I need assistance. My name is Cathy Dorr. I have been hacked, and my friends informed me that someone had taken over my account, sending friend requests without my knowledge. I attempted to reset my passwords but became overwhelmed and upset. In the process, I ended up getting a new phone due to issues with the previous one. It has been almost a month since I have been able to access my Bingo Blitz account, where I had accumulated over [redacted] credits. I am deeply stressed and anxious as I have lost my ability to remember any of my passwords, particularly due to the recent passing of my mother. I am praying for help to regain access to my account, as I am currently unable to do so. I have also taken steps to address unauthorized charges on my CC Acct. My new phone number is [redacted]. My personal Facebook account and my new business account have been disabled, affecting my connection to my Shopify website. My account seems to have vanished after a friend promoted my business page and now I cannot be found. I used to have three separate accounts under my name - one for personal use, one for my Shopify store, and one for a non-profit organization I am affiliated with. Despite sending Facebook photos of my driver's license and an email with the same information, they have not responded for about a week. I seem to have been removed from all my contacts and marked as spam. I have had my personal account since [redacted] and my business account for approximately a year. I am hoping Facebook will reinstate my accounts along with all my previous posts. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I created a Facebook account using my name and then set up a business account for my LLC. I planned to advertise on the platform, but my account was disabled without specifying the violation of terms. Facebook asked for my identification, which I sent twice. How could just setting up an account lead to violating terms and conditions?

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account as it keeps logging me off frequently. Resetting the password and verifying with a picture every time is becoming frustrating. I deactivated my other accounts, and this is my only one, but the constant verification is becoming inconvenient. Even though the picture is genuinely me, I am repeatedly asked to provide additional verification. This issue never occurred on my previous phone; the current one is new.

About 10 days ago, a person on Facebook contacted me via Messenger and sent me inappropriate images. I took screenshots, posted them on his wall, and blocked him. Following this, I was temporarily blocked from going live on Facebook for about a week. However, even after the block was lifted, I now find myself unable to post until October 11, [redacted], which seems excessive considering today is only August 26, [redacted]. Feeling frustrated as a woman who experienced sexual harassment, I intend to contact the local news in Los Angeles to address this issue and how Facebook has handled it. Despite my efforts, the individual who harassed me remains active on the platform. It's disheartening to see Facebook penalize me for trying to address sexual harassment while allowing others to operate freely. The person in question is Carmine Masciola from Fonte Nuova.

My Facebook account is linked to [redacted] I am unable to access my account as it has been mistakenly locked by Facebook. I have uploaded a clear picture of my face for verification. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message saying that I can't use Facebook at the moment. This issue has been ongoing for the past month and a half, with my account being disabled multiple times by Facebook. I have important business and banking information saved in this account. It is an old personal account that has been verified. Please unlock my account as I have submitted my real face picture and uploaded a photo of my driving license to prove my identity. I always adhere to Facebook's community standards. Thank you.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account that logged me out a few weeks back. Despite ensuring my password is correct, I'm unable to log in. I attempted to reset my password using codes from trusted friends, successfully completing the process, but I never received the final step confirmation text. Even after submitting my ID to confirm my identity, I have received no reply from Facebook. Now, when trying to log in with the updated password, I'm prompted for a code generator, which I cannot access without being logged into another account. As I no longer have access to the associated email address, I feel stuck and uncertain about how to regain access and confirm my identity on my account.

My advertising account, [redacted], has been disabled on Facebook. I want to express my apologies for breaching the Facebook Ad policies. It was an unfortunate oversight on my part. After reviewing the Policy Guidelines, I suspect that Policy No. 4, specifically Prohibited Content Part 15 - Non-functional Landing Pages, may have been the issue. My website was temporarily down, leading to reduced Pixel Activity, but it is now operational. I acknowledge the extended downtime for development work was a mistake, and I assure you that I will avoid violating Policy 4.15 in the future by ensuring the landing page is always functional. Please reconsider your decision, as I am committed to maintaining a functional landing page moving forward. I have attached a screenshot of the current functional landing page for your reference.

I need assistance with merging two Facebook pages. Originally, both pages had different names and addresses due to legal reasons, but we have since rebranded and relocated. The old business location is now empty, and customers are still visiting there. We have updated the old page to reflect the new location and want to change its name to match the new page for a successful merge. I am unsure if the old location information on the original page will affect the process since customers used to check-in there. The goal is to merge all likes and retain our old customers amidst the confusion of having two pages. We are finally able to legally change the old page's name to align with the new one. I am currently dealing with an individual named Kris Sanders on Facebook under the name FS Kris FX. Despite sharing the same last name, we are not related. We made a purchase on his website and paid through Facebook but have not received the product. Kris advertises through Facebook, and unfortunately, we are not the only ones affected by this. We appeal to Facebook for assistance in this matter. Due to threats made against us on Facebook, we have involved local authorities and the Arizona police. Hello, I was using Facebook yesterday to connect with colleagues and old friends when my account got blocked for allegedly using a feature too quickly. I believe this was an error, as I did not misuse any feature intentionally. I have reported the issue to Facebook, but have yet to receive a response. I only reported an account that was impersonating me, which had copied my name, profile picture, title info, and pictures, but instead, my own account was disabled for the same reason. I believe this was due to a software error. This account is dedicated to sharing pictures of my personal life and adventures. Despite trying all the appeal forms on Instagram, I keep receiving automated responses or no reply at all. I bought a writing desk from Kursten Martinek on FB Marketplace on 8/22/[redacted]. Despite rescheduling my pick-up appointment, I requested a refund due to communication issues via Messenger. We agreed on a meeting for 11am on 8/24/[redacted]. When I arrived, she didn't come to the door and had her young children communicate with me. On 8/25/[redacted], Ms. Martinek sent me unpleasant messages on Messenger. She urged me to collect my refund, but I am now uncomfortable visiting her residence. Complicating matters, the items she sold were not hers to sell as the property belongs to Stacy Buser. Ms. Buser's FB account warns against purchasing from Ms. Martinek. FB has been unresponsive, and Ms. Martinek has removed her items from Marketplace. She shared a photo on 8/25/[redacted] of a new dog instead of returning my money. I am seeking FB's help to obtain my refund and possibly prevent Ms. Martinek from Marketplace or even FB entirely.

Yesterday morning, I attempted to log into my Facebook account, but it prompted me to re-enter my password. After trying to reset the password using my phone number and email, I was unable to locate my account. Despite creating a new account to search for the original one, I couldn't find it. Although my friends can still see my profile, I'm unable to access it via the app or Safari. I reported the issue with the new account, but now I can't log in due to a review process. I'm concerned about losing my original account, which I've had for a long time.

I keep getting a weekly Facebook page update for my company, Nikao News International, Inc. However, I don't have any Facebook pages, personal or business. I deactivated both a few years back. As I am not on Facebook, neither is my business, I am requesting to stop receiving the “Your Page Insights Summary for Nikao News International, Inc.” emails. These updates are being sent to “[redacted],” one of my email addresses, but I never associated it with Facebook.

My dad's Facebook account seems to have been hacked. The password was changed suddenly, and he couldn't access his email either. After sending in a picture of his license for verification, there has been no response. Although we finally managed to reset the password through email, we now face a problem where it requires a code that is sent to his wife's phone since his phone is not linked. Unfortunately, the received code is not working. He is unable to access the app for the code generator as it also requires a code for login. We seem to be at a standstill. Despite resetting the password, we are unable to proceed without the code. Losing access is worrying, considering the valuable content on the account. The Facebook "help center" has not been helpful in resolving this issue.
