My Facebook account has been locked for weeks, and I'm struggling to reset my password and verify my identity with my new devices. When attempting to reset via text message, I never receive the code, and when I try the call option, I'm told the system is overloaded. This is hindering my ability to manage my business page effectively, and I'm feeling incredibly frustrated. I hope to resolve this issue soon so I can get back to running my page without any further delays.

I am having an issue with my FB Marketplace account. A buyer named Melissa reported that I scammed her on PayPal, but I don't use PayPal. I explained this to her, but she insists she sent money before I confirmed the product was still available. This has led to my account being suspended, which is frustrating after using it successfully for over a month. I have always been honest with my buyers and never had any problems until now. I would like the marketplace team to review the conversation thread to see the truth of what happened. Melissa has since messaged me privately, but I'm hesitant to open it fearing it might be a scam. I am unsure how she got my PayPal information as I don't typically use it. I hope this can be resolved so I can continue selling my items.

A few months back, my Facebook account got hacked, and I haven't been able to access it ever since. The hacker changed my password and the email and phone numbers linked to the account are outdated. I'm Jade Danielle B. The passwords I've used before include jadie89, chelsea22, and jaadie1989. I've had my account for about 10 years, and this is the first time I've been locked out. I desperately need to regain access. The email linked to the account is old, but I hadn't updated it before as it was never an issue. Can anyone assist me in recovering my account, updating my email and password, and regaining access?

I encountered an issue with Facebook where a post of mine was flagged for violating community standards. When attempting to access Facebook, I am presented with a notification informing me that my post goes against their standards. Upon trying to proceed by selecting either Accept Decision or Request Review, the page becomes unresponsive after clicking Continue. This frustrating cycle limits my access to only the notification page and the Accept or Request Review page. Unfortunately, I am unable to log out, report a bug, or even use Facebook Messenger due to these restrictions.

Hello, I am reaching out to request a review of a recent policy decision. Additionally, I am seeking suggestions on how I can safeguard myself during this time. Consider a scenario where one user has blocked another user. Under the current policy, they are unable to see each other and communication is restricted, which is understandable. However, if one of them becomes an Admin of a group, they are able to view posts made by the blocked user, reply to them, and more, all without their knowledge. This poses a significant ethical issue, as it enables the Admin to criticize or harass the other user in a public or private setting without their awareness. I urge a reconsideration of this policy. The initial decision of mutual blocking was effective and should be maintained. Breaking this mutual agreement is concerning. There needs to be a fairer approach where either party cannot attack the other, or if an attack occurs, the targeted user should have visibility and the ability to respond. This aligns with longstanding ethical principles dating back to ancient times and is a standard Facebook should uphold.

There has been a fraudulent individual on Facebook who promised a $60,[redacted] scholarship in exchange for account details and $[redacted] in Amazon gift cards. I fell victim to this scam, resulting in my account being compromised, emails deleted, and my name and profile picture changed. Despite attempting to create a new account, Facebook continuously removes and disables them. I hope Facebook can communicate with me via email to resolve this issue promptly. I am eager to regain access to a functional Facebook account. My newest account features a profile picture of my face, and I posted an image of a black cat in my feed. My name is Henry Hernandez, and I am seeking assistance to recover my account. Could Facebook please contact me to help deactivate my account? My ex-girlfriend hacked my account, changed the email address, and locked me out of all security options. I only have one option to recover it through the new email she added. I can provide a photo with today’s newspaper or contact my friends on Facebook for verification. Hi, I am seeking help because my username and password were compromised, and spam was sent from my Facebook account. Following Facebook's instructions, I changed my password, enabled 2-factor authentication with my phone number [redacted], logged out from all devices, and informed my contacts about the issue. The next day, Facebook requested a photo of me which I submitted. However, I have been unable to access my account ever since. I am extremely disappointed by the recent disabling of my account, which belongs to Thomas Stephen Thompson. Despite providing a photo of myself for verification five days ago and regaining access to my account, it was disabled today without explanation. Furthermore, there is a fake account under the name Ben Johnson on Facebook using pictures of my children. I have reported this account numerous times to no avail, as it continues to violate rules by misusing my children's photos. If my Thomas Stephen Thompson account is not reinstated by tomorrow, I will take this matter to the news media to shed light on Facebook's negligence in preventing unauthorized use of my children's images.

I recently enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account, changed my password, and logged out to test it. However, I am struggling to receive the verification code on my phone and now I am locked out of my account. I realize I may have entered my phone number incorrectly when setting up the authentication. I believe the extra '0' before the country code ‘+92’ is causing the issue. I seem to have been logged out of my Facebook account, which is associated with the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to access that email account. Despite reaching out to Yahoo for assistance, I have had no luck. After numerous attempts with Facebook, I managed to supply them with a picture ID and an alternate email address, [redacted] Facebook then sent a password reset link to the alternate email. However, upon resetting the password and attempting to log in, I am prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code which I do not possess. I am unsure how to proceed beyond this. I have contacted Facebook for three consecutive days but have not received a reply. There are two recovery options available - the first is to receive a security code via text, but I am not receiving the code for some reason. Hello everyone, I am in a desperate situation. On Friday the 20th, my Instagram page @lillyslaptsilli (stage name) and my personal Facebook page (Clive Allardyce, email address redacted) were disabled on the same day. This occurred shortly after I linked my Instagram posts to my Facebook page. I have always been cautious about my posts and followed all guidelines as a member for over 12 years. My Facebook followers and community are worried as my content is positive and uplifting. Losing years of photos and memories of loved ones is heartbreaking. Despite reviewing all rules, I cannot identify any violation, suspecting my account was hacked or falsely reported. Clients advertise my shows on Facebook and Instagram. I have contacted support, but received a response stating I am ineligible after submitting my passport. Desperately seeking help to recover my pages, I have two forgotten Clive Allardyce pages due to confusion when I first started using Facebook. Please assist, Clive A.

My account has been consistently hacked, with someone regularly changing my password. Despite sending my NJ driver's license for verification and receiving a password reset link, I have been unable to reset it successfully. Even after adding a new email, I still face issues as the reset links are being sent to the new email address without success due to ongoing hacking threats on my page. I have involved the local police, but I urgently need access to my account to deactivate it to prevent further harm. Facebook needs to provide me with a code to reset my password, but the link sent to my email, [redacted], is no longer functional due to repeated unsuccessful attempts caused by the persistent hacking activity.

I received a video in Messenger with a picture of my homepage. When I clicked on it, it asked for my Facebook login. Instead of entering my information, I closed it right away. After that, all my Messenger friends received similar videos with their homepage pictures. I quickly attempted to change my Facebook password but was locked out of my account. Now, when I open Facebook in Safari, it's in Chinese. Can someone assist me in recovering my account and switching the language back to English? Thank you for your help.
