Hello, I would like to report an incident of identity theft on Facebook. Recently, I discovered that my identity card was being misused on the platform by someone named Antina Slaughter. About a year ago, I received a call from a dialysis hospital asking for Antina Slaughter, a name I found familiar. I have never been to dialysis and realized that she had been using my identity. Antina Slaughter posted my ID card, containing sensitive information, on Facebook. I have since been removed from the platform and suspect illegal activities. I urge action to be taken promptly to address this issue. I demand for Antina Slaughter to be reported and my information removed from Facebook. I recently joined Facebook for the first time and set up a business page correctly under my name. I uploaded photos as requested, but I got locked out due to suspicious activity and was asked to confirm my identity by uploading a picture of myself. I complied, but it has been more than 24 hours with no response. I intended to use the business page for legitimate purposes relating to the licensed firm I am affiliated with, not for any fraudulent activities. I believed personal pages shouldn't be used for business purposes, hence my immediate creation of a separate business page. However, each time I try to log in, I am told my account is disabled without any means of contact provided. I am unsure how to rectify this mistake. I received a 24-hour ban from Facebook after commenting on a video that I found offensive due to its racist content. The video showed an individual using derogatory language and inciting violence, yet my use of the term "white trash" in my comment led to my ban for spreading hate according to Facebook's guidelines. It is frustrating that the video can remain online while I face consequences for trying to address the issue. My Facebook account has been disabled unexpectedly. This morning, I changed my name and shortly after, my husband noticed he couldn't view my account or message me. Upon opening the Facebook app, I was prompted to "confirm my identity" by the platform due to my account being disabled. Clicking "Get Started" led to a message stating that my account had been disabled and advising me to visit the help center for more information. I chose to download my information instead of going to the help center as it seemed more productive. Losing access to my account is troubling as it contains important work connections and is linked to various applications. I hope to resolve this issue without creating a new account. I am an admin of a charitable Facebook page that raises funds through donated items. Our group helps people rescue horses by raising funds. Unfortunately, we were falsely reported for selling prohibited items, which is not true. We only share posts about animals and horses in need of homes. Our founder tragically passed away last year, and I am trying to honor her memory by continuing her work. Please understand that deleting our page would add stress to her grieving father who cherishes this as a memory of her. Please reconsider and look into the reported posts on our group. This cause means a lot to me, personally, and her family. Reinstating our page would be a great help. Thank you.

My Facebook account was temporarily closed due to suspicious activities. I provided a Valid ID for verification but encountered issues with password reset. Despite receiving confirmation emails for the password change, I couldn't log in on the app. The system keeps redirecting me to the homepage after resetting the password saying something went wrong. When trying to use the new password to log in, it indicates that the credentials are incorrect. I'm feeling confused and frustrated with this situation and seeking a resolution.

I am the admin of a Facebook page called KPRN Kill Pen Rescue Network, which was started by my late friend who passed away on May 27th last year. We raise funds to help people buy horses and do not sell guns or drugs, despite false reports stating otherwise. I carry on this page in her memory, as it was her passion. My Facebook account has been disabled for impersonation, unfairly. Even after providing multiple documents like my national ID card, electricity bill, company ID, and employment certificate, they are still asking for further proof. This is the response I received: "Hi Aldy, We require additional documentation to confirm ownership of your account. Kindly provide an ID with your name, photo, and date of birth matching your profile information. Someone reported my account for impersonation, even though I've had it for around a decade. I am actively engaged on the platform, am a member of various groups, and hold administrative roles. I don't share spam or participate in any selling activities. Facebook asked me to submit my ID for verification, which I did multiple times, but I haven't heard back. I tried reaching out through Twitter to no avail. I just want my account reinstated. It's frustrating that Facebook took this action without verifying the validity of the complaint. The email I used matches the one registered on my account.

I have a French account under Filip Ren which got temporarily disabled by Facebook for security reasons. Initially, they asked for a photo to verify my identity as a 62-year-old, then they requested an official document. I provided my driver's license. After that, Kelan Chukwumereije from Facebook emailed me saying my account was unsuspended, but I still can't access it despite receiving six emails prompting me to log in. I even got a one-click login email but it didn't work. The French Facebook team hasn't been helpful. Can this be resolved?

I set up a French account on Facebook under the name Filip Ren, which got temporarily disabled for security reasons. Facebook asked for verification, including a photo and then an official document, which I provided. They informed me the account was no longer suspended, but I still cannot access it despite multiple emails directing me to connect. I also received an email from Kelan Chukwumereije confirming this. Due to a real-life domestic violence situation, I use the name Heavens Rose on my profile. I noticed accounts like Violate Jay, Squeekz, Jayme Nutter, and others using my information falsely. When trying to verify my legitimate account, I face security flags. I have reached out multiple times and have not received a resolution. I go by Yana Vera to protect my identity from an abusive stalker who is behind these hacks. I kindly request for the other accounts to be deleted and for my original account to be restored. I recently received a Facebook notification to verify my name, and I promptly uploaded my driver's license as requested by Facebook. However, my account is currently closed, and I am confused about the process. I believed Facebook was verifying both my driver's license and my Telstra mobile at number [redacted], which is linked to my home phone and Wi-Fi account in my name. I have noticed some unusual activity on a page where I am an admin. There was a post with 35,[redacted] views and [redacted] shares, even though the page only has over [redacted] likes. I suspect it may be linked to an extremist Islamic group. I am unsure why my Australian phone number and my Western Australian driver's license were not verified. Being unable to access my Facebook profile is isolating as I am part of support groups on the platform, and I am also unable to message anyone on Messenger. I would appreciate a prompt response as I rely on these groups for support.

While streaming PUBG on my Facebook account, I received a password reset code out of the blue that I hadn't requested. Unfortunately, the hacker who saw this on my stream was able to gain access to my account, changing all my recovery info. After creating a new PUBG account to reach out, the hacker demanded $70 for both the game and my Facebook account, claiming to be from Libya. Refusing his offer, I attempted to recover my account using trusted contacts, but Facebook required further identity verification. After following the steps and proving my identity, I was expecting an email at my new email address ([redacted]) for the next steps, but it never arrived. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated, as I am still able to verify my identity through trusted contacts.
