I am seeking assistance with a situation involving a customer named Brittney Paige Ashton Ingleton, who has been harassing me on Facebook. She has been spreading false and harmful information about me, causing distress to me and my family. I have taken steps to block her and her family members Taylor Dasti and her mother Tracy Badham, but the situation is escalating. The stress from this harassment has impacted the health of both my 71-year-old husband and myself, who has a heart condition. We have involved the police, the courts, and have sought legal counsel. As Facebook prohibits harassment and bullying, I am reaching out to request a review of her profile and the removal of any false information directed towards myself and my wife, Jeannine. I fear for our well-being and hope to resolve this before it escalates further. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been unable to access my Facebook account for over a month now. Upon logging in, I was prompted to enter my old password, which I couldn't remember. I tried resetting the password, but the associated email is no longer active. I'd like to change my email to [redacted] and update my phone number to [redacted] for verification purposes. Alternatively, I'm willing to go through an identity verification process on Facebook by identifying photos and friends from my account as a security measure. This is crucial for me to regain access to my account.

I recently sold an engine as is, and the buyer was aware and accepted the condition. After he dismantled the engine and claimed to find undisclosed issues, he demanded that my disabled husband either replace the engine or purchase parts for him. Despite reiterating the as is nature of the sale and how any warranty would have been voided, he continues to flag my ads and send harassing text messages. He threatened to report all my accounts and hinder my truck sale. Now, he is causing my account to be reviewed simply because he is unwilling to take responsibility. We even attempted to assist him in locating the replacement part he needed. I believe we have exceeded the typical seller's efforts, and I am considering legal action due to this ongoing harassment.

I seem to have lost access to my Facebook account under the username [redacted], and I am unsure why this has occurred. I did create a new account under the name norbil lawrence at [redacted] recently, which is operational but does not contain my friends and information. I have been using the katandbirdandkitty account since the 1990s, and I am eager to retrieve it. Despite following the suggested steps, I have not been successful. The computer associated with my Facebook account is currently unavailable, and I did not provide a phone number for the account, making it difficult for me to recover it on my own. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Facebook accounts. I recently deactivated one to ensure it doesn't affect my job search. The other account, which I can't access, needs to be deleted. There are two accounts under my name, Jake McWherter. The one I want to keep deactivated shows me in a Navy uniform with my infant daughter. The account I want to delete shows me with my back to the camera and my daughter on my shoulders. Despite recovering my email, I can't get into this account. Please assist me in deleting it.

My son's account was disabled after he reposted a picture involving the movie American Psycho, featuring his friend and actor Christian Bale. Despite posting it before without issues, his account got blocked nine months ago. Jack has autism and a cognitive disability but is an outstanding individual who excels in powerlifting at the Special Olympics. He's a dedicated worker at the DMV and lives with us, finding solace in caring for his chinchillas and dog. His main social interaction is through Facebook, where he promotes the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, his account is crucial for this purpose as his friends are his main social circle. Jack is a responsible, gentle person who is actively engaged in church and sports events. He recently graduated from the Special Olympics global messenger program at Penn State. It would mean a lot if there is any way to restore his account. Thank you. Best regards, Sue F.

Last Friday, I received an iMessage from Facebook stating that my account was being accessed by someone else. Despite informing Facebook that it wasn't me, my account had already been compromised. The perpetrator changed my name, passwords, and locked me out of my account. I discovered that this unauthorized access had occurred multiple times, with the individual continuously altering my account information. I am currently unable to access my account, except through Google. I previously reached out to Facebook, and they redirected me to a place requesting payment for account recovery. It's concerning that while unauthorized individuals can access accounts and compromise identities, users are expected to pay to regain control.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out as a deeply disappointed customer who owns a small business with a Facebook Page in order to expand my reach. I am continually receiving notifications to boost ads, which I do not desire. Recently, I received an email confirming a charge for an ad that was approved without my consent. Although I had removed my payment method from Facebook, I was charged £2.10 for an ad I did not authorize or approve. Despite attempting to reduce spending by setting a budget of £1 for one day, the changes did not save, and I was charged for an ad against my wishes. I feel compelled to deactivate both my page and account on Facebook due to this distressing experience. This unexpected charge has significantly impacted my finances, jeopardizing my ability to afford a university room deposit. I urgently seek assistance in resolving this issue, ensuring that my payment method is truly removed, and preventing any future unauthorized charges. Thank you for your attention, Bethan (Page: HoneyAndHibiscusCo)

I downloaded Dokkan Battle again from Google Play and linked my previous game data to a Facebook account that is now locked for "suspicious activity." Even though I didn't do anything unusual on the account, I can't access it now. When I try to log in, I have to confirm my identity in ways that I can't do. The first way is by sending a message to an old phone number I no longer have, and the second is by contacting Facebook friends I am not in touch with. I really need access to my account to retrieve my saved data on Dokkan. I have the email for the account and have attempted to reset the password, but it didn't resolve the issue. I need to find a way to unlock my Facebook account when the only recovery options provided are not feasible for me.

I have encountered three separate fake accounts that I had previously reported and blocked. I suspect they are linked to a scam from Nigeria where individuals tried to alter my account information. I provided my license as proof and updated my recovery email. My contact number, [redacted], is not being recognized. Previous emails associated with my Facebook account were [redacted] and [redacted] These scammers coerced me into a phony government Facebook lottery on Messenger, resulting in a loss of over $[redacted]. They persuaded me to purchase untraceable steam cards with the promise of a money delivery. The user "Rachael Gold" claims to be from a nonexistent government agency. Despite my efforts to verify my identity on your platform, the scammers persist in changing my login credentials and compromising my account. I urgently seek assistance in reclaiming my profile to protect my family and regain access to valuable memories accumulated over a decade. I am concerned about the promised 24-hour response timeframe mentioned on the site. Please expedite the resolution process.

When I was younger, I created multiple Facebook accounts to play games and send myself gems. Now, I only want to use one Facebook account, but I forgot the passwords for the old accounts. I've tried to reset the passwords, but I don't have access to the email addresses as Microsoft says they no longer exist. I would like these accounts to be deleted because they have old pictures of me as a child that I no longer want online. People get confused when I mention my Facebook. Emails for the accounts: 1. [redacted], password: bissessurh 2. [redacted], password: bissessurk 3. [redacted], password: newbissessurk950 4. [redacted], password: newbissessurk950 There are four accounts in total, but I want to keep my main one with a number on it. My current email is [redacted] Please advise on how I can resolve this issue. I don't want these accounts online anymore as it has been more than 5-6 years since I last used them.

Hello, my name is Mark. I go by Mark Vicente Ong, and my email address is [redacted] I recently set up a two-factor authenticator on my phone, but unfortunately lost my phone yesterday, along with the associated phone number. Consequently, I am now unable to access my Facebook account due to the two-factor authentication process. I didn't save my account on any other device, so I am unable to remove the authenticator, and I also do not have any saved retrieval codes. Despite trying the "Facebook request" option for login, the only response I received after my first attempt indicated an invalid ID. Subsequent attempts using 2 group 2 IDs have not resolved the issue. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my account. I am willing to comply with any instructions needed to verify my identity. Thank you for your help.

My name is Nazim Khan. My Facebook account under the name Nazim Khan has been disabled, which has caused me great distress. This was my authentic account that I used regularly. I believe my account was mistakenly disabled by your security system. I am a genuine individual and can verify my identity by providing a photo of myself holding my national ID card. I urge you to reconsider and reinstate my account since I have important business information stored in it. Please, do not overlook my request; this account is crucial to me. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action.

It has come to my attention that the Layne's Rubbish Collection page has been shut down multiple times. This page is run by a 16-year-old boy who tirelessly collects and analyzes rubbish, sharing his findings to make a positive impact. He also organizes volunteer efforts through the page. The repeated closure of this page hinders the valuable work Layne is doing for the environment and community. Reinstating this page promptly is crucial to support Layne's initiatives and engage more individuals in his meaningful cause.

I have an old Facebook account under the name Moe Newlin, but my real first name is Marissa and my birthday is 5/8/[redacted]. I haven't accessed this account since the beginning of [redacted] due to my incarceration, and I suspect it was hacked during that time. I need guidance on how to regain access as it contains important poems, pictures, and memories with my daughter. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email, but I do have a different email linked to a new account created after the hack. Any assistance in resetting the password or accessing my old Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and understanding.

My Facebook account was deactivated for impersonation, which I have never done. There was no warning and it happened suddenly. I created a new account that got disabled without warning too. After sending a photo of myself, my account was reactivated and I made two posts. However, it was disabled again without reason. I sent another photo to confirm my identity. I am confused but I just want my account back. Being a local fire chief, I use it to communicate with my team and other fire department staff.

I was logged out of Facebook on my laptop and couldn't access my account due to a password change I don't recall. Unfortunately, the recovery email is outdated, complicating the process further. After submitting my ID, the password reset link isn't working, showing errors about trying too often or providing invalid codes. I attempted the recovery process again by logging out on my phone. Despite receiving a new link, I encountered issues with creating a new password as the link was flagged as invalid.

I recently reinstalled a game from the Play Store called Dokkan Battle. I had previously played this game and linked my save data to a Facebook account, which has now been locked for "suspicious activity," despite my not using it in a long time. To unlock it, I need to either message 5 friends on the account's friend list to post a code for me, which I can't do as I can't find 2 of them and the others might not respond due to the distant connection. The second option is to send a code to the phone number linked to the Facebook account, which I no longer have access to. These are the only verification options Facebook offers, but I cannot proceed. I have all the login details to prove ownership of the account, and I simply want to unlock it to retrieve my saved game data on Dokkan Battle. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked back in [redacted], and it holds over 5,[redacted] photos of my family. It's now [redacted], and despite my attempts to verify my identity as a SAG member with my IMDB page on my Facebook profile, I haven't had any luck. I now have a new business in talent management, and the old talent database was on the hacked FB page. I've submitted my NY State ID multiple times to no avail. The hacker not only stole money from my Filipino FB friends but also caused significant financial and emotional harm. I've even gone to three different NYPD stations to report the cybercrime, but they couldn't track the email the hacker changed. Please take action as the hacker has taken a substantial amount of money from my loved ones.
