Dear Instagram*Facebook Support Team,**I earnestly urge to seek your immediate intervention and assistance in preventing more scammers on your Instagram to scam, hurt more women who purely share their personal photos and thoughts and*or making new friends. These scruplous scammers have hurt many women's innocent and sincere hearts and trust to the worst scenarios of committing suicides or having mental disorders.**My name is Dior Sei, a private home teacher. I began to use Instagram last year because of my students. They are so keen to befriend with me on Instagram as they want to know me better. However, I must report to you that since my login on Instagram, I have realised that after following and commenting at the site " Power of Positivity" and other motivational quotes sites, I have been receiving mostly American friends' invites and even text messages from strangers who wanted to be my friends. Though I have been very careful in my friend-to-be selection, I must say that from the first person I interacted to the most recent one, they are all scammers! We all started chatting on Instagram then continued on Hangouts, WhatsApp and Kik.**Here's my experience of scammers on Instagram:* **) Patrick Wendall (imposter) with user: wendall****, impersonating the real Patrick Wendall, who claimed at he worked at the oil rig at the Gulf of Mexico, scammed me for SG$*** worth of iTunes cards* ***) Erik Miller Rovers with user: miller*rovers, with more than *** followers and *** followings on his IG account, who preys on mainly women for love, and maybe *** and money on some women. He has scammed me for love and phone ***. He has promised to come to Singapore on ** Aug ****, to stay with me for * months to ask for my hands in marriage from my parents. I have checked the flight detail he gave me Etihad Airway, first class, to arrive in Singapore on ** Aug midnight was not real, and the booking of his rental of residential application in Singapore for a period of * months, starting ** Aug, is also a hoax. Till date, his numbers of followers and followings continue to increase each day, mainly women.***) Travor Hunter (imposter) with user: trevor**, impersonating the real David Bickel (user* shreddedphotog), a US Marine soldier, who scammed me for £*** for better military food as he stated that his camp site was invaded by rebels and food was contaminated with poison causing his food poisoning and US government (I assume as he said he were US Marine soldier) is corrupted and love. Travor also claimed that he would come to Singapore after he ends his deployment at Syria this coming October, to start a family with me****) Billy Lorence with user: billy******, who has claimed to work in Germany for a period of * months for his crane operating contract, has tried to scam me for euro **,*** or less, depending on how much I could lend him****) Brad Piver with user: piverbrad*, who scammed me for SG$*** worth of bitcoins by making me believe that the link he sent me was to trade my bitcoins for better returns. Later that i checked that i realised that the amount was sent to his trading account instead and I could never take back that money.***) Bare Louis with user: barelouis*, who tries to scam me for love. He gave excuses that his old phone is not working well to do a video conferencing with me over Instagram. I worry that he may be another potential scammer who claims to find love as he is a lonely man, looking for potential woman who does not hurt him. He wants to start a family.**Despite that I was hurt once and another, I still continue to have faith and belief that there will be a kind and sincere soul on Instagram. However, with my personal experience with these * scammers within these * months, I think I have enough and have totally lost my faith on Instagram. Instagram has no ways to protect my privacy, detect scammers and stop I begin not to trust any man's words so easily, I doubt and live in fear of who could be the next scammer I may meet next if I were to accept any invitation.**To great extent, I even want to believe that there is a group of scammers behind the scene, who employs people to scam or prey on Instagram users. Perhaps these above scammers belong to a group of scammers who prey on me one after another, for almost the same reasons love and money. May I strongly urge Instagram Support Team to take thorough and intensive measures on all potential and the above scammers. Please check if these above scammers hold the same IP address, or different IP addresses and forbid their current and future logins (as new usernames) to Instagram to protect all users, especially women or cause many poor souls to end their lives, lost their fortunes* wealth, chastity, or become mentally insane.**Being a teacher, I am also greatly concerned for my students' well-beings and character building as my students are regular users on Instagram. Please... Instagram Support Team, please help and take actions to protect our children, our future leaders of this world. Please allow and let our children grow up in a healthy and positive environment while using the Instagram to prevent more social problems in all countries of this world.**I have reported these scammer to the Scam Watch, Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and will soon report them to my local police.**Since Instagram, has pledged to encourage and create a safety and health platform for your users, I urge you to install stricter measures on all account holders to safeguard and protect innocent users and the well being of the society and world.**Should you need more information and photos to aid in your investigations, please contact me.**Thank you.***Regards,*Dior Sei
