I recently got a new phone and tried to log into my Facebook account. However, I received a message saying that my phone number and email addresses were not recognized in the system. Feeling frustrated, I created another profile without realizing it violated the terms of service. I rely on Facebook to connect with my children, especially now that I am experiencing vision loss and struggle to communicate with others, including my church community. Facebook is crucial for my social interactions. Unfortunately, I signed up with the email address [redacted] and couldn't recall my password. My phone number is [redacted], and my primary email is [redacted] Thank you, Margie Cox Shrake.

I have been struggling for several days to resolve an issue with my Facebook accounts related to my Shopify store. The problem arose when I set up a Business Manager account with my company's email, which is different from my personal Facebook email used for my Shopify store. Despite my attempts to reconnect them, I keep getting the message that the page has no administrator. I have tried various solutions, including trying to grant myself administrator permissions for my personal account email, but to no avail. My attempts to switch the Business Manager account to my personal Facebook account have also been unsuccessful. Due to these difficulties, I am considering removing the "Clip-Smart" page to recreate it under my personal Facebook and link it to my Shopify store. I believe the conflicting emails between my personal and Business Manager accounts are causing this confusion. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and assist in finding a resolution. Thank you, Best regards, M.T. R. www.intex-mkn.com

This is the second time my Facebook account has been duplicated. The first time, they used my picture and name to send messages to a coworker's wife. This time, even though I don't have a picture, my account has been used again. I would like to know who created both accounts. The first one was only on Messenger, and this one is on Facebook and Messenger. It is unfair that someone is using my information for their own agenda. Any information about the creators, such as a name, phone number, or location, would be greatly appreciated. I suspect I know who is behind this, but I need proof to take further action. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I am unable to access my account as it has been compromised. I urgently require assistance as the email address linked to the account appears to be the hacker's email, "[redacted]" Despite my efforts to restore it to "[redacted]," the system is indicating that I have surpassed the limit for code entries, even though I have not entered any. I have submitted my driver's license multiple times as requested, but the link provided to reset the email address advises me to try again later due to too many rapid change attempts. Access to my account is crucial as it contains cherished photos and memories of departed loved ones that are irreplaceable. I am hesitant to create a new account and sincerely seek a resolution to this distressing situation. For further inquiries or discussions, I can be reached at [redacted]. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a programmer and app developer from Serbia. I recently came up with an idea to enhance Facebook and create something that users will definitely love. After conducting a year-long study with users, I am confident that they will be extremely happy to use it. This improvement will double engagement on Facebook. Many users have friends of several years on Facebook, and many people complain that their friends do not like their posts, but they cannot see how many likes they receive from each friend individually to compare support. This tool could be entertaining for people to track and view each friend's total support and have evidence whenever they discuss who is more supportive. I am hoping to connect with someone from Facebook to discuss integrating my patented app and have already discussed this with Twitter. Looking forward to hearing back soon. Best regards, Radule Vucetic

I moderate the Wiccan Hearth Forum as well as RachelSarah's Poetry Corner but there are some other pages I am unable to close. Along with that, I have a secret group for my publishing endeavors. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my personal account by someone who is trying to take credit for my work. I distinctly remember making only one person an admin and I believe I restricted her permissions. My name is Rosie Glasgow, previously known as Rachel Sarah Glasgow, then Fegan due to marriage, and back to my maiden name. Recently, I switched to Rosie upon discovering my true birth name. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted]9. I reside in Scotland. A phone call would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue, as my accounts contain sensitive information that could impact the Anglo Irish Good Friday Agreement. I am a peaceful civilian, but unfortunately, not everyone may be. Regards, R Glasgow.

I created a new account because I couldn't find help online. I got logged out of Facebook Messenger, and my Facebook app isn't working. After updating everything, I still can't log in. The app asks to confirm my identity, but then it loses connection. When I try on the browser, it just says "something went wrong." I've been unable to access my account for four days now. Even the ID verification didn't work properly. I'm worried because my business page is linked to that account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and cannot seem to log back in as the password is not being recognized. I have been using this account for over 15 years since high school and would like to regain access to it along with my old photos. I used to have a Yahoo account but now use Gmail. Yahoo is not recognizing the email associated with my old account and I no longer remember the phone number linked to it. As a result, I created a new Facebook account under the name Chilesia Chavous. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in retrieving access to my old account. Thank you.

I have encountered issues accessing my account due to clicking on a virus-containing video. Regrettably, I fell for this due to sentimental reasons related to my late husband, who enjoyed creating videos for our now-closed business, Redneck Apparel store. Mistakenly thinking the video was of him, I warned my friends not to open it, only to end up locked out of my account. After spending time changing my password and explaining the situation to friends, I found myself locked out again last night. I hope for a resolution soon as I miss using Facebook and feel unfairly penalized for falling victim to a hacker's actions.

I am unable to access my Facebook page. When I could, I couldn't change my email, so I used my photo to sign in. After losing my old phone with all my details, I couldn't retrieve my password. The reset code was sent to my old "AOL" email. I no longer have access to that email. Despite sending my driver's license to verify my identity as advised by Facebook, using my new email was unsuccessful. I eventually gave up and created a new account. Strangely, friends can still post on my old page even though I can't access it. This concerns me greatly, and I need help to resolve this. Thank you, Janet Johnson-Jacobs

My Facebook account that I've had for over a decade was disabled, accusing me of being fake. Despite providing my Oregon Driver's License as proof, my account remains inaccessible. As a candidate for Oregon's 5th Congressional District, this has affected my campaign account as well. I urgently need this situation resolved, or I may have to escalate this to address the censorship issues. There is also another Facebook account created for my grandmother, Joy Divine, which mistakenly bears my name but was intended for her. Please remove that account. It is crucial for me to regain access to my accounts promptly, as I suspect my political opponent and their supporters are behind the false reports. Thank you.

I've been experiencing frequent password changes on my Facebook account due to getting multiple hack notices. After the last reset, I couldn't log in as it kept saying the password was incorrect. When attempting to reset it, there's no option to receive a verification code via my old phone number, only through an email I rarely use. I can't recall the password for that email either. I'm unable to recover the password with the outdated phone number associated with it. I just want access to my account and prefer not to create a new one. Any assistance in helping me regain access would be appreciated.

My real Facebook account was hacked by someone who changed the email, password, and name. Now when I try to log in, Facebook says my account ID is disabled. I tried using my old email, but Facebook requires the email associated with the disabled account, which I don't know. It's impossible for me because I don't have the new email the hacker used. I'm exhausted trying to regain access to my Facebook account. It was disabled before, and I had to send my ID card to get it back, only to be hacked again. Please, Facebook team, support and assist me. I need your help, sirs. 😢

I had a post removed for "violating community standards." The shared post was originally sent to me 2 years ago, and I reposted it on my page. It was a joke about someone hunting down a bike thief, not something I wrote. Facebook shared it with me as a memory. It was meant in jest and harmless. Unfortunately, someone reported it as offensive. I run a talk show and recently had Angie J from "My 600lbs. Life" as a guest. Angie faces a lot of bullying, and I spoke out in her defense. This resulted in unwanted attention to my page. It's frustrating how trolls can create fake profiles, report pages, and cause trouble. I understand the post was taken down, and I accept that. I kindly request to have the violation removed from my page, and I will be more cautious about what I share in the future. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account after attempting to reset my password. I suspect it may have been hacked since this issue has occurred twice. I tried to recover my account by receiving a password security code via an alternative email, as I cannot access my preferred Facebook email. I waited 20 hours before trying again, but I'm still locked out due to attempting too many times. This is essential for my business, and despite providing Facebook with my ID license picture, I am unable to progress. How can I regain access to my account?

My Facebook account was compromised at the end of last year, causing severe issues. Due to this, my friends reported fraudulent activities and the account named Jimmie Munn Morgan was permanently locked. I then created a new account under the name Jimmie Munn which was working fine until I associated it with a tablet provided by my friend Richard Abel to set up a business page. Now my account has been disabled, causing inconvenience especially since I administer a group called Dassault Falcon Jet Family and Friends. Please reach out to me promptly as I heavily rely on Facebook for business purposes. Thank you.

Hello, I am Kile King, also known as Kile Kay King on Facebook. I've had the same Facebook account for almost or over 10 years. I need assistance changing my password because the phone number linked to the account is old, and the email associated with my Facebook account ([redacted]) has been inactive and recycled. I received a notification one night that my account was logged in elsewhere, prompting me to change my password, which I did. However, the next morning, I found myself logged out of my account, and none of the passwords seem to work. When attempting to reset my password, only my old phone number and email are provided as options. I believed I had added my new Gmail, but apparently not. My Facebook is crucial for staying in touch with family across different states. I have been trying to regain access to my account for over 2 months now. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please respond promptly. Thank you. P.S. My Facebook is linked to my Instagram account, which may help for verification purposes.

I am experiencing inconsistent responses from Facebook due to an SSL configuration error. When trying to access the page or perform background refreshes, there is a high likelihood that nothing will happen. When checking the Security tab in the Network section of Firefox's Web Developer tool, I encounter the message "An error has occurred: SSL_ERROR_DECODE_ERROR_ALERT" for any URL. This issue is also present on Chrome and MS Edge browsers. It seems to have begun on 8/24/19 or 8/25/19, coinciding with a new SSL certificate installation by Facebook. Functions like sharing and posting are unreliable, and attempts to use the 'Report a Problem' feature result in hang-ups. Interestingly, I do not encounter this problem on Firefox 60.0.9esr or the current ESR version, as I can connect, read, and post successfully on those versions.
