On Monday morning at 12:30 a.m., I received threatening messages from a female caller accusing me of hacking into her Facebook account. Despite having set up a Facebook account months ago without posting or adding any personal information, she somehow obtained my phone number and claimed it was on her account. I explained there must be a mistake, but she persisted and even threatened to involve the police. Worried about my privacy, I reported the incident to the police. I need this situation resolved as soon as possible to ensure my information is secure. It is frustrating that I cannot reach a Facebook representative for assistance. Facebook has taken two of my pages citing suspicious activity and a security check. This is the last straw for me. They took a page I have had since my son was 2 years old and I now realize it may be due to the conservative nature of my pages and friends. There was no valid reason for Facebook to remove my pages. I assure you I am a real account as all my pages feature the same pictures of me and my family. The recent page they disabled is requesting a code to a number I no longer have access to. This particular page does not even have a number registered to it. I suspect they are targeting me because of my conservative stance and support for Trump. Although I doubt this issue will be resolved, I have already reached out to the US Senate in Washington with evidence to support my claim of censorship. I have screenshots and videos to back up my case, including my state ID to verify my identity. I am also planning to contact the White House and media outlets about this matter.

I recently encountered an issue with accessing my Instagram account that is linked to my Facebook business page. A notification appeared stating that my account email needed to be updated for security purposes, but every email address I try results in an error message, preventing me from logging in. Despite no negative reviews or misrepresentations, my posts are being flagged. Recently, there was a situation with a potential buyer for a $5 display shelf. Concerned about safety, I opted for a next-day pickup instead of a late-night one. However, when a friend offered to pick it up immediately, I gave it to them, upsetting the original buyer. I explained the circumstance, but she may have reported me for this. I value the ability to choose my buyers and avoid late-night exchanges for safety reasons.

I have encountered an issue with my Facebook account. Recently, my password was changed suddenly, and my associated email with Yahoo is no longer recognized. I have tried to inform Facebook that I didn't change my password and submitted my identification multiple times. I even provided a new email for contact. Despite receiving the password reset link, whenever I attempt to use it, I encounter an error stating I have entered a code too many times, even though I never received any code. When I try to report the issue, it prompts to send the code to my old email, which I can no longer access. I am feeling quite frustrated as I've had my Facebook account for many years and wish to regain access. Despite submitting my ID, I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Hello, several weeks ago, I created a new Facebook account using the email [redacted] However, the account got disabled due to violating terms by providing false information. I had used it to join a private English and IELTS study group without revealing my real identity. Now, I see the account remains disabled, and I need access to the study group as I have paid $[redacted] for online courses accessible only through their private Facebook page. Hello, I'm Bob, an insurance agent who has assisted numerous individuals on Facebook with obtaining car insurance. I have uploaded a screenshot displaying a portion of the people I have aided, and there are many more. I direct them to my website, worldforceinc. com, where they can find additional information. In addition to insurance services, we also assist individuals in becoming a part of Atomy. Unfortunately, Facebook has recently blocked my domain, preventing me from sharing my link on the platform. I am perplexed by this action as our website is legitimate. Our business, "WorldForce Insurance," has been verified on Google as a genuine enterprise, and our company, "Worldforce Insurance Group Inc.," is registered on Sunbiz. I have been a licensed [redacted] insurance agent since [redacted], and can provide my license number as verification. I am able to post on all other social platforms except for Facebook. I kindly request that Facebook unblock my domain, worldforceinc. com.

Recently, I received notifications about multiple attempts to access my Facebook account from different locations. Following the instructions, I changed my password several times. However, later while using Facebook, the session expired, requesting a login. Now, even after multiple attempts, it shows the password is incorrect. I am unable to reset the password as I cannot access the associated email for the reset code. Despite providing a new email and my state ID picture, I am yet to receive assistance. I urgently need access to my account. Despite following all the required steps and verifying my identity, I have not received any responses.

My company, Alpha Prime Sports, had a page where an ex-employee was an admin. They removed all other admins, took control of the page, and rebranded it as Hustle Lab Sports. This action has resulted in the transfer of our followers and likes to their new business. We consider this behavior unethical and request that the page be shut down. While it's acceptable to start a new business, it should be done by earning followers independently. Our customers who previously followed our page received notifications about the name change to Hustle Lab Sports, which we find concerning from a business ethics perspective. Before involving our attorney, I wanted to explore potential solutions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account because I forgot my password. The phone I previously used for login belonged to my father-in-law and was under a Smart plan. He returned the phone as he resigned from the company, which led me to reset it. I am currently experiencing an issue with my account being temporarily locked on Facebook. The problem arises when I try to complete the verification steps on both mobile and desktop. On mobile, after attempting to continue, the page just reloads without progressing. Similarly, on desktop, I encounter the same issue where I am unable to move forward in the verification process. This situation has persisted for three days, creating a frustrating cycle as I am unable to access my account fully. The only reason I can report this bug is that my account remains logged in on a different browser. Although I have tried logging out on my phone and PC to resolve the problem, I am now unable to log back in.

I originally created a Facebook account two years ago using my email, [redacted] However, I forgot about that account and ended up creating a new one. After uploading a photo, my account got disabled. Although I submitted my passport card for verification, the account remained disabled. I have two separate business pages for the same business, each with its location. I want to merge them into one encompassing brand page to streamline updates for our fans. My initial merge request was denied due to the distance between the addresses. To resolve this, I plan to change one page's address to match the other before trying a new merge request. After the merge, I'm unsure how to display both business locations on the new page for customers to choose which is best for them.

I faced an issue while trying to message a buyer for a swing on Facebook Messenger. It indicated I was offline, so I switched to the Facebook app. Suddenly, it redirected me, suspecting a login attempt from New York and temporarily locked my account. Despite my attempts to reset the password, it kept saying it was incorrect. I also tried via Chrome, with no success. Since I no longer have access to the linked phone number and email, I submitted a form with my new email and ID. They mentioned I would receive an email for account recovery, but I have yet to hear from them. I rely on Facebook for group communication and selling items, so this has been quite inconvenient.

I purchased two bras through an advertisement on Facebook from MySafeBra on 15/07/19. After not receiving the items within 7 working days and discovering that my order had not been processed when checking the tracking information, I contacted the company for a refund. They initially offered me a discounted price of £29.99 each, down from the regular price of £89, which was the advertised price. However, later they informed me that they do not offer refunds when there is a 40% discount advertised, a policy hidden in their terms and conditions. I am frustrated as I have not received the items, the refund, or any communication about my order status. I am out of pocket by £59.98 and feel mistreated as a customer. It is disappointing to see how they have handled this situation, especially after offering the discount in response to my refund request. They appear to be located near the east coast of Canada, close to islands including Muggs Island, which seems unusual. On July 27, [redacted], I used the "Pay Seller" option on FB Marketplace as instructed by the seller Dana. I sent $5 via PayPal but Dana later requested cash instead, as she was unable to use PayPal. I tried to cancel the payment on PayPal but couldn't find the option and was informed that payments to individuals would be refunded if not claimed within 7 days. Despite contacting PayPal, I have yet to receive a refund notification after 8 days. According to a PayPal representative, the payment was directed to Facebook, and they would need to refund it back to PayPal, which typically takes up to 30 days. Dana accepted my cash payment and confirmed she would not claim the PayPal transfer. Could you please expedite the $5 refund to my PayPal account to resolve this issue? This situation is a first for me using the Pay Seller option, and I hope to settle it promptly. Thank you. Mary Lou K.

My Facebook account was hacked 24 hours ago, and despite resetting my password multiple times, the hackers changed my email address. After regaining control and securing my account, they managed to access it again continuously. To address this, I enabled two-factor authentication, updated security details, changed all passwords, and deleted unauthorized friend requests. However, the issue persisted, so I deactivated my account awaiting assistance from Facebook. I am concerned about my linked business page's security and seek advice on safeguarding it.
