My Facebook account was hacked, and it began sending friend requests to people I was already connected with. Consequently, my friends reported the suspicious activity, and now my account has been disabled. Despite submitting my driver's license and photos multiple times, Facebook has only sent automated responses and neglected to acknowledge my license. In an attempt to regain access, I created a new email, but Facebook promptly disabled that account too. I have sent 97 emails seeking assistance, but I keep receiving unhelpful automated replies. I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly so I can return to using Facebook. Having a real person to communicate with would greatly improve this situation. Thank you, Kelsy.

Hello, I wanted to report an issue with both mine and my wife's IG accounts being blocked recently due to a violation of the terms of usage. It seems that both accounts were hacked by my best friend's ex-girlfriend, a known stalker who has been taken into custody by the Metropolitan Police in London. I am baffled by the actions of this individual who went to great lengths to compromise our accounts. Attached is a screenshot from my brother-in-law showing how both our accounts were removed from IG within a short timeframe. This person also created a fake account using my photo and username under the name godwalkers. The affected usernames are "matthuddo" and "roro_origs." I urge you to review our content, especially posts from our wedding and honeymoon, to see that we have not violated any terms. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this situation and reactivate our IG accounts? Thank you for your help.

I recently encountered difficulty accessing my Facebook account as I no longer had any trusted devices listed due to them being replaced. Despite trying all alternative login options, the two-factor authentication prevented me from regaining access. Resetting the password was futile as it required a code from the Facebook app, which I couldn't access. The recovery code sent to my email arrived after 24 hours and was already expired. Submitting a picture holding a code or my driver's license yielded no immediate solution either. Finally, after following further instructions from Facebook, I received a message allowing me to log in and designate my new device as trusted. This entire process could have been simplified by disabling two-factor authentication, especially in cases where device transfer or failure complicates access to Messenger and Facebook.

Hello, my name is Onieka Thompson. Recently, my password was changed, and I am unable to access my original account. I created a new account, but encountered the same issue where there was suspicion about my account, prompting me to verify it. Despite entering my cell phone number to receive a verification code, I never received it. Access to my account is crucial as it is linked to my other business accounts. When attempting to recover my account by uploading a picture of my driver's license, I did not receive any follow-up information. I am unsure of the cause of this issue, but it is unacceptable. I am concerned about the status of my Facebook account and urgently need access to it.

I used to have an artist page named Ryan Mayes Photography linked to a hacked Facebook account I no longer have access to. This occurred multiple years ago and the page contains photographs of women I captured. My current fiance is bothered by its existence. Despite my attempts to contact Facebook through emails and help tickets, I have received no response. I am willing to provide any documentation necessary to prove my identity. I simply want the page (Ryan Mayes Photography) to be removed. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently listed a double bed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. The buyer came to collect it and after taking it home, realized it was actually a queen size bed instead of a double. I admitted my mistake and offered a refund once they return the item. However, the buyer is refusing to return the bed and instead wants a refund without giving back the bed. They even suggested I pay $25 for them to return it, which is half of the bed's cost. I'm seeking guidance on how to handle this situation and find a way to resolve it. Thank you. -Mel

I had another frustrating incident with Facebook. After sharing an innocent beach holiday photo of my son, I got blocked again, this time for 30 days, for supposedly violating community standards. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received a clear explanation about the specific violation or how I can avoid it in the future. The photo was of my son in swim shorts, not a speedo, with no shirt on. It's confusing because many of my friends regularly post similar pictures of their children without any issues. My profile is private, and I do not share inappropriate content, so this punishment feels unjustified. What's even more frustrating is that Facebook doesn't allow users to provide context when requesting a review of the decision. How can they understand the situation if they won't listen?

Subject: Concern About Potential Facebook Account Hacking Message: I linked my Facebook account to a game called "Art of Conquest," but now I want to disconnect it as I believe the game is fraudulent. Unfortunately, the game does not provide an option to unlink the accounts once connected. I tried to remove access by going to Facebook settings, selecting security, then apps and games, followed by "Art of Conquest," and attempting to remove and restrict access. However, when I logged back into the game using my Facebook credentials, it still logged in successfully. This indicates that the removal of game access via Facebook settings did not work. Given that this game is fraudulent, I am worried about my Facebook account's security. How can I completely prevent that game from accessing my account even if I log in using my Facebook credentials? I urgently need assistance as my personal information may be at risk. Thank you.

Due to a recent illness, I haven't used Facebook for a while. Today, when I tried to activate Messenger and logged in, I was prompted to verify my identity either by receiving a code on an old phone number or uploading my ID. Despite not being comfortable with it, I uploaded my ID and was told I would be contacted by email once verified. It's now evening, and I still haven't heard from Facebook after submitting my ID. I worry about the security of my ID and plan to delete my Facebook account if I don't receive confirmation that it's removed from their records. I intend to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory commission. I need assurance from Facebook that they will delete my ID record.

Hello, my friend "Nariman Gadelmawla" is having trouble accessing her account. We have tried to reset the password on her Yahoo account, but she is not receiving the confirmation code on her mobile number. Even after adding trusted friends, we keep encountering errors. After waiting and attempting multiple times, we created a new Gmail account "[redacted]" to try to recover her Yahoo account, but we are still facing errors. Despite our efforts, she has been unable to access her account for almost a week. We would appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping her regain access. Thank you.

I need assistance as I am unable to reach Facebook Business Support since I do not have a business account with them. I have noticed unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted].30 on my credit card bill, consisting of $[redacted].03 for ads and $8.37 in international Visa fees, for 9 Facebook ads that I did not create. It is puzzling how my card details were obtained, but these ads are not mine. I have successfully recovered my account today. I have multiple emails, [redacted] and [redacted], and I am having trouble receiving a verification code from Facebook. I am trying to recover my Instagram and Facebook passwords. I encountered an unexpected payment request to proceed with account recovery, which I found frustrating. I feel deceived by this process, as I am now unsure how to proceed and unable to get the help I need. I also need to reset multiple passwords and wonder if I can use my Google account for all these platforms to simplify things.

My boyfriend received a text message from Facebook providing a code to reset his password. He had an account on Facebook a decade ago but is unsure if he ever linked his phone number to it. His account has been inactive for over 10 years. Typically, we would ignore such messages, but his credit and identity were recently compromised. Someone used his information to open DTE energy accounts in Michigan and stole his credit card details. These suspicious activities raise concerns, and I wonder if they are connected to the Facebook message timing. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Support Team, We are reaching out regarding the recent suspension of our family travel page, Greatsouthern DAGS. We are uncertain about the reasons behind the suspension and how we can restore the page. Our page serves as a personal travel diary for our 12-month journey across Australia, intended for family and friends to follow our adventures. It is important to us that this page remains separate from our personal profiles and is not used for commercial purposes. We are concerned that our page may have been hacked or set up incorrectly, as it appears to be linked under Angela Buzas' account and Richard Buzas' Instagram account. We received a text message instructing us to click on a provided link to regain access to the page, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. Could you please assist us in resolving this matter and providing guidance on how to ensure the page remains accessible with all our previously posted content intact? Thank you for your support. Warm regards, Richard and Angela Buzas

I was deceived by a hacker who took over my friend's Facebook account and messaged me claiming I won $[redacted],[redacted]. I texted the provided number to claim my prize and ended up giving the hacker my Facebook email and password, allowing them to hack into my account. The hacker changed my email, password, and phone number associated with my account, locking me out. Despite my efforts through the Facebook Help Center, I couldn't regain access. The hacker added their own email address to my account: t******[redacted] I'm seeking assistance to recover my Facebook account.

Hello, my Facebook account has been locked. I have two accounts - one main one and the other for apps and inquiries. Due to the lock, I cannot access my apps until my account is reviewed. Please assist me in unlocking my account. I didn’t sign up with an email, but rather with my phone number. This is the best way to contact me even though this email is associated with my other account.

I requested assistance 2 days ago and have yet to receive any help. A hacker has compromised my Facebook account, changing my email, phone number, and password. When attempting to reset my information, the notifications are being sent to the hacker. I followed Facebook's instructions to submit a photo of myself holding a specific code, but I never received the promised email after doing so. I am planning to attempt this step once more, but I am running out of options. I am deeply concerned as I've had this Facebook account for years and it holds many memories and connections with old friends. I truly hope to resolve this issue without losing everything I've built on my profile.

I received an email from Mr. Alex Castro regarding resetting my password. He included a link to do so, but during the process, it requested a 6-digit code from a code generator. I entered the codes I received, but it then asked for another 6-digit code due to the two-way authentication I selected. I did not receive any additional codes nor do I have access to the code generator. The instructions mention going to Facebook settings to edit, but I cannot access Facebook since I am unable to log in. I would appreciate your assistance with this issue.

My page has been wrongly flagged for violating Facebook policies due to a troll who continuously targeted my content. Despite my efforts to dispute this and request a review, Facebook ended up hiding my entire page instead of just removing the problematic video. This has led to me being unable to use any pages or groups, impacting my sponsors and the 2.5k followers who rely on my decade-old page for reference to my non-profit humanitarian art work. To address this issue, my sponsors are considering funding a trip to Facebook headquarters to discuss the censorship issue and document the situation with rented camera teams. I urge Facebook to reconsider and restore my page, which only featured a painted blurry figure briefly passing in front of the camera. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it has been nearly two months of being unable to access my intellectual property on the platform. Thank you for your help.

Hello Facebook Team, I am unable to log into my account as it has been mistakenly disabled. It appears that I need to submit my government-issued ID which contains my personal information such as name and date of birth. It is important that the name on my Facebook account matches the name on my ID to prove that this Facebook account belongs to the rightful owner of the ID, which is me. Therefore, I have sent you the necessary information to reactivate my account and prove its ownership. Thank you.
