Hello, I'm Taylor Rose Hardt. I created my Facebook profile in [redacted] or [redacted] during my freshman year of high school. Recently, I disabled my account for a break but reactivated it. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to my account. I want to recover my account to keep my photos and memories. I am hesitant because I might not have used my real birthday when I signed up. My contact email is [redacted], which is different from the one on my Facebook account.

I recently changed my Facebook password suspecting my account was hacked. Upon receiving a recovery code from Facebook, I successfully changed my password and logged out to secure my account. When trying to log back in, Facebook claimed my email and phone number were not recognized. After attempting to create a new account with my email, I was informed one already existed. Confused, I deleted the new account and tried once more to access my original one, but received the same error message. I encountered issues while trying to apply for a Journey's coupon. The website required me to log in through Facebook. After entering my password, it kept stating that it was incorrect. I attempted to reset the password by using the "forgotten password" option. Initially, a code was sent via text, but by the time I tried to use it, it had expired. I tried the process again, and this time the code was sent to my email. Even after multiple failed attempts, the code was not accepted, and now I am locked out of my account due to exceeding the allowed tries. I had a friend set up as a backup, but it was not prompted. As I have important photos on the account, I am unable to create a new one. Can someone assist in resolving this matter?

I am unable to provide any information without access to my account. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any results. Can you assist with providing me a code? Despite numerous tries, I have been restricted by Facebook for 24 hours each time. I simply require a code to access my account, enabling me to share and acknowledge your service. I am hopeful that your assistance is not solely dependent on financial transactions.

I recently factory reset my phone and had trouble resetting my Facebook password. Every time I tried to reset it, I received an error saying my email doesn't exist, even though I was receiving notifications to my [redacted] address. After three frustrating days, I ended up creating a new email account that I now can't remember. I hope someone can help me resolve this issue and regain access to my Facebook account that I originally created with the email that your system suddenly doesn't recognize. Kind regards, L. I have been locked out of two Facebook accounts for over three years due to my ex changing the passwords during a tough divorce. Thankfully, I recovered my phone; however, when I attempt to log in, it indicates that my Facebook account has been disabled. I am seeking urgent clarification regarding a concerning incident on Facebook. Following my interaction with Brian James Aucoin, I discovered that I have been prohibited from posting for an additional 30 days. This restriction gives the impression that Facebook is monitoring dissenting opinions, which appears biased, especially towards those who do not align with certain viewpoints. My comment was not intended as bullying; I have personally endured bullying experiences throughout my life. I feel compelled to take formal action against this unjust treatment, as my expression was not profane compared to other unfiltered content on the platform. I have sought legal advice on this matter and possibly pursuing a harassment case against the company. The quoted comment directed at the individual contained no offensive language. We recently created a profile to page conversion on Facebook and set up a travel page at facebook.com/triplancovacations. However, when we tried to upload genuine content, some of our posts were being removed due to community guidelines violations. We suspect it was because we were sharing posts in multiple groups. As a result, our page reach was blocked by Facebook. We appealed to have our content unblocked and requested clarification on why some posts were removed to avoid making the same mistake. Unfortunately, Facebook responded saying our page still didn't comply with their policies. Now, we are looking to have our reach restored and seek guidance on what to post to prevent future blocks, as our page focuses solely on travel content.

Over the weekend, my phone broke, and I had to get a new one. Unfortunately, I'm now unable to log into my Facebook account due to the two-factor authentication sending the code to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I've tried logging in from a known device, but it requires the code generator from the previous app on the old phone. The issue is critical for me as I use my account for my business page where I manage ads. Despite submitting a request to Facebook with my ID and a photo, I keep getting an error message saying they are working on fixing it. This situation has been ongoing throughout the weekend, and as my business relies on my Facebook account, I'm anxious to regain access.

There have been posts circulating about the President suggesting the use of nuclear weapons on hurricanes. It is widely known that radiation from such bombs can be harmful and the fallout is dangerous. I made a satirical comment about nuking the White House to mock the President's remarks, and now I find myself blocked for three days. It seems unfair to be penalized for poking fun at a situation caused by someone else's reckless statement. To add to this, I have been unable to share posts for the past four days without any explanation. Furthermore, I received a notice about being blocked from sharing a live video for three days, which is puzzling since I have never even posted a live video before. The timing is especially frustrating given a recent incident where I was assaulted while playing guitar on Hollywood Blvd and needed to ensure my safety against a threatening individual. Despite reporting this to the police, no action was taken, and I was planning to use live video as a precaution. However, with my unexpected block, I was left vulnerable to harassment once again. I suspect our company account, which has been inactive for over 2 years, may have been disabled. I can locate the company page when logged in on my personal Facebook, but when attempting to log into the company account, it states that the email linked to the login does not exist and the person is no longer with the company. The email associated is inactive, and I am unsure how to change the linked email for the page.

I am having difficulty accessing my Instagram account after it was hacked. I have tried reaching out to Instagram support multiple times using my email "[redacted]", but I keep receiving automated responses requesting me to reset the password using my old email "[redacted]". Unfortunately, this old email is no longer active, so I am unable to retrieve any security codes from it. Since Facebook owns Instagram and my accounts were linked, I am now seeking assistance from Facebook support. The link to my Facebook account has been removed by the hacker, so I am unable to use it for account recovery. I have updated my email on Facebook to a secure one to prevent further unauthorized access. Even though I have been in touch with Microsoft to regain access to the inactive "[redacted]" email account, I am unable to receive any security passcodes sent to it for the password reset links Instagram provides. I kindly request manual assistance to reset my account with Facebook and ensure that I can bypass the inactive email security code requirement. It has been a while since I could access my original Facebook account due to personal challenges like divorce and homelessness. I lost access to my account because I forgot my passwords and no longer had my cell phone. Despite sending my state-issued ID to Facebook for verification, they declined to assist, stating the issue was resolved. I cherish the memories in that account and hope to retrieve them. I attempted to change the password on my own, but now I am unable to receive the six-digit code needed for login verification due to an error message concerning access restrictions. My account has been stolen. I am trying to recover my account under the name Robin Sion Jones Jr. The thief changed the email associated with the account from [redacted] to m**********[redacted] Unfortunately, I can't provide the exact email as it is unfamiliar to me. When attempting to log in with my usual credentials, the system indicates an incorrect password. Resetting the password sends the link to the changed email. Even though I am not logged in on Facebook, when I try to recover my account through facebook.com/login/identify, it prompts me to logout, which I am not currently logged in. I have provided my identification to Facebook, and they claimed the issue was resolved, but it persists. I have created a new account, [redacted], but I am unable to access my games tied to the original hacked account. I own a business in NYC that has had a Facebook page for about 9 years. On July 4, [redacted], when logging in, Facebook requested proof of my business. I uploaded a copy of my DBA. Since then, I have been unable to access my account with [redacted] followers. Upon login attempts, I receive a message stating they will review the documents. Hello Facebook, Why was my account deactivated? I have been using Facebook for 12 years and have never knowingly violated any of Facebook's rules. I have tried reaching out for help through the support inbox as someone has been trying to disrupt my account by repeatedly reporting false claims of violent activities and posts, which I have never done. I believe the Facebook team has the authority to review all my activities and see that I have not broken any rules. I am very upset that all my activities and work shared on Facebook are being seen as negative. I am pleading for assistance and understanding from the Facebook team to reinstate my account. I really need it as I have many memories on Facebook, and it is also where I conduct my online business. I am not involved in politics, pornography, or violence. I only post about my personal life and the fashion items I sell online. Please access my account to verify my claims and kindly restore my account promptly. I am confident that I have not violated any rules. Someone is harassing me and jeopardizing my account. I have never shared violent or offensive content, and I promise to abide by Facebook's rules to prevent this from happening again.

The account was named KYKS KYKS, a combination of our initials, with plans to change it later on. We utilized secure connections and linked the account to a specific email address and phone number for convenience. We have not knowingly violated any terms of service, aside from the name policy due to the account being shared. We previously encountered a similar issue when attempting to create a Facebook group, which was inaccessible after adding a picture as requested. It is unclear to us why these restrictions are being imposed, and it seems like an act of censorship.
