I've been setting up an e-commerce website, and I've created a Facebook Ad account for it. While everything appears fine in the Ad Account dashboard, I am unable to add a payment method due to a block indicating recent unusual activity. The "Contact Us" form provided is not working as expected, as the name field does not recognize my affiliated Business Account. I had a previous ads account linked to my personal account years ago, but it is inactive, and I believe it should not be causing any issues. I am perplexed by this situation and unable to reach out to Facebook for assistance. This hurdle is delaying the launch of my store, so any advice you can provide would be greatly valued. Thank you.

Hello, I have created the following three pages using either of the account IDs [redacted] or [redacted]: 1. Facebook Page: Crino's Martial Arts - Kids Karate - Stony Brook, NY 2. Facebook Page: Crino's Martial Arts - Adult Karate / Self Defense, Stony Brook, NY 3. Facebook Page: Crino's Martial Arts Women's Self Defense, Stony Brook, NY I am facing an issue where I have lost Admin/Editor/Updater access to these business pages. I can view them but cannot make any changes or updates. I am uncertain about what has caused this situation and it has been quite stressful trying to resolve it. I urgently need full access to the pages, even if it involves merging the content like pictures, videos, and likes into just one page. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. I am receiving a notification that my Facebook account has been temporarily disabled for suspicious activity. This occurred after attempting to log into a page that resembled Facebook. However, I was already logged in and then suddenly got logged out. Despite going through the security procedures, I keep getting redirected back to the beginning due to an error message stating that the feature is not available. I am eager to regain access to my account and am uncertain about the cause of this issue.

I am with the Anne Arundel County Community Action Agency and we have [redacted](c)3 status. Our services include helping with utility bills, Early Head Start Programs, mental health counseling for youth, and HUD counseling for foreclosures. Employee Julie Snyder set up a Facebook page for the agency on her personal page. Our new CEO, Dr. Charlestine R. Fairley, wants a separate agency page not linked to any personal accounts. Julie was asked to shut down her page, but there are still linkages. As the communications manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, I tried to create a new page, but the connection remains. The CEO expects us to have an independent page for our agency, which receives grants from the government and corporations. Can someone assist us in creating a dedicated agency Facebook page?

I received an alert from you to verify my information by 09/02/19. I have had this account for years but do not own a computer. I followed the prompts on my phone until I was asked to pay $5. I am using the name Tweeting Manya, given to me by nearly all of my friends and family. I do not use my real name due to past threats. The $5 request and lack of a clear contact option concern me. I am considering seeking help from my State Representative. I am uncertain whether this is a legitimate request from Facebook. Please text or email me at [redacted] I am hesitant to provide financial information or pay $5 for technical support after years of using the same FB account. Please address this issue promptly. Hello! I am having issues with my online training page. When trying to upload content, I receive an error message stating, "THE CONTENT YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE DISPLAYED AT THE MOMENT. IT MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE, THE LINK YOU CLICKED ON MAY HAVE EXPIRED, OR YOU MAY NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO VIEW THIS PAGE." Additionally, my page is not visible to followers, people cannot be reached, engagement is low, and followers are not notified of new uploads. I have reported the problem to Facebook eight times with no response. I am reaching out here for assistance as I was recently restricted from groups, which I believe may be related to the error message. Thank you for your help.

I recently received an email from Facebook on Saturday, 8/24, informing me that my private account was under review due to a 3rd party complaint concerning violence. Two days later, they permanently disabled my personal account after it was clearly hacked by someone from Kosovo. This has left me devastated because I am the admin of 5 professional pages that I can no longer access. Additionally, in the emails I received, they didn't even correctly identify my personal page as "Deborah Adams Livingston"; they listed it as "Deborah Livinston Medium" instead. The hacker who took over my account has now made themselves an admin on my public figure page, "Intuitive Medium Deborah Livingston," which has over [redacted],[redacted] followers and is a source of clients for me. Since the incident, I haven't received any emails from the page, and my followers who used to contact me for readings can no longer do so. Moreover, one of my book pages, "Strand of Pearls," has also been hacked. I urgently need assistance in recovering all the pages and accounts that have been taken from me.

Five years ago in [redacted], I closed my Facebook account. Recently, my family and friends have informed me that they are receiving ads as if they are from my closed account, promoting various products like Ray-Ban sunglasses. Despite not wanting to reopen my account or return to Facebook, I am concerned about this issue. I have attempted to address it multiple times with Facebook customer service to no avail. If this continues, I am considering reaching out to the media to share my experience to raise awareness among millions of Facebook users about potential risks.

I am currently facing difficulty accessing my long-standing Facebook account due to both the email and phone number I initially used being disabled. Consequently, I have been logged out of Facebook on my laptop and cellphone. When attempting to log back in, I am prompted for a code that I can't receive since I no longer have access to the email or phone linked to my Facebook account. The instructions provided to find the code on another platform where I'm logged in are unhelpful as I am logged out across all devices. Hello, I'm Jessica Marie Brown on Facebook. A few nights ago, I got a message requesting a verification pin via text for my account. I've been waiting for the pin, and it still hasn't come through to my phone. My correct number is [redacted]. The email associated with my account is [redacted] I reside in Stoneville, NC, and I can provide pictures of my passport and driver's license for identity verification if necessary. Please assist in regaining access to my Facebook account. I am not aware of any rule violations that would lead to my account being disabled. Kindly clarify if there have been any issues. I am experiencing difficulty connecting my Personal Facebook Ads Account to Business Manager. It appears that a separate Business Manager account was previously set up. Although I can create an Ad Account within this Business Manager and add Pages and People, I want to advertise from my Business Page, which requires transitioning my Personal Ads Account to Business Manager. When attempting this, I encountered an error message stating that the Personal Ad Account cannot be added due to a payment not being made. I tried creating a new Ad Account, but it does not run ads for my Business Page or provide access to the Page’s pixel, prompting me to create a new pixel. To resolve this issue, I am looking to transfer my Personal Ad Account to Business Manager. I noticed the option to Permanently Delete in Business Manager, but I am unsure of the consequences. I also do not need the additional Ad Account currently in Business Manager but remember seeing an option to deactivate unused Ad Accounts. I am hoping to find assistance in navigating this complex situation. Thank you for any help provided.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. The security code to reset my password is sent to my email, but when I try to change the password, a confirmation code is sent to an old phone number I no longer use, causing a deadlock. I am now able to create a new account with the same name and current phone number, but I cannot use the email from my previous account. However, my access to this new account has also been blocked, requesting a recent photo for verification. I am hesitant to submit my photo as Facebook previously mentioned they discontinued using facial recognition technology. It is puzzling to me why I am receiving different treatment compared to other users on Facebook who do not necessarily use their own photos.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I am unable to access my Facebook account as it was hacked last week. After recovering my account, I could not log in because the hacker changed my email and password. Even after re-verifying with my friends, I tried adding my phone number to receive a verification code, but I have not received anything. I recently updated my phone number on my account to replace an old invalid one that has been inactive for years. However, when I tried to remove the old number, it triggered the security measures on my account. I am unable to use another recognized device or contact my friends for the code as I do not have their phone numbers. I recently got suspended from Facebook for sharing a TV show GIF from the platform's built-in GIF search. It's frustrating as it was a publicly available GIF from a cable TV show. Facebook's action seems unfair, especially since the GIF was accessible directly on their site. Additionally, my post seemed to be part of a fun trend on Facebook, but it still led to my suspension. This ban not only restricts my posting abilities but also hinders my ability to respond on Messenger. If such content goes against Facebook's rules, then it shouldn't be provided for use on their platform.

My account was suspended because of an issue with my preferred name, They Frankie. I am Agender and go by the name They, which is an essential part of my identity. Due to recent disability, I cannot afford a legal name change at the moment. My account suspension feels like an act of discrimination and transphobia. I urge you to review this decision. Being disabled does not take away my right to be respected for who I am. Additionally, as a member of the Nomenus church, using my chosen name is significant for me and my religious community. If this matter is not addressed, I have a supportive doctor who can attest to the impact of this discriminatory action on my well-being. Hello, On 09.07.[redacted], I deactivated my Facebook account. After deactivation, I received an email informing me that my account would be permanently deleted in 30 days. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this and assumed I could reactivate it at any time. Yesterday, I tried to reactivate my account only to discover it had been deleted. I then created a new account with the same email, hoping my old account would reappear, but all my information was gone. I understand it's my fault, but I'm wondering if there's any possibility to reactivate my old account?
