I manage a Facebook help group dedicated to all things guppy fish. Recently, the group was removed for a policy violation, but I haven't received any specific information on what policy was breached. In our group, we strictly prohibit the sale of fish, sharing links to fish-selling pages, and discussions regarding pricing or sales within posts. While occasional members do slip up, we promptly remove any violating content. As the group creator, I don't believe I should be held accountable for individual members' actions in private messages or their behavior that I can't monitor. My responsibility is to moderate and remove inappropriate content. The community standards are unclear regarding what is allowed in terms of discussing fish and animals, with only one sentence dedicated to the topic. This lack of clarity makes it difficult for us to understand and enforce the policy effectively. Reaching out for assistance has been unfruitful so far, and I hope to receive a response to address these concerns soon.

I was recently informed that someone had hacked my messenger account and was sending messages pretending to be me. I wanted to inform all my contacts about this by sharing the message: "I am warning all my messenger contacts NOT TO ACCEPT a FRIEND REQUEST from ANDREA WILSON as my account has been HACKED." As I started messaging my contacts, I unexpectedly got blocked from using the feature after sending a few group messages. I've spent another hour online trying to figure out how to reach my contacts since I've been blocked with no way to resolve this issue. I'm unsure how to inform my contacts when I'm blocked by Facebook. It seems like the system inadvertently supports the hack. Although I've changed my password, I'm at a loss about how to handle the person who has taken over my account and is using it on Messenger.

I need assistance! I attempted to change my password this morning and now I cannot log in. The system says the password is incorrect. Please do not suggest visiting facebook.com/login/identify because it is unhelpful. It directed me to a page where I have no access to the email and old phone numbers. Please assist me quickly! It's my birthday today, and I have an important job appointment to attend. Thank you.

I was suddenly logged out of my Facebook account and when I tried to log back in, it showed that my account was temporarily disabled due to phishing. I primarily use the app and don't recall logging in on any websites. I've been trying to confirm my identity to reactivate my account, but I'm having trouble receiving the security code. Despite multiple attempts at resending it, I haven't received any codes on my correct mobile number. I've been waiting for 24 hours now and really need to regain access to my account. Is there an alternative way to verify my identity on Facebook or ensure that I receive the security code on my phone promptly? Any help would be appreciated.

For the past three years, a woman has been tormenting my family. Recently, she posted a photo of my brother on Facebook along with hurtful comments. This behavior is not new; she has been relentlessly harassing us and others through social media and text messages. We believe that her actions need to be addressed, and she should be banned from Facebook to prevent further harm.

I received a threatening message saying that someone plans to copy all my files to his phone and report my account as his. This could lead to my account being permanently removed. I discovered through the Facebook community that many individuals have lost their accounts this way. Furthermore, falsely reporting a genuine account as fake can result in the account being deleted. These issues are serious bugs on Facebook that need to be addressed promptly.

I forgot my password and successfully reset it, but during the process, I also updated my email address. Now, I can't log in using the new email and password because it says there is no record of that email. Additionally, attempting to sign in with the old email and new password results in an invalid password message. Although I received a confirmation code at my new email, I am unable to find where to input it. When I try to recover my account by having three trusted friends send a code, the link provided has expired due to multiple attempts.

I am having trouble receiving my Facebook login code after changing my phone number. The code is being sent to my old number, and I am unable to get it sent to my new one. Despite having access to my two email addresses, the code is not being sent to them either. I need assistance in removing my old cell phone number ([redacted])-[redacted] from the account and replacing it with my new number so that I can receive my login codes. I am attempting to change my password but am unable to proceed. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account keeps getting hacked repeatedly, more frequently than ever before in the past week. About a week ago, it was completely compromised. Each time I reset my password, it notifies me of being hacked again and then claims I entered the wrong password, even when I haven't. Now, it has logged me out entirely and I cannot sign back in, which is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue.

One day, Facebook prompted me to log in again unexpectedly. I attempted to log in but couldn't remember my password. Trying to reset it, I realized the recovery email was from a defunct account I hadn't used in 7 years. After several password attempts, I got locked out. Now that I've regained access to the old email, I'm repeatedly trying to secure my Facebook account with a new code, but the system isn't cooperating.

Hello, I am Jason Pyke. I am trying to regain access to my Facebook account linked to [redacted], not [redacted] Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for [redacted], which is causing me to lose access to my Facebook account. I urgently need access to my Facebook account ([redacted]) to update the linked email address to [redacted] Please note that my professional email, [redacted], is not the one I want associated with my Facebook account, even though there seems to be a link to it. I have the necessary codes from my three trusted individuals, Alicia Fry, Scott Pyke, and Christopher Pyke (my siblings), to recover the [redacted] account. This email account holds precious photos of my son from birth, and losing access to it due to a phone reset is distressing. I have made multiple unanswered attempts via email to resolve this issue. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Jason Pyke

Hello! I recently adopted my 13-year-old sister, and I've decided to set up a Facebook account for her. However, I've discovered that she has multiple accounts under her name from previous years, which we don't have the email and password for. Is there any way to remove these accounts?

I'm experiencing issues while trying to set up my shop. I inputted all the correct information and verified it twice to ensure its accuracy. However, when I click "Finish" on the Set Your Preferences page, I receive an error message stating that it couldn't process my request and to try again later. I'm uncertain if this is a system glitch or an error on my part. Any guidance would be appreciated. I have also taken a screenshot of the error message.

I recently got a new phone, and now I'm having trouble logging into my account. When I try to use my new phone, it says my email address is incorrect, and when I try my phone number, it says my account is disabled. Even when I use my name and picture to identify myself by naming friends, it doesn't match my account. After several attempts, my profile picture disappeared from the search options. I remember closing my previous account last year due to issues in a surgery group involving pictures. I might have used a different email address to open a new account, but I'm not sure. I'm not very tech-savvy, and this situation is really confusing. Can someone please help me figure this out?

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for 2 months after my phone broke. I no longer have access to the email connected to the account for a password reset. I have tried using my trusted contact for verification, entering the codes they received 3 times, but I never receive the SMS for login details. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed an increasing number of inappropriate videos on Facebook that contain explicit sexual content. Even though I have reported these videos multiple times, Facebook has responded that they do not violate their policies. Facebook is a platform used by people of all ages, including children, and it is not appropriate for such explicit content to be shared freely. I am disappointed that Facebook does not take this matter more seriously and I believe action should be taken to address this issue promptly. I am considering informing the public about this if the situation is not rectified. It is important to have real people address these concerns rather than automated responses. This is a significant problem that needs to be addressed promptly.

I have been receiving numerous emails from Facebook containing a code to reset my password, but I never requested them. Despite receiving an email stating that my email was reset, I did not make any changes. I searched for the email on Yahoo, but it was not found. I decided to create an email with that username and attempted to send myself a code to reset the password. After successfully resetting it, Facebook is now asking for a code from an authentication app, but I cannot access my account, and no code has been sent to my phone.

I've been receiving multiple emails notifying me of password changes I didn't make. Consequently, I've been changing my password each time in an effort to protect my account. However, now I'm unable to reset my password without a required code generator that I haven't received. Following all the provided instructions has not helped me regain access to my account. Additionally, my account no longer recognizes my phone number and indicates unfamiliar browsers.

This morning, someone hacked my Facebook account demanding money to return it. I have text messages as proof. They changed the email and password, preventing me from resetting it. I've tried submitting forms to recover it with my memories from years past, but they are under review. Can someone please help me retrieve my Facebook or provide a phone number for assistance? Thank you for your help.

As a photographer, I recently tried to advertise my wedding engagement photo sessions on Marketplace. Unfortunately, my ad has been repeatedly rejected for not meeting "Community Standards," without any clear explanation. I have reviewed Facebook's policies and believe my ad complies with all guidelines. I am feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. How can I resolve this issue with Facebook?
