I have been locked out of my Facebook account for a few months now due to a sign-in issue. I suffered a head injury in April and was in the hospital for six weeks. Upon returning home, I found myself unable to access my account, which had [redacted] friends - mostly people from rock/metal venues I frequent. My name is Michael Hine, known as Norse Rocker on Facebook. I had a picture of the Royal Standard and the Black Sabbath album cover on my profile. I am a member of the Norse Rockers rock club and need my account restored as it was. I've been on Facebook for a long time and don't want to lose years of content and photos. I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account on my phone. When I attempted to log back in, it claimed the password I entered was old and that it had been changed, which I did not do. Facebook requested my ID for review, which I submitted, but it has been three days with no email update on the status. I am uncertain if my ID is being reviewed and curious how much longer until I receive a response. Thank you for your assistance.

My Facebook account has been disabled. It seems I posted something that doesn't adhere to Facebook's rules and regulations. I want Facebook to know that I haven't posted any photos or made any negative posts. I rely on Facebook to keep in touch with my terminally ill uncle in another part of the country. This means I have no other way to access information about his health. It's ridiculous that Facebook disabled my account. I haven't done anything wrong. Can someone please help me with this issue?

I recently updated my phone number from [redacted]0 to [redacted]0. After losing access to my old phone and forgetting all my passwords, I've been unable to log into Facebook. I've been trying to set up a new account, but my old email, [redacted], is inaccessible due to changing my phone number and being unable to access my ex-girlfriend's linked email on the old sim card. As an ex-army member, losing access to my pictures and data is distressing. How can I resolve this?

My Facebook group was permanently deleted by Facebook recently. Initially, it was suspended until corrections were made to comply with their community standards. We were given a chance to fix it, but a colleague accidentally made a mistake by submitting it for review prematurely. Consequently, after a few days, the group was deleted entirely. Is there a possibility of recovering it to make the necessary adjustments once more? We are aware of the issues that needed to be addressed.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because it has been hacked. The email addresses linked to the account have been disabled, preventing me from recovering my password. Unfortunately, my mobile number was not associated with the account for alternate login. I believed I had another email address connected to the account, but it seems not to be the case. I am a small business owner dealing with harassment on my business page from multiple Facebook accounts. The individual in question has three known accounts and has warrants for stalking, theft, and unlawful vehicle use. The posts made are defamatory and libelous, damaging both my personal and professional reputation. Despite reporting some posts, Facebook has taken no action. This individual is misusing Facebook for harassment and stalking purposes. Is this the intended use of the platform? Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello, I recently sold mini trains to someone in Escanaba through a Facebook sale. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact site she messaged me from. I'm struggling to locate her information now. After our transaction, I realized she had paid with a fake $10 bill folded around a real $5 when I tried to use it at Walmart. Her name is Lori, and her profile picture featured her grandkids. Hello, I have four Facebook and four Instagram pages for each of my business sectors. To manage marketing for all pages, I created a profile for my company on business.facebook.com (FreeJack DOO) and attempted to add all four of my company's pages to that profile. Despite being the admin for each page and having the ability to manage them individually from my personal profile, only three of the pages added successfully. The fourth page, "FreeJack Events Production," is displaying a message stating "Request Pending" when I try to add it. Additionally, when I click on the "Owner" link, nothing happens, and it appears to be inactive. I require assistance in removing the page "FreeJack Events Production" from the current "Owner" profile (which seems to be inactive) and linking it to my company profile "FreeJack DOO," allowing me to manage all my pages from a single location. I do not utilize the email [redacted] Instead, I use [redacted] In the past, I began creating another Facebook account under [redacted] The profile picture on my current account is of my dog.

My spouse passed away on February 15, [redacted]. I am unable to access his Facebook account as I do not have his password, and his work email linked to the account was deactivated after his passing. The account was recently hacked on August 8, [redacted], and subsequently deleted on August 9, [redacted]. I have attempted to seek assistance through Facebook's Help Center and by contacting their support line without success. Many of us regularly visited his page to cherish memories and would like to have the page reinstated and converted to a memorial in his honor.

It has been three days now, and I am unable to access my Facebook account. Whenever I try to log in, it shows an error message stating that they are working on fixing it. Unfortunately, I cannot report the issue directly from my profile since I am unable to open it altogether. I have sent several emails explaining my situation, but I have not received any solutions so far. This is impacting my business activities as I use the marketplace feature regularly and need to respond to messages promptly. I created a Facebook account on August 3rd, and everything was fine initially. On August 4th, I uploaded my picture to the account and got a message saying it was under review. However, on August 6th, my account got disabled without any clear explanation. I submitted a copy of my auto insurance card on the same day, but my account remains disabled. I am seeking help to reactivate my account or to understand why it got disabled.

I believe this action may have been taken in error as I have always adhered to your guidelines. Kindly reinstate my account, as I have dedicated numerous days to developing that page, and it was unexpectedly revoked.
