Please help me contact Facebook for a new email and account, the phone number will receive the confirmation code, but please let me access my Facebook account as I'm tired of waiting. Will you reactivate my account or not? When I try to enter my account, it says it's invalid everywhere. I have been continuously writing to Facebook for four months without a response. I am facing difficulties and being an elderly person, Facebook even disconnects me. If I pay $50 and Facebook still doesn't accept me, what happens? Here in Italy, they say the application is terrible, but I haven't said that, yet I've been banned for five months because someone malicious reported me. Please let me speak with Facebook staff as there seems to be no way to contact them. Thank you.

I listed various home decor items for sale on Facebook Marketplace and in groups. My account is now suspended due to “Third Party Infringement,” although I did not use any copyrighted materials or brand names. According to Facebook rules, they should inform me of who reported the infringement and provide details. I have not received this information. Initially, my appeal overturned the suspension promptly, but my access was suspended again later, even though I had deleted the original post. Subsequent appeals have been denied, with Facebook saying they cannot assist with this issue, even though they previously resolved it. I have also reported this as a problem. How can I regain access to Marketplace and groups?

I am unable to access my account despite numerous attempts to reset it. Each time I enter an access code, I am asked to reset my password, only to be locked out again with a message saying someone may have signed in. My old phone number is linked, making it impossible to receive an SMS code. Other attempts, such as using different devices or verifying through Facebook, have been unsuccessful. Even submitting my driver's license for identity verification was invalid. I am frustrated and desperate to regain access as I recently added my business page and gained followers. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I have attempted to create an account twice now for my university induction requirement. Both attempts were unsuccessful as my accounts were disabled when I was prompted to provide a photo ID for approval. I find it unreasonable as I have concerns about privacy and do not wish to upload my photo due to safety issues. I am only going through this trouble because it is a compulsory condition. The second account setup was problematic as it rejected my mobile number, insisting on a valid one. I had to resort to using my mother's number. If my previous accounts are not reinstated, I might need to start anew with a different email and request someone else's mobile number since I do not have a spare one.

I feel bullied and targeted by someone who is using my pictures, aliases, and identity. This individual created an account pretending to be me, causing me distress and anxiety about their next actions. I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. I refuse to tolerate this behavior, and I believe you would want the same. Can I expect a lawsuit to resolve this? I am seeking assistance on what steps I should take. Should I contact my lawyer for guidance?

I encountered issues managing my page with my main account "Agro Alonso CB." To avoid confusion, I created another account named "Residencia LosCarpatos" to manage the page as an administrator under the page "residenciacaninaloscarpatos." Subsequently, I lost access to the new account after removing administrator rights from the main account. My main concern is retrieving access to the Facebook page. I'm requesting for the new account (Residencia LosCarpatos) to be unlocked to regain control of the page or to transfer the page directly to my main account (Agro Alonso CB) for management. All I need is to regain access to the Facebook page, and unlocking the new account is pivotal for this purpose. This is essentially a plea to lift the ban on the account.

I recently discovered some unauthorized charges on my credit card statement from Facebook. I have already reported this to my credit card company and they have blocked any further charges from Facebook. However, I need to reach out to Facebook directly to resolve this issue and get the charges reversed. I have attempted to contact Facebook through their phone support, but there is only a recording stating there is no phone support available. I have also been unable to find a form or any information on how to report this issue on their website. Can someone please advise me on how to contact Facebook to resolve this matter? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Facebook account under the name "Malek Souissi" linked to the email [redacted] When attempting to log in, I repeatedly encounter the "Please Confirm your Identity" issue, stating that someone may have accessed my account. I seek clarification on the cause of this problem as it has happened twice this week. I am experiencing an issue trying to log back into my account on Facebook. I usually stay logged in on my phone but was unexpectedly logged out. When I tried to sign back in with my email and password, I was logged into a different account belonging to Nicole Henderson instead of Brittany Greene. I'm unable to reset the password as it's sending the reset code to an old phone number and email associated with Nicole's account. Even when I try using my Gmail, it still logs me into Nicole's account. This has me concerned that my account may have been compromised. I need assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, I'm Nastia Jihad Merheb. I am experiencing difficulty receiving a code to reset my password on Facebook. Despite having a working phone that is able to receive SMS, I have not received any codes for the past two weeks. I have tested my phone by creating a new account with the same number and successfully received a code. I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account and it's now disabled without any clear reason. I was instructed to verify my account with a code sent via text, but I never received any texts on my SIM card from Facebook. Unfortunately, my SIM card is now missing. I've tried numerous times to recover my account by sending my ID and emails to Facebook but haven't received any response. I recently got removed and banned from Facebook Marketplace for allegedly violating their policies, although I cannot pinpoint what exactly I did wrong. I meticulously reviewed their guidelines and only posted images of clothes neatly displayed on a table, specifying the brand, type, size, and that they were girls' clothing like "Girls Skechers Active Tee Size 7/8" or "Girls Skechers Active Short Size 10/12". Despite appealing their decision and even asking if I needed to adjust the post title, I still got blocked. I reached out via email and shared the post details and images for clarification. I'm hoping to resolve this issue promptly and regain access to the Marketplace.

I've experienced being hacked twice. Someone posted in my name, encouraging online gambling, and despite reporting it to Facebook and having my account temporarily blocked, the issue persisted. I have experienced harassment, slander, and cyberbullying on Facebook. Multiple individuals, including Sarah W., Krystal H., Tanada G., and Chelsa B., have been posting untrue and harmful things about my family. False claims, such as accusations of my husband molesting children, have been made. They have even implicated me and my sisters as child molester supporters, which is completely untrue. I have involved the police, and I am reaching out to Facebook for assistance in removing these individuals, including another person named Gypsy C., from the platform. This ongoing cyberbullying and slander have deeply impacted my family and my health, causing me distress for days. I am pleading for Facebook to intervene and halt this harmful behavior.

I was on my Facebook when I noticed my acquaintance, Andrea, forwarded me a video claiming I was in it. Surprised as I never recorded any videos, I was puzzled. Upon clicking it, I was prompted to log in to watch, which made me wonder why I needed to log in again. Despite my doubts, I logged in, unknowingly giving my information to hackers. By the time Andrea warned me, it was too late. She had also been a victim of this scheme and still hasn't recovered her account. Realizing my account was compromised, I logged out from all devices. When I tried to log back in, I found my password changed. Attempting a password reset, I discovered that the associated email was outdated, leaving me stranded. I filed a report through Messenger, even though my account is compromised too. I possess screenshots of the fraudulent video and can provide identification upon request. I've shared one photo from my Facebook profile under the name Bethany K. from Goshen, IN, which mostly features images of my cat.

The recovery process prompts me to contact three individuals whom I don't recognize; they seem to be random adds from the game Marketland. I recently discovered unauthorized access to my bank account and credit card by someone who also seems to withhold payment for my work. I plan to visit the bank on my day off to address this issue, but could not find a contact number as I have not been keeping up with my messages due to work constraints. I tried contacting Facebook for help but was prompted to provide a verification picture, which I did. I believe the culprit might be related to a job I am associated with. I am not very tech-savvy at 60 years old and struggled to navigate the help center. The situation has been causing me stress since Thursday night, and I am eager to resolve it once and for all.

I received a notification about a login from Vietnam, but I am in the US. When I tried to confirm that it wasn't me, it stated I already confirmed it. I attempted all my passwords but none worked. I can't access my Yahoo email from [redacted]. I tried to address the issue on Yahoo but couldn't locate my account. I also tried using a phone number, but it didn't help. Despite checking Facebook's help site, everything requires email or phone confirmation. I never linked a phone number as I seldom use the account. I've spent nearly an hour on Facebook's help section without success. I'm concerned about my privacy and unsure how to proceed.

I sold an item to Steven on Lazada in August [redacted]. Initially, he was satisfied and even left a positive seller review. However, after some weeks, my product got cosmetic scratches due to his negligence. Instead of taking responsibility, he demanded a replacement, making unreasonable requests. We have clarified our terms, and he confirmed the product's condition before. We cannot agree to his demands. He is now posting false and misleading reviews to harm our reputation.
