to one person. I also want to address the incorrect assumption that the image was of a child; it was a photo from an online search, not involving minors. How can I appeal or report this ban?

I had too many negative people from my past on my old Facebook account, and I want to start fresh without that negativity. However, I keep facing issues with Facebook blocking or disabling my new pages. I've been trying to follow all their guidelines because I just want one page for my business and to connect with my new positive friends. Hello, I was using two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator to access my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I recently formatted my iPhone and lost all my apps, including Google Authenticator. Now, when I try to log in to Facebook, it requests the Google Authenticator code which I can't access anymore. I reinstalled the app, but it's empty, and I can't retrieve the code for my Facebook login. Could you please assist me in removing the two-factor authentication from my Facebook account? I received a notification through the Facebook app over two weeks ago about a suspicious login to my account. I confirmed it wasn't me, changed my password, and all seemed well for a few days. However, I then found myself logged out of the app, and the new password didn't work. Unfortunately, my recovery email is outdated, leaving me unable to resolve the issue that way. Each time I try to log in, it informs me that my password was changed a certain number of days/hours ago. The most recent message stated that my password was changed 11 hours ago, so it seems to be changing every few days. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

My iPhone broke, and now I can't access my Gmail account or the phone number linked to it. I tried using my Android phone to retrieve it, but it didn't work. My Facebook account holds many meaningful photos of my late uncle, Jody, and my son. I'm reaching out to Facebook to assist me in logging in so I can update my email and phone number. I am unable to access my Facebook account. I forgot my password and my email is inactive. When I tried to reset the password, it did not allow me. I have my phone number linked to the account, but for some reason, it does not offer me the option to reset through that. Hello! I'm Carla. I've been unable to access my Facebook account since July as I haven't been receiving the login code. Despite following all the necessary steps to recover my account, I keep getting prompted for the login code. I've attempted multiple times but haven't received any text messages. I'm having trouble sharing my website to promote my page. The site is www.freebesttv.com. I believe it's being flagged for violating community standards even though it doesn't. I tried to set up a Facebook business profile but ended up having to create a personal profile first before creating the business page. I didn't want them linked, so I made a fake personal profile, but Facebook disabled it for identity verification. Now I'm stuck not knowing what to do next.
