Hello, I am Marie Mansour. Yesterday, my Facebook account was hacked, and I am currently unable to reset my password because the email address associated with my account is incorrect. As a result, I am not receiving the code Facebook is sending me. I really need to update the email address, reset my password, and regain access to my account as I have important contacts I need to keep. I have already fixed my Google account and changed its password yesterday. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

My granddaughter created a Facebook account for me but didn't share the password. My daughter, Vanessa Smith, now controls my account after getting my granddaughter's help to alter the information. You can find the Vincent Bray account with inaccurate details, showing me in Monroe, LA, and Kansas City, MO, looking odd in a blue shirt. I also have another account as Vincent Bray with a white pitbull profile pic, stating I'm in Kansas City, MO, but actually in Texas. The first account has comments revealing my daughter's involvement, misrepresenting me during interactions. I reside in Moberly, MO, and Vanessa Smith (Vanessa Lovingherboy Smith) accesses my account from Texas, though I frequently go to Kansas City, MO, and Minnesota. I want both accounts deleted. Vanessa Smith reacted poorly after I changed my relationship status, causing trouble for my fiancée, Kelly Burkett. She is impersonating me on my page, adjusting relationships, interacting on my behalf, managing friends, and even uploading a photo of me and my son without permission.

I posted an ad on a group that sells MGA parts but got banned from Facebook for it. Facebook released me from the ban, but when I reposted in the same group, I got banned again immediately. Facebook keeps pushing me to spend money on ads, but they won't tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been selling for 22 years on eBay without any issues, and I always provide accurate information. I'm willing to pay to resolve this problem, but I need Facebook to clarify what I need to change in my ads. This issue is confusing me, especially since I've never encountered any problems with my ads before.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, I encountered a message on my Facebook account stating, "your session is expired", upon attempting to log in. I then tried to use my password, which appeared to be outdated, without receiving any alerts of unauthorized access attempts. Unfortunately, my account was hacked, resulting in the loss of all my precious memories, photos, and personal information. To add to my distress, the hacker not only deactivated the account but also disconnected it from my mobile number. Furthermore, I have no access to the Yahoo email linked to the account. Despite my numerous efforts to contact Facebook for assistance, the hacker proceeded to cause trouble by using the Messenger. As a doctor and researcher, the breach has jeopardized my work as vital information exchanged with colleagues is now compromised. I am willing to provide any necessary identification documents for verification. Please address this matter promptly.

My "Lisa Pesiri" account has been hacked. The hacker changed my emails, phone number, and passwords, making it impossible to access my accounts on Facebook, "Art by Lisa Pesiri," and Kickstarter where I have investments. I created a new Facebook page to investigate, but it's set for deletion. I suspect a political motive behind the hacking based on messages I received. One individual tricked me into sharing personal information by posing as an 'official' grant officer for a government grant. Hello, I have received a 30-day block for posting inappropriate content on Facebook. I quickly removed the post once notified that it violated Facebook’s rules. Unfortunately, my 12-year-old daughter, in a dispute with me over her not being legally allowed a Facebook account yet, reposted the same content, resulting in my extended block. This is distressing as tomorrow is the anniversary of my daughter's passing, and I won't be able to post a tribute. I mainly share heartfelt posts and made an error by following misguided advice from a group. I am pleading for the opportunity to post a message for my daughter's birthday. I have been blocked from Facebook Marketplace. My clothing and shoe listings were flagged for breaching policies. Despite multiple appeals for clarification and removal of all listings, I received only automated responses denying access. Even after deleting all items, the restriction persists, preventing me from viewing or purchasing items. The complete block seems excessive and unfair, as the reason provided is inaccurate. This action affects my ability to earn income.

My Facebook account has been hacked multiple times and now I can't log in. I'm 18 years old, and I created my account several years ago. The email I used is now deactivated, and I can't access it anymore. I've tried to confirm my identity through the link provided but even after sending my ID pictures, the process fails. The NoReply response I receive mentions that my new email has been added and is valid for 7 days, but I can't use the new email address provided. I have previously submitted a detailed request for assistance, but would like to simplify the process now. To summarize the issue: My account was hacked by someone pretending to be my friend. I logged out of all devices, thinking it would help, but the hacker changed my password. Unfortunately, I cannot access my old email or its recovery options. I have reached out via Messenger with evidence of the hacking incident, but have received no response. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me through my current email address ([redacted]) to assist in recovering my Facebook account. I am willing to provide my ID as proof of identity. I recently encountered a situation on Facebook that has left me feeling deceived and hurt. I connected with an individual who claimed to reside in Iowa, USA, but supposedly traveled to Africa for a family funeral. He informed me that he needed $[redacted] to return to the USA and, believing our interactions were sincere, I sent him the money. Unfortunately, after receiving the funds, he blocked me. I am distraught over this betrayal and uncertain about what steps to take next. Furthermore, upon reaching out to a friend who also knew this person, I discovered that he had attempted a similar scam with her. She did not send him any money, but he still cut off contact when she refused. Hello, my name is Deborah Wakawa. I have been a Facebook user for four years. Unfortunately, last month, my Facebook account was hacked. In my attempt to report the issue by creating a new account named "Debbie Waks," it did not resolve the matter. I tried to recover it online and even uploaded my international passport for identification. However, when asked how to reach me, I provided my email but received an error message stating that the email was already associated with an account. Through a misunderstanding with my friend, I entered the wrong email for recovery. Now, Facebook is sending reset codes to the incorrect email address, hindering my account recovery. In the meantime, the hacker is scamming my friends with fake business propositions. My account was created with the phone number [redacted]4, using the password "Jesus4," which I later changed to "Dental Surgery." I kindly request assistance in recovering my account and ask for the reset code to be sent to my phone number. Thank you.

I have a website called www.bohemianangel.bigcartel.com. A customer with the initials D.T. bought a dress from me and it was successfully delivered. However, she has been sending me aggressive emails threatening to harm my online store and claims she will use her Facebook account to damage my reputation. I recently had an issue with WWE regarding a Facebook live video I posted during one of their events. They requested I remove it, and after explaining twice why I wished to keep it, they asked for another explanation. After this, my Facebook account was unexpectedly closed. While I understand the need to delete the video, I rely on Facebook to stay connected to family and friends worldwide, share photos, and manage important aspects of my life. Our bandpage recently shared a video that has now been blocked on Facebook. The message we received stated that our content violates Community Standards. We believe that this blocking is related to cyberbullying and harassment from an individual named Jimmy Crucifix and Lennon Rehearsal Studios. Despite reaching out to Facebook via email multiple times, we have not received any response. The video in question does not breach any community guidelines. Jimmy Crucifix has been making defamatory posts about us and harassing both our bandpage and personal pages for the past two weeks. We have evidence of this behavior. We are seeking assistance from Facebook to unblock our video and address this cyberbullying issue promptly. We have taken the step to block Jimmy Crucifix from all our Facebook pages. Hello, I'm Maria Athar. Two years ago, I created a page that was performing well. Recently, around 3-4 months ago, I attempted to change its name on Facebook. While the link name was updated, the old name still appears in the header. Despite several attempts to rectify this, Facebook has now restricted me from sharing the page link, claiming that the new name already exists, which is not the case. My goal is solely to update the name in the header from "PrelovedDesigners" to LaBoutique1. It's important to me to resolve this issue and have the ban lifted so I can share the page. Hello. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account. Despite using what I believe to be my current password, I keep receiving an error message indicating it's an old password. I reached out to Facebook support and provided my ID photo as requested. Although they responded and I reset my password using the provided link, I am now prompted for a CODE GENERATOR due to an unrecognized device. The code from my Facebook app isn't being accepted. I am unsure how to obtain this code, especially since I regularly clear my device history. I am anxious about potentially losing access to my account, as it contains cherished memories and photos. Dear Sir, I received a notification about an attempted login on my account from a PC, prompting me to change my password. After using my account for a while, I found myself logged out of both Facebook and Messenger. Upon attempting to log back in, I encountered difficulties and tried to reset my password. During this process, I was required to identify five of my friends, which I did accurately. Unfortunately, I may have unintentionally deleted my Gmail address in the next step. Although I received a security code on my phone, it did not work when entered. Despite requesting the code again, I have not received it, and upon following up, I was informed that I had made too many requests. Even after waiting for 12 hours, the issue persists. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a group on Facebook called Fleetwood Enforcers UK. They posted a video of my son being arrested on August 1st. The matter is currently under investigation by Lancashire Police. They have requested me to ask for the video to be removed. Currently, my son has not been charged with anything, and I am concerned for his safety as he is only 17 years old and has learning difficulties. I kindly request that the video be taken down or that they remove it themselves. It's important to note that Fleetwood Enforcers UK is also under investigation. Please, for the final time, I request the removal of the video from that day.
