I am 80 years old and need to coordinate with my family after their work. I place items in my cart and wait to pay the next day so I can consult with my family who live far away. However, when I try to pay, my order has been removed, making it impossible for me to purchase the items. I have family members all over Australia with different schedules, so I need the flexibility to finalize my orders later. I am dealing with health issues and would appreciate the opportunity to buy gifts for my family before Christmas. My Facebook account (Jesse Laughlin) has been hacked. It shows that I am located in Cleveland, however, I am actually in Peoria, Illinois. Another contact informed me that Andrea Wilson is thought to be the hacker. Adding to the problem, I am unable to access the old email linked to my Facebook account from its inception. Resetting anything requires a security passcode sent to this email, which I can't open to get that passcode. Despite logging out from all devices, the live connection in Cleveland persists. Unfortunately, this has locked me out of all platforms using Facebook for login. I wish to update my profile to link it to my current email for Facebook use. This likely necessitates opening an email for a security code or perhaps a mobile text option. It is crucial to address the access point in Cleveland firmly and determine what actions are being taken with my information to block them. I aim to retain my contact list and restore access to websites or apps utilizing Facebook as my login. Please provide assistance. Jesse Laughlin

On January 27, [redacted], at 13:11, I hope someone sees this message. My name is Frieda, and I've had an account for 10 years. I am a harmless user with around [redacted] contacts who posts jokes to lighten up life. Recently, there was a strange post on my account about a loan that I didn't make. I immediately informed my friends on my wall that my account was hacked, changed my password, but Facebook blocked my account. Despite sending my ID multiple times to resolve the issue, I didn't receive any response. I had to create a new profile, losing 80 friends in the process as I couldn't reach them without their contact information. I am facing ongoing issues with my Facebook business page after it was hacked into and used to spend money from my bank account on an ad. Despite resolving the unauthorized activity, I am still unable to fully recover my account. I keep receiving notifications every few days stating that my account has been disabled and needs verification. When attempting to add a new payment method, I encounter errors that claim I am not the admin, even though my settings show otherwise. Now, Facebook is attempting to charge $1.01 to my account for verification, but no code appears on my bank statement. I am unable to close my Ads account as it requires admin access, which I should have. I am seeking assistance to overcome the issue with the missing 4-digit verification code, as my account keeps getting disabled despite my attempts to resolve it.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account and am unable to reach support through the app or website. I am looking for assistance or for someone to forward my message to the appropriate party. Recently, I posted a picture of my sons at the beach in swimwear, which I do not find offensive or sexually exploitative. It seems odd to me that women in bikinis are widely accepted during summer while my children in swim trunks are not. I am seeking a review of this photo and do not wish to accept the current decision. My only options are to request a review or proceed to another part of the site, but when I try to request a review, the page keeps loading indefinitely without processing my request. This technical issue prevents me from accessing support for further assistance on this matter. I am adamant about having the photo reviewed as my children are certainly less revealing than many bikini pictures I have seen. I request a prompt review, but the site is currently not allowing me to move forward.

Hello there! I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account and am unable to access support within the app or website. I am Belle Truax, an author with an author page called "Belle Aimee Truax" for promoting my books. Recently, I encountered a publishing issue on my page. After some investigation, I realized the problem stemmed from my association with a friend, Bi An's flagged page "gay couple," even though I have never utilized it. Although I have removed myself as an admin from "gay couple," the restriction on my author page remains, preventing me from posting. I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I want to clarify that the inappropriate posts were made by Bi An, not me, and I have no involvement with that specific page. Had I known about this issue earlier, I would have addressed it before removing myself as an admin. I am hopeful that the ban on my author page can be lifted at your earliest convenience. Yesterday evening, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I received a notification that it was disabled and then started receiving texts from friends about friend requests allegedly sent by me due to a hack. Today, a colleague mentioned seeing a message on my account stating it was removed for being abusive. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Messenger account. My Messenger account is linked to my phone number and was created without a Facebook account. However, I am unable to log in from any device other than the one where the account was originally set up. I do not recall setting a password for the app, so I am unable to change it. When I try to use the Identify Account option on Facebook and enter my phone number, a message stating that my account has been disabled or blocked appears. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Can Messenger accounts created without a Facebook account only be accessed once until logged out? I would like to use Messenger on my laptop, but currently, that seems impossible. Thank you, Martyna!

I am seeking to create a simple personal Facebook page for managing a brand account, running Instagram ads, and posting messages to Facebook groups. Facebook has disabled several of my accounts connected to email addresses ending in nathanimations.com. The most recent account under the email [redacted] is currently under review, with a confirmation photo uploaded on 8/12. It appears Facebook may suspect I am impersonating myself due to older, inactive accounts sharing similar personal information. I am willing to delete any redundant accounts, but tracking them down proves challenging on the platform. Facebook currently has locked me out, citing privacy concerns and is reviewing my photo. They also question the validity of my phone number [redacted] (which I'm sure is correct). When I tried to use a Google Voice number [redacted], it briefly worked until a photo verification was requested, leaving me stuck. I was messaged by a friend, C.S., through Facebook Messenger claiming he won $[redacted],[redacted],00 from Facebook. He shared a link showing my name on the list of winners for the Facebook lottery. Engaging with someone named J.D., who claimed to represent Facebook, I ended up purchasing $[redacted].00 worth of Google gift cards as instructed. After sending pictures of the cards and receipts, J.D. asked for more money for taxes on my supposed $50,[redacted].00 winnings, making me realize it was a scam. Despite requesting a refund of my $[redacted].00, I haven't received it, causing distress as it was all the money I had. Seeking help to recover my funds, I urge Facebook Inc. to warn the public about this deceitful scheme.

I have identified that I seem to have three accounts set up. The first one is under my personal information as Jason Christofilos with the email [redacted] The second account is for business under the name Jake Constantine with the email [redacted] Lastly, there is an account under the misspelled name Jason Christofiklos with the email [redacted] Jake Constantine is no longer affiliated with me, and I now only use [redacted] for my business endeavors. I am currently operating under the name Jason Christofilos with the email [redacted] for my current businesses. I am facing a few problems. Firstly, my name is misspelled in one account, and I was told I can only have one Jason Christofilos account. Secondly, I am unable to access my personal account under [redacted] Despite trying to reset my password, it keeps redirecting me to Jake Constantine's email address. Lastly, I am looking for guidance on how to add my business Facebook pages and link them to my [redacted] business email while retaining my personal [redacted] account. There seems to be an issue with my Facebook page called "Friends of the Lion." Individuals on Facebook are spreading false rumors, claiming I am a German Jewish person. I am not German and only have a small percentage of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage. There were distant Jewish relatives in my family, like my cousin Oscar who married a Jewish woman named Claudina Lyons. I have two half-Jewish cousins, Carla and Pat, through this marriage. Another foreign cousin who was Jewish married a non-Jewish person after his spouse passed away. My favorite Beatle is Paul, who embraced Judaism through his wife Linda, and my second favorite is Ringo. The group name "Friends of the Lion" represents my dual birthdays on both the Gregorian (August 15, making me a Leo) and Hebrew (14 of Av, symbolized by a lion) calendars. I believe these rumors circulating on Facebook need to be addressed, and it's unjust to have my account locked due to these false claims. I am unable to provide an alternate phone number, as I only have one and struggle with obtaining another.

Our Facebook ad account was incorrectly disabled. Despite assurances of reactivation, they never followed through. When we updated our card on the account, the bank initially flagged the transaction. We approved it promptly, waiting for Facebook to retry the charge. Alternatively, we could switch to another card to settle the outstanding $[redacted]. We have a spotless payment record and have not breached any terms. Facebook acknowledged their error but has not resolved the issue. I urgently require them to process the charge or reactivate the account with a $[redacted] balance for immediate payment. Our business operations are severely impacted by this account suspension.

I've been attempting to update my business page's name for a few months now to better reflect my services. Currently, the page is labeled as Wild Rose (Wedding Styling), a name I did not set myself. My business is called Wild Rose & Co, and I need the name to be changed to that. Potential clients are getting the wrong idea about my business focus due to the current name, and I lost a significant contract because of this misunderstanding. I work across the wedding and events sector, not just weddings. Facebook, one of my main advertising platforms, is giving the wrong impression.
