A few months ago, my account got hacked, so I requested my friends to report any suspicious activity from the hacker. On my birthday, May 8th, [redacted], at 7:40AM (CDT), when I attempted to log in, it displayed a message stating that my account was disabled for violating terms. This seems like an error because I hadn’t accessed my account since before it was disabled. I am seeking help to recover my account. Despite previous denials of my appeal requests, I am confident that I did not breach any terms during the entirety of my account’s existence. I am unaware of the content the hacker posted, only knowing what my friends informed me. My account holds valuable memories, and I recently felt optimistic about its recovery after watching informative videos and filling out necessary forms. Please assist me in reactivating my account. Your help in restoring my account is highly appreciated. Thank you.

I am unable to send messages on Messenger. I received a notification stating that I was reported and have a suspension period of about 23 days before I can resume using Messenger. The person who reported me initially directed vulgar and offensive language towards me, including profanities like "bastard" and "motherf*****." In response, I also used inappropriate language, but I believe it was unfair that I got reported while the other person instigated the situation. This partial excerpt illustrates the nature of the exchange. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding some hacked pages that are very dear to me and my friends. The pages in question are "Bruised but not Broken," "Warrior Soul Sisters," and "The Lithium Chronicles." These poetry pages have a significant following and have been helping people for many years. "The Lithium Chronicles" especially plays a vital role as a safe space for individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts. The admins of these pages have made a remarkable impact in saving lives and providing support to those in need. It is disheartening to see them being exploited by a hacker and held for ransom. I appeal to your company to take action against such illegal activities promptly to protect the community built around these pages. Your swift intervention is crucial for the well-being of the thousands of users who rely on these platforms. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. Best regards, Gerry Hanna

I shared three photos of different families, including generational pictures of a deceased woman named Connie Brown. I tagged five families in the post. I want to clarify that I don't engage in spamming activities; in fact, I often warn my loved ones about online threats. I work as a school bus driver and strive never to harm anyone. Having my account disabled has been distressing as I've been a member for over a decade. Restoring my account is crucial for me to aid my students and their families with important changes to their routes. Although I managed to submit some information, it seems it wasn't the right kind. Now, I keep encountering a "lost connection" message. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you, Leslie Taggart.

I recently created a Facebook account to set up a business page quickly. I disabled my public information to focus on the business page. However, I got locked out and asked to upload a photo to verify my identity. After submitting my photo, my account was suddenly disabled. I uploaded some identification but hesitated to provide a passport or license due to being unfamiliar with Facebook's processes. It's frustrating as all I want to do is run business ads by paying FB. It's challenging to understand why my account was disabled the same day I created it. I've completed all requested steps and am a genuine user as shown by my active LinkedIn profile. I hope to receive assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

My personal account got disabled due to a violation I was not aware of. I have been using this account since [redacted] and always followed the rules. It's possible that someone reported me out of spite. I can provide proof of my innocence. This account is connected to many communication networks. Please investigate this matter again and assist me in resolving this issue. I believe the FACEBOOK team can help me retrieve my account so I can continue to use it fairly. Thank you.

Hello. I'm having trouble changing my Facebook password because the email address linked to my account is my phone number which I lost. I can still access my account on Messenger as the password is saved there, but I can't open my Facebook account because I lost my phone and can't remember the password. This makes it difficult for me to receive any codes to recover my account. I also want to change my email address, but I can't do it because I forgot the password. I hope you can help me with the necessary steps. I want to update my email to my new number. Thank you! :)

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. This morning while using Facebook Messenger, I received a "Session Timeout" pop-up message which then automatically signed me out. When I attempted to log back in, it prompted "Incorrect password" even though I double-checked for any typos. I also tried the "Forgot Password" option, but I suspect my recovery email (YahooMail) has been deleted due to my lack of activity. I have now switched to Gmail. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. I can provide screenshots or video messages to verify my ownership. Facebook Name: Jerick Arcega (Jestar) Thank you. Best Regards, Jerick

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I need assistance with my Facebook account. Yesterday when I arrived home from the market at around 6:25, my Facebook app suddenly logged me out. Despite several attempts, I am unable to log back in. My boyfriend noticed that the security settings were altered, including my Gmail being switched to a Hotmail account. I am unable to receive a PIN to reset my password as my phone number linked to the account has been changed and my trusted contacts are no longer available. I have not received any notifications from Gmail regarding these changes on my Facebook account. I have been trying for three days to resolve this issue but the recovery process seems to be looping. The primary problem I am facing is that my verified email has been replaced with someone's Hotmail, my phone number has been changed, and my trusted contacts have been removed. Unfortunately, the Facebook help support does not provide any solutions for this specific problem.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hackers changed my email address and password. I reached out to Facebook for help, and after verifying my ID, they updated my email on the platform. They sent me a password reset link, but I am unable to use it due to issues with the authentication codes. I keep receiving a message saying I've entered the codes too many times. I need assistance with resetting my password and perhaps receiving a new link. Additionally, I am interested in setting up the authentication app for added security. Please advise. Thank you.

I previously contacted and tried two suggestions from GetHuman but had no success regaining access to our non-profit Facebook page. We are a legitimate organization with a 501c3 status, recognized by the authorities. Shortly after a public announcement of our group in a local newspaper, our Facebook page was cloned maliciously. The perpetrators used our images for around 36 hours before swapping them with their own. They are now posting defamatory content about one of our members. Despite continuously reporting the cloned page, Facebook has not taken action. Our Instagram account has also been cloned. We are facing a disinformation campaign and cyberbullying. We need assistance in getting the clone page removed and identifying the culprits responsible for this misconduct. Any guidance on how to address this issue with Facebook would be appreciated.

Hi, I woke up this morning only to find out that my Facebook account has been hacked. When I tried to log in on the Facebook app and messenger app on my phone, I was automatically logged out. Upon trying to log in using my email and password, I received an error message stating that my credentials were incorrect. I then attempted to reset my password but was informed that my email address does not exist in their records. I asked a friend to check if my account was still active, only to discover that my email had been removed without my consent. I am in need of assistance to recover my account promptly as I usually stay logged in on my app. Additionally, I removed my phone number from my profile a few months ago. Here are the details of my Facebook account: - Profile Name: Hesther Queen - Previous Phone Number: [redacted]8 - Date of Birth: April 18, [redacted] - Email: [redacted] - Last login: 2 September, [redacted] (between 5am - 6am) Kindly help me with resolving this issue expediently and updating me on my new email address: [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I am facing a complex issue. I am unable to access my Facebook account under the username 'Zul Ariel'. To make matters worse, my recovery email '[redacted]' is inaccessible as it has been deleted by Yahoo. Despite not forgetting the password, Yahoo has erased the email '[redacted]', making it unfeasible to recover. I have attempted to recover my @rocketmail address, but Yahoo does not recognize it, suggesting that my Yahoo ID @rocketmail.com has been deleted. How can I reclaim access to my Facebook account now? I am willing to provide my ID card as proof since my account was previously blocked, and I managed to regain access after submitting a photo of my ID.

Hello, my Facebook account was hacked around my birthday on August 13th. A lady named Angela Mitchell messaged me about a grant, and shortly after, someone logged in from Nigeria and I lost access. Despite my attempts to log them out and change my password, I was unable to regain control. I tried creating a new account, but I keep getting blocked out, asked to verify my identity by sending a photo. Being a member of Facebook for over a decade, I feel very upset because I have cherished memories like my children's and baby pictures stored there. The hacker is now reaching out to my friends pretending to be me and compromising their accounts. I have already received four phone calls regarding this issue. Please, I seek assistance. Sincerely, Jennifer L.

My account was compromised, and the email address was changed. I attempted to reset it using the email notification provided but was unable to because I didn't have a code generation app configured. Each time I try to access the account, a verification code is sent to the hacker's email address, preventing me from gaining entry. My name is William Harvey Wilson, and my account's cover photo features me with a deer. The email associated with the account was [redacted], which is now my current email. The initial password was winchester96, then winchester95, and possibly Winchester94 at some point. I recently attempted to change it to Winchester7688*, but I couldn't complete the process without a code generating app. I'm seeking assistance to regain access. I trust this information is sufficient for you to verify my identity and assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am facing issues with accessing my Facebook account since Saturday, August 31st due to a hacking incident. The email linked to my account was changed from [redacted] to [redacted], along with the associated phone number. Despite logging in with the new email and password, a 6-digit code is required to gain access, which I cannot receive due to the altered phone number. I have already submitted my government-issued ID and explained the situation through the provided form on Saturday evening, but have not received any response yet. Frustratingly, I created a new account which is also pending verification due to a shared name with the original account. I am seeking assistance urgently. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Racheal Perkins Gurley.

My brother's Facebook account has been hacked, and we are unable to close it. The hacker has stolen all photos of our late mother and is sending inappropriate messages to females on the friends list. They have also reposted photos of my brother and a child without permission, breaking Community Standards. We have ample evidence and have reported this to the police. Unfortunately, we cannot access the account to close it. This hacker even contacted a minor via messenger using FaceTime. I am determined to protect my mother's memories. Please delete the account.

Over the past year, my girlfriend and I created a racing page called Sick Pig Racing, which gained nearly [redacted] followers. We both managed the account, sharing updates about our racing and the new race car I purchased at the start of the season. Unfortunately, since our recent breakup, my ex-partner deleted the page without discussing it with me. I'm devastated as it contained all the content showcasing my drag racing journey, and I have no copies as I'm the driver featured in the videos. I'm hoping there's a way to recover the page so I can regain access. My ex, Jessica Hill, initiated the page as she was more tech-savvy, but we were both admins and shared responsibilities for posting about our racing events. I'm eager to retrieve it as Sick Pig Racing is a name I own. I go by Pete Shutt, also known as Sneaky Pete.
