On August 2nd, my daughter, E. Leiter, received a friend request from D. Leiter on Facebook, mistaking it for my account, D. Leiter. Later, my other daughter, M. Leiter, explained that the request was from her grandmother, also named D. Leiter. Facebook has blocked her from creating an account. I would like to resolve this issue for D. Leiter in Indiana and clarify that I was not hacked; we are both real people with the same name. How can we help D. Leiter, the grandmother, create a Facebook account to see pictures of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren?

I am feeling upset. Two of my friends in Messenger, who are also from my church, sent me messages about a hacker. I received snapshots of the messages, but I did not interact with them. Last night, I noticed that comments were posted on shares that I did not make. These comments were on serious posts shared by my minister about the death of a church member, as well as missing children and animals. It was embarrassing and stressful. I deleted the posts and spent three hours trying to change my password last night. I would appreciate someone contacting me to address this issue.

I am concerned about the security of my Facebook account. In [redacted], I created an account with the name "Ukana Victor." Recently, it was hacked and the name was changed to "Tonia Maxwell," with the hacker using it to impersonate others. I'm baffled as to how this breach occurred. Despite reporting this issue, my friend lent me his account "William Hubert," which I then changed back to my original name after reaching out to Facebook regarding my compromised account. To my frustration, that account was also disabled. Now, after creating a new account with my name again, it was swiftly disabled after reaching out to my contacts. I'm feeling ignored and uncertain why this is happening. My job is linked to this account, and this situation is incredibly distressing to me.

I am concerned about the security of our accounts. In [redacted], I created a Facebook account under the name "Ukana Victor," which recently got hacked and changed to "Tonia Maxwell." The hacker used my account for impersonation. I couldn't believe this breach happened. I tried to rectify the situation by using a friend's account, "William Hubert," and changed it back to my original name after reaching out to Facebook about my compromised account. But to my dismay, they disabled that account too. Frustrated with the situation, I created a new account with my name again, as I can't use a different name. Shortly after reconnecting with my friends, the new account got disabled. It feels like my concerns are being neglected, and it's affecting my work and personal life.

Approximately three weeks ago, I found myself unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account. I suspect that my account was hacked, as I did not change my password. After contacting Facebook support and providing my government-issued ID for verification, I was able to reset my password. However, I am now prompted to enter a code from a code generator that I do not recall setting up. Despite attempting to receive a code via text, I have not received any on my phone. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account on any of my devices. I am hoping for a resolution or workaround from Facebook to lift this restriction.

My Facebook account was disabled a while ago, and they requested additional information for verification. Despite providing the necessary details, every time I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating, "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." This situation has persisted for weeks. As a result, I receive various notifications and friend suggestions, which I cannot follow up on because I am unable to log in due to the ongoing verification process. I am frustrated with this cycle of being unable to access my account and the lack of effective communication with Facebook to resolve this issue. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly as it is causing me considerable distress.

On June 14th, I placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes on Rosskiss.com; Blue, Black, Red, and Green. After numerous emails, I found out on July 5th that not all shoes were in stock. Despite requesting a refund and canceling the order on the same day, they claimed all shoes were shipped. Eventually, only three pairs arrived with the Red shoes being two sizes too large. After sending pictures, they offered various solutions for the incorrect sizes of the shoes, even suggesting that I pay for two more pairs. I have all emails and photos as evidence of our exchanges. I have requested a refund for the two incorrect pairs, but they have been uncooperative in providing a return label. Having paid by credit card, I am now seeking assistance with this issue due to their poor business practices, which seem consistent with other customers' experiences noted on their Facebook page.

Our website experienced a hack recently which led to occasional redirections to a spam site. Despite securing the website, the incident left a lasting impact on our Facebook page. Links shared were marked as spam, resulting in our URL violating community standards on Facebook. Followers are now unable to share any content from our page. Due to the issue, we are struggling to connect with our audience as a small community newspaper reliant on Facebook for article sharing. We haven't found a way to appeal to Facebook regarding the restricted access, even though our page quality shows no violations. This obstacle is hindering our ability to engage with our readers effectively.

After deactivating my Facebook account, I reinstalled the app only to find another user's profile named Paolo Maldini appears when I log in. It prompts for my email, but leads me to this person's account. The contact number the system recognizes might be [redacted], which could belong to someone else. There seems to be a system glitch. The profile has a Beetle minivan picture and Spanish text stating "Viaja" meaning "to travel." The screen name Paolo Maldini shows up, but my password logs me into a different account with unknown friends and photos. My email is [redacted] or [redacted] I believe my original screen name was Alexis Hernandez.

I have been locked out of my account for quite some time now. I logged in once or twice this year and last year, and then it got disabled, so I stopped trying. Even after doing the photo identification, the login completion is still being rejected. I have given up on it for the most part, but I need to communicate with some business groups on Facebook. I have tried various fixes and forms, but most of them are being rejected due to a "live disabled" account lingering somewhere in the system. While the password resets are going to my email, the help forms I found are not working. The lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating. At this point, all I want is to regain access to my account so I can delete it and start over.

Hello, I am Jose Abreu. I have been using my Facebook account for around 9 years without any issues until recently when I received a notification informing me that someone from Chicago, Illinois had hacked into my account. I reside in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and have never visited Chicago. When I tried to log in, I realized that my password had been changed without my knowledge. Unfortunately, I can't recall my Yahoo account password as it has been quite a long time since I created it. Additionally, I couldn't receive the verification code on my current phone number since it was linked to an old number that someone else seems to have now. The following day, my Instagram account was also hacked, likely due to the connection between the two accounts. This situation has caused me a lot of distress as I have many personal photos and conversations stored online. I am willing to provide pictures or meet in person to prove my identity, but I am unsure of what steps to take next and feel overwhelmed.

I am seeking guidance on how to effectively use Facebook for marketing my dental practice. Being 67 years old with limited resources, I run a small specialty dental practice. I would like assistance in merging my two Facebook accounts, "Michael R Kempf, DDS, LLC" and "Michael Kempf, DDS," into one, either for personal or business use as initially planned. It is crucial for me to preserve the information on both accounts before any merging takes place. My business coach advises me to leverage Facebook for marketing to target individuals in need of my specialized services. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, so I would appreciate a contact person (Name and direct line) to collaborate with. It seems my account may have been frozen due to my lack of computer proficiency. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Dr. Michael R Kempf, DDS, LLC.

Conflicting information received on Facebook has led to the banning of all ad accounts. Initially informed that a Page was disabled in error, subsequent checks revealed all accounts were prohibited from advertising. Despite attempting to clarify, the only response received was that re-enabling was not possible. Uncertain as to the cause of the bans, the full history is detailed: **Message on May 20th:** Received a note indicating that access to advertising for a Page was incorrectly disabled, apologizing for the inconvenience. **Reply on the same day:** Questioned the status of two business manager accounts that seemed to remain in violation, seeking clarification to move forward with plans for a new page. **Appeal on June 27th:** Following a review, it was determined that the account did not comply with Advertising Policies or standards, resulting in an indefinite restriction on advertising features. **Continuous Appeals:** Expressed commitment to abiding by the rules and learning from the experience to regain access, requesting a human appeal rather than automated review, and offering feedback to improve processes. Despite multiple attempts, subsequent responses reiterated the irreversible nature of the decision, ending any possibility of reinstating the accounts for advertising.

After deciding to step away from my social media networking business, I wanted to reclaim my online experience by removing people from my Facebook whom I hadn't personally known but had added for business reasons over the past few years. Regrettably, when I started deleting these connections, I was locked out of my account due to suspicious activity from removing them too quickly. Although I managed to regain access, I am still unable to continue deleting these unwanted connections without triggering another lockout. I am seeking advice on how to navigate this issue, as I am unable to remove any more individuals from my Facebook without facing the same restriction.

I've been dealing with someone reporting my account as fake three times in the past few weeks. When I received an email on 7/22 stating that my account was disabled by mistake and should be accessible now, I thought the issue was resolved. However, Facebook is now requesting a picture of my ID and a photo of me holding the ID, and they are claiming they can't assist further. I just want my account back. You can reach me at [redacted] I've been using this profile for about a year and can verify that I am the rightful owner. Thank you.

I lost my iPhone 8, which was logged into my account. I got a new phone but forgot my password. When trying to reset it via my Yahoo email, I realized I no longer have access to that account, which Yahoo claims does not exist. I uploaded my driver's license to Facebook, hoping to resolve the issue, but my page seems to have disappeared. Friends can't find my page either. I'm unsure what's happening and would appreciate speaking with someone. My name is Anthony Banks.

My Facebook account got disabled. I think it was because I posted postage stamps for sale from World War II, including ones from Germany featuring Hitler, which I now know is against the rules. I apologize for this mistake. Due to being disabled from a home invasion, I rely on Facebook to sell items for income. Additionally, my account was used to provide legal help as I work as a paralegal. I have important photos on there that I didn't save elsewhere, and I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to regain access to my account. Please assist in reopening my Facebook account. My email is [redacted] and the name on the account is Elisa Cumberbatch - Get Law Girl.

To the concerned party, I am writing to address the recent disabling of my advertising account on Facebook. Upon reviewing Facebook's policies, I have come to realize that my attempt to boost a shared post and a political post was a violation of their guidelines. I acknowledge my mistake and assure you that this will not occur in the future. I apologize for the misuse of Facebook ads and am committed to ensuring a positive user experience on my small business page. Admittedly, I overlooked the ad policy when creating my page, but I have since familiarized myself with and now fully understand Facebook's ad regulations. I kindly request a reconsideration to regain the privilege of purchasing ads on Facebook. Thank you for your understanding. Jeana Woods

Hello, I have been locked out of my Facebook account for several months and despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I suspect my account may have been hacked as I have not changed my password. Unfortunately, the email linked to my Facebook account is associated with an outdated Hotmail account that I can no longer access as it has been permanently deleted. I have reached out to Microsoft Support to recover my old email without success. Since I do not have two-factor authentication or alternative recovery methods set up on Facebook, I am unable to reset my password. Creating a new account is not an option for me due to the significant amount of personal data and photos stored in my current account. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my current account as I am reluctant to leave it inaccessible online. Is there any other way that I can retrieve access to my current Facebook account? I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my identity and ownership of the account. Thank you, Ella
