Three weeks ago, my phone was stolen, so I had the service deactivated and ordered a new phone. While trying to reactivate my Facebook account, I unintentionally set up a new account. However, when I tried to set it up, Facebook didn't believe it was me. I reached out to the help center, followed their instructions after they sent me a code, and completed all the necessary steps. They mentioned they would review it and get back to me, but I haven't received any updates yet. I really need assistance with this issue as I have been using Facebook since it became available to me. It's crucial for me to stay in touch with family and friends, especially because I live in a different city. I can confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account named Deborah Kay Brooks. If you need to reach me, my phone number is [redacted]. If I'm unavailable, please leave a message or email me at [redacted]

I contacted an individual on Facebook Marketplace regarding a pair of size 6 Nike [redacted] blue sneakers. Initially priced at £25 with £5 postage, the seller later dropped the price to £19 with the same postage fee. After providing an address, they requested payment details. When I received their bank details and transferred £24 for the trainers, they assured me the transaction would clear within an hour. Soon after, I discovered the seller had vanished along with the listing. My attempts to reach them failed, and it appears they blocked me. Concerned that my 11-year-old sister's money was taken, I suspect it was a scam. I tried reporting the incident on Facebook without confirmation. I seek assistance in tracking down the individual for fraud and retrieving the funds. The Facebook profile associated belongs to Craescu Gruia, displaying an image of a tanned bald man with a tanned woman. I aim to recover the money promptly for my disappointed sister and address the security concerns on Facebook.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the registered email address. I'm unable to receive the code sent by FB to reset my password. Even when entering my phone number registered on the account, it is not being recognized. Due to these issues, Facebook is unable to verify my identity. I need assistance in updating my email address to proceed with their security steps, receive a new code, reset my password, and regain access to my account. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, A few days ago, I received a notification that an attempt was made to change my account password from a different location. I followed the instructions in the email to deactivate the account and reset the password successfully. However, every time I attempt to log in with the new password, a popup window requests further identity verification. I uploaded my PAN card as proof of identity and was informed via email that I could log in using a provided link. Yet, when I try to access my account, I am prompted with the initial message about a password reset attempt by someone else for security purposes. My account is under the name Prashant Juyal, and I receive Facebook notifications at [redacted] I would appreciate assistance in recovering my account. Thank you, Prashant Juyal

Dear Facebook, On August 6th and 8th, there were concerning incidents regarding my account security. Despite my precautions, someone accessed my information claiming it wasn't me using my computer. I have tape over my camera for privacy reasons. Your team or hackers viewed my Chase and HSBC bank statements. When asked for photo verification, I provided images, including one at the Kuala Lumpur twin towers. My computer's IP address and GPS location should have been sufficient for identification purposes. Attempts to verify my email were unsuccessful, raising suspicion about the legitimacy of the requests. I took steps to secure my data. It is unclear why my password was changed. The dispute over my identity must be resolved promptly. I request either a sincere apology or assurance that such issues will not recur. If not, I demand the closure of my account. Sincerely, Allen G. M. Email: [redacted]

My email connected to my Facebook account was hacked. Although I resolved the issue with my email, I still cannot access my Facebook. Facebook sends me a code to my new email, but it can only be used once. After using it for the first time, I received an error saying I tried too many codes. I attempted later, but the same issue occurred. Facebook requested my license, which I uploaded. However, the code and link provided do not work. I keep receiving automated messages with the same unhelpful code and link; there is no human support provided. I am frustrated as I am unable to receive important messages from clients through Facebook. The lack of customer service response from Facebook is disappointing and aggravating. I hope this situation gets resolved soon.

I had a concerning experience while using Skype last night. During a video call with someone I didn't know well, things took an inappropriate turn, and now I'm being extorted. The individual has threatened to share the explicit video with my Facebook friends unless I pay them $[redacted]. I'm worried because they somehow accessed my Facebook network through Skype. If the video does end up on Facebook, I'd like assurance that it will be promptly removed, and that the person responsible will face consequences. I understand that action can only be taken once the video is live, but I hope steps can be taken to ensure it's swiftly taken down if shared. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am hoping to receive a response from a Facebook executive concerning their assistance in ensuring the security of voting machines in individual states. Numerous people are deactivating their Facebook accounts due to the platform's involvement in spreading false information during the [redacted] election. I believe it would be beneficial for Facebook to not only provide financial support to states to prevent future election interferences but also offer their expertise to help safeguard our electoral process. This action could go a long way in rectifying the harm caused by Facebook in the previous election. I am eager to have a dialogue with one of your executives as the Election Day draws near. Thank you, Rita M.

I had an encounter with Kyle Klug while working on my cell phone tower in February [redacted] and things have been difficult since. He was pleasant initially, but after declining his romantic advances and suggesting we remain friends, he became erratic. Around April, following my birthday on April 13, he somehow had my Straight Talk service transferred to another phone in the early hours of the morning. Despite preventing any harm, he managed to disrupt it again on June 2nd. Since then, I have lost access to my email and Facebook accounts. Furthermore, he has sent individuals to my residence at odd hours for illicit purposes and even instigated an incident where someone was advised to forcefully open my locked gate.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the review button on my Facebook business page. While the Review button is visible, my rating is no longer displayed. Instead, it shows "no rating yet" and "no recommendation yet." Upon clicking the information icon, a message states that there are not enough recommendations to calculate a rating for "Lenka Hattaway Photography." This is incorrect as I previously had ratings visible. I have not made any recent changes that would explain this. The review tab is active in my settings, but unfortunately, my clients are unable to leave recommendations or reviews. I am unsure why this is happening.

I recently received a new phone for my birthday and have been struggling to log into my Facebook account. Despite having received emails from Facebook in the past, it now says no email is associated with my account. Although there are no signs of hacking, I can't seem to remember my password. I've attempted to recover it on my desktop since my mobile device is not allowing me to access the recovery screen properly. After entering my mobile number and trying various passwords, I keep hitting dead ends with the recovery options. I'm unable to post updates, chat on Messenger, or access other apps linked to my Facebook account. This is particularly frustrating as I'm currently on vacation in Las Vegas and want to share my experiences. I'm hoping to find a solution soon so I can reconnect with my loved ones online. Thank you for any assistance you can provide with this issue.

On September 3, [redacted], I am still struggling to access my Facebook account due to an email and password change by the hacker. I have been unable to use the recovery code sent by Facebook as the link provided is considered invalid every time I attempt to use it. Despite waiting for four hours, the code remains unusable, prompting a message stating I have exceeded the maximum number of attempts. I suspect my account may be locked to prevent the hacker from accessing it. Fortunately, the recovery code is being forwarded to my backup email at [redacted] I kindly request Facebook to assist in recovering my account so I can regain access by utilizing the provided link for password reset, which is currently deemed as invalid.

I have been trying to reach out to my family on Facebook to inquire about a sick relative, but each time I attempt to log in, my account gets disabled due to some list issue. This has happened with both my original and new accounts. I just want to be able to stay connected like everyone else. Feeling isolated from my loved ones is distressing, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. For your reference, the emails associated with my accounts are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] There may also be additional accounts linked to Ben Elliott and other variations of susiesue and Sue Walker. I will compile a list of all related accounts for further review. My name is possibly Sue Walker or Susan Jane. I long to interact with others, especially since I don't have much family nearby, and my health condition limits visitors. Your help in restoring my access would mean a lot.

My Facebook account, LadyCatt, was hacked by an anonymous person who created a fake page. This person is posting false information and harassing people. A classmate sent me a screenshot showing that I was being talked about in this group. I want to clarify that I have never sent inappropriate pictures to anyone. I did message a girl who was supposedly involved in creating the group, and that's when my account got hacked. The hacker has kicked me out, changed my email, and phone number associated with the account. They are now using my account to harass me and my friends by posting inappropriate content and false messages about others. They have even live-streamed using my account. Despite reporting this from another account and having my friends report it as well, no action has been taken on my hacked account, LadyCatt. I am seeking help on what steps can be taken to resolve this issue.

I have been using a Facebook ID by the name of Arafat Himu for nearly 10 years. About 5 months ago, someone created another account using my personal photo and information. Subsequently, this person reported my original account, leading Facebook to disable it without any prior notice. I believe this decision was hasty as Facebook should have considered the many memories and valuable content I had accumulated over the years. There was no verification process before disabling my account, and the claimant has since disappeared, raising doubts about the authenticity of the report. I had previously provided trusted contacts as a contingency but have not received any assistance from Facebook's support team despite submitting various forms of identification. This lack of response has left me disheartened, considering the loss of cherished memories like stories and poems I had shared on the platform. I am willing to undergo a video call verification to reclaim my account and access my past content. I hope Facebook can assist me in recovering my account and the significant moments attached to it.

Recently, I received a misleading message on Messenger with a YouTube link claiming to be me, which led to my password being changed without my knowledge. This incident caused my Cox email inbox to reach capacity, blocking new incoming emails. Despite spending hours attempting to clear the backlog, I was unsuccessful due to the sheer volume. I notified Facebook support about the compromised Cox account and outdated phone number associated with my account. I provided an alternative email address and submitted photos of my valid VA State Driver's License for verification. Despite being told the review process typically takes 24 hours, it has been 72 hours without a resolution. I am eager for Facebook Customer Support to address this issue promptly and am hopeful that additional verification methods exist to prevent similar future incidents.
