To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

I received contradictory info on Facebook regarding my ad account and all my ad accounts have since been banned. The first message was that one of my Pages was disabled but then they said it was a mistake. So then when I went back into my business manager, I saw EVERYTHING was banned. I questioned it and all I ever received back was that it could not be re-enabled. Here is the history. I can't figure out what happened or why it was banned. ***On May **th, I received this message: **Hi Janelle,**We reviewed the Page %PAGE*NAME% again and determined that access to advertising was disabled incorrectly. You can now advertise with this Page. Any ads that were affected will return to their previous status.**We apologize for any inconvenience.**Thank you,*The Facebook Business Team**Jenny**Then I replied back because I noticed my biz manager account were both banned! **Hi Jenny,**Thanks for getting back to me. I was looking at Rooted Life Business Manager and then also for Janelle Gerber Grimm. Seems both are still in violation and I am not sure why. Can you kindly look into this and let me know? I just launched a new page, Janelle G. and wanted to start nurturing it and then launching a likes campaign.
