I'm having trouble accessing my account after my daughter mentioned a possible hacking incident. She advised me to change my password, but I can't remember my old one. My email is [redacted] I'm not very good with technology and passwords. I can provide any necessary information to confirm my identity and my Facebook account under the name Mikki King McIntosh. The background picture features a 5-generation family photo with my grandmother, mother, myself, granddaughter, and daughter. If needed, I have other ways to prove my identity. For the past 2 months, I've had to use my cousin's Facebook account because my personal account was phished and disabled. I've been trying to open a new account, but it keeps getting disabled shortly after being created. When I try to report the issue through the Facebook app, I'm asked to upload a photo of my face, but my account still gets disabled. I've tried submitting appeals, but I receive no response from Facebook. I just need some help understanding what's happening and how to prevent this from recurring.

I created a Facebook account under the name Wathsala Yahampath with the email [redacted] However, after logging out on the first day, my account was suspended. I then submitted my original ID copy through the help center as instructed. After receiving the confirmation code, I logged back into Facebook with a new account under the same name. Now, there are two accounts under the name Wathsala Yahampath on Facebook - one with my profile picture and friends, and the other without a profile picture or any friends. The new account has also been disabled, and I am unsure of what happened. Please remove the new account from Facebook and restore my original account with the profile picture. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Team, I am writing from Hong Kong, China. I've been attempting to open a new Facebook account as my original one was compromised. Last month, while playing PUBG Mobile, I clicked on a link promising free skins, leading me to sign in with Facebook. A day later, my account was disabled, and after an appeal, I was informed of a terms violation. A friend suggested I fell victim to a phishing scam. Realizing my mistake, I decided to create a new account but faced challenges. Despite activating two-step verification and a U2F key, my account was disabled multiple times for various reasons, including being asked to upload a photo showing my face. Repeated attempts to create a new account were unsuccessful, even when seeking help from a Facebook office in Hong Kong. Facebook continuously penalizes me by restricting my ability to comment or message others, now imposing a 30-day block. I have faced shorter restrictions before, but this egregious 30-day block follows previous shorter ones. Their reasons seem recycled, and no user has reported my account. It appears Facebook is intentionally targeting me without proper cause. I rely on Facebook for my business promotion and income, making this situation unjust. There's no opportunity to dispute their actions before being blocked, which is frustrating. Facebook should allow users a chance to contest the accusations before resorting to drastic measures like extended blocks.

My family's page, featuring our AKC Chocolate and Silver Labs, was disabled for inadvertently selling puppies against Facebook rules. I apologize for the mistake and assure it won't happen again. We aim to use the page solely to showcase our furry friends to our fans. The page was popular within our small town, and we value the platform for sharing. I've carefully reviewed the guidelines and commit to never selling pets on any Facebook page. Can you please reconsider lifting the suspension? I have been using Facebook to run ads for my online business for months. All my previously running ads were approved after passing the Facebook review process, which, I thought, meant they followed the ad policy guidelines. Recently, one of my ad accounts was flagged and disabled for a policy violation. My appeal was rejected, using the same email format. While I am overseas, I logged into my Business Manager account to enable my other active accounts, linking them to my credit card for payment. The next day, my entire Business Manager account was prohibited from advertising, even though no ads were running on my other 4 active accounts. I am unable to appeal without submitting my company documents for verification. I have sent them three times, and Facebook keeps asking for the same documents, despite having been verified before when I set up my business account. I am unsure of what steps to take next to get my account reinstated.

Our website has been unfairly banned from Facebook. Despite reaching out to Facebook through their debugger tool and speaking to a representative, we have made no progress in resolving the issue. This ban has severely impacted our traffic and hindered the growth of our Facebook page. Our content adheres to Facebook's community guidelines, and we do not use disruptive ads. Even reputable companies like Google and McAfee have endorsed our website. Despite our efforts, Facebook employees themselves are unable to provide a clear reason for the ban. Our company operates professionally and does not engage in any malicious activities. We are eager to be reinstated on Facebook to resume our growth. Additionally, we have successfully run Facebook Ads in the past, indicating that our content meets their standards. I'm extremely frustrated. My cellphone got water damaged before my vacation, leading me to buy a new one from Metro PCS. I am unable to access my old number, and the email addresses I remember are not linking to my Facebook account due to a previous hacking incident. Despite trying old passwords, I can't log in without access to my old mobile number. I attempted to create a new account for my upcoming marriage but was rejected due to claiming a false identity, even though my identification shows both Noelle Peaster and Noelle Gagnon. I am now permanently banned from Facebook. I need help to regain access to my original account or retain my new one under the name Noelle Peaster.

Hello, my account on Facebook (facebook.com/dudekembro) was recently banned for 30 days due to alleged "bullying and harassment." The ban was a result of a comment I made criticizing Bernie Sanders, a public figure, in response to a supporter's derogatory language towards Democrats. I referenced Sanders' record on guns and used the term "NRA whore," which I believe is not bullying or harassment but a valid critique. I feel that the individual who reviewed my comment may have been biased in favor of Bernie Sanders, leading to an unfair ban. Moderators should refrain from injecting personal political views into their decisions. Criticizing public figures using language commonly found on the platform should not result in punitive actions. I believe my ban is unjust and driven by political bias; I am requesting for it to be overturned. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account, which contains important pictures and memories. I accidentally created a fake account using my cell phone number [redacted] to join a group my wife didn't approve of, and now I can't log into my original account. When I try to sign in, it keeps redirecting me to the fake account. My original account was linked to an email address that I no longer have access to due to changing email servers from Sprint. I can't receive the verification code that Facebook sends to that email address. I really need to access my account with my wife and friends, as it has sentimental pictures of us. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and the hacker changed both my email address and password. My friends informed me that the hacker is sending messages pretending to be from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) offering financial assistance through a link. It's important for me to regain access to my account and have the hacker held accountable for their actions.

Despite my attempts to access my files, there was an obstruction preventing me from doing so. I recently received a 24-hour ban for referencing, though not directly calling someone, "poor white trash." I believe this term is describing a socio-economic group rather than promoting hate speech. I come from that same background and use the term without malice, viewing it as a commentary on social issues. Although I support efforts to combat hate speech, I think context matters in determining when a ban is warranted. I request clarification on which phrases are prohibited to avoid unintentionally violating rules in the future. I am unable to access my Facebook account after getting a new phone and forgetting my password. Despite successfully resetting the password through email, I cannot log in due to needing an authentication code on my new device. I selected to log out of all other devices during the password reset. Unable to receive the code via SMS as my phone number is not associated with the account, I followed Facebook's online instructions to send my government ID and an explanation of the issue with my full name on the account Monday night. I am still waiting for a response.

My account has been compromised. I have followed the necessary steps to reset my password and enhance the security of my account. However, I have encountered an issue during the final step due to the phone number associated with my account, which I initially linked to it when I opened it, [redacted], being invalid now. I used to reside in Utah, USA but I currently am in New Zealand with a different phone number. I am reluctant to lose access to my Facebook account and create a new one as I do not want to lose connections with friends I have been in touch with for years. Given my account was hacked, I am concerned that if I send friend requests again, it may be mistaken for a fake profile. I am seeking assistance in proving my identity without relying on my old phone number. I acknowledge the importance of security measures, but I urgently need to regain access to my account. I am currently facing difficulties accessing the email account I initially used to sign up for Facebook. Despite attempting various passwords, I am unable to gain entry. Utilizing my trusted contacts to verify my identity and initiate a password reset should theoretically result in an email being sent for me to reset my account. Previously, on the mobile app, I could navigate to change the associated email or phone number, but I now encounter a stagnant page prompting me to go back or proceed, eventually leading to a "lost connection" screen. Clicking on "No longer have access to these?" redirects me to Chrome without resolving the issue. The promised email from Facebook following the identity verification process never materializes, despite following the outlined steps. The Help Center advises checking spam folders, but the email never arrives. It is frustrating as I have completed the necessary steps, yet Facebook fails to send the vital email, preventing me from updating my account email successfully.

I recently fell victim to a hacking incident initiated by an individual named Karen Gates, who posed as a recruiter for Data Entry positions. When I inquired about the job, she insisted on obtaining my Facebook login details. Shortly after sharing my information, my account and Messenger were compromised, rendering them inaccessible for three days. Karen has been uncooperative in resolving the issue, resorting to using vulgar language when I requested assistance. She continues to post fraudulent job ads on different Facebook groups under various names, jeopardizing sensitive information such as my children's school details, teacher contacts, and irreplaceable family photos. Despite multiple failed login attempts, I now encounter a message indicating unusual activity on my account, restricting my Facebook usage. Seeking support to regain access, it's important to note that she has also established new accounts under my name with my previous phone number ending in [redacted]. Additionally, Karen conducts fake interviews through Google Hangouts, under the guise of representing Concentrix. Your urgent assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
