I am currently experiencing difficulty recovering my Facebook account due to an issue where they are claiming my personal account is a business page. Despite providing my ID for verification purposes, they are now requesting additional proof to differentiate my account as a non-business one. I initially added my tattoo name to the page, which seems to have caused this confusion. While they are prompting me to provide a water bill or address, I am unable to prove it's a personal account. The option to contact friends for verification presents challenges as I have lost touch with the suggested contacts over the years. I am seeking alternatives to regain access to my account, especially to link it with Instagram and reconnect with individuals not on that platform. I am hopeful for a solution that does not involve contacting individuals I am not in touch with.

I'm currently experiencing difficulties regaining access to my Facebook account. I suspect the issue may be due to relocating to a different country. Despite logging in from both my known computer and phone, Facebook is still unable to verify my identity. The alternative verification method of having friends send a code has proven challenging as most have lost access to their accounts. Those I could contact mentioned issues with the provided link. I have changed my password multiple times, hoping it would suffice for verification. I'm considering providing my previous IP address as proof of ownership. The lack of viable solutions to retrieve my account is very frustrating, especially considering I am using the same device for login attempts. Hello, I am Brent Tremain, a Facebook user, and I recently received a message from someone claiming to be FBI Director Christopher A. Wray through WhatsApp. He informed me that I had won a Facebook contest with a $50 million prize and a Jeep. The individual provided the phone number +1 [redacted]. Additionally, he shared a photo of himself holding what appears to be a Department of Justice badge and an FBI identification card, which both seem suspicious. Upon researching online, I discovered that the name matches the FBI Director's name, but the photo used by the person does not resemble the director. I suspect this may be a scam and would appreciate it if you could confirm the authenticity of this claim. I intend to report this individual to the authorities if necessary. I recently created a Facebook account for university groups, but it was disabled without any explanation. I suspect it was either hacked or due to adding friends too quickly. I am willing to change my password or adjust my behavior to comply with policies if needed. I provided a clear photo of myself which matched my other photos, yet my account remains disabled. It is genuinely me, and I feel embarrassed to have lost access after connecting with friends and family. I am open to providing additional verification, like a passport photo, to address any security concerns. I believe there has been a mistake in disabling my account and kindly request another opportunity to use it.

Trying to assist a friend to recover their hacked Facebook account has been an upsetting experience. Despite trying various recovery methods, none have been successful. Initially, using the forgotten password option, it mentioned a hacker had changed the password seven hours prior. Next, attempting the Secure Account option led to a dead-end as the linked email had not been accessed in years and was inaccessible. Even the "No longer have access to these?" feature failed to provide a solution. The two given choices, entering the password or stating no access to the email, only created frustrating loops with no progress. To worsen matters, the email recovery process for the Hotmail account was equally fruitless. We urgently require guidance on reclaiming the account. The hacker has compromised the account associated with [redacted], and the previous password was wanjoo075888. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as we feel stranded with no alternative solutions.

Despite reporting this multiple times, I have not received any response from Facebook. My boyfriend has also reached out to these accounts without any success. I am not an active Facebook user and do not have an account. I am seeking help from Facebook to protect my privacy and identity. This morning, as I tried to access my Facebook account after waking up, I encountered an unexpected issue. Despite not changing my password, it consistently stated that the password I entered was incorrect. Following Facebook's prompt to reset my password, I completed the reset process. Unfortunately, I was then prompted to input an authentication code from an app or a login code which I did not receive via my mobile number or email. This problem has persisted for two days, and my attempts to reach out to Facebook have been unsuccessful. I simply wish to regain access to my account. Kindly assist me in logging in.

Hello, my daughter's Instagram account seems to have been hacked and she is unable to access it to change the password or delete the account. We are struggling as there is no response from Instagram. My email address [redacted] was compromised, which is linked to my Facebook account. Despite changing my Gmail password and updating my contact email to [redacted] on Facebook, the hacker still gains access by intercepting the new password sent to both emails. Since I cannot modify or delete my old Cebridge.net account due to lack of support from Suddenlink.net, the hacker repeatedly changes my Facebook password moments after it's reset. If Facebook sends the new password exclusively to [redacted] instead of sending it to both emails, I believe I could prevent the hacker from regaining access to my account.

My email *@Cebridge.net was compromised, which is the primary email for my Facebook account. The hacker accessed my Facebook by using the old *@Cebridge.net and the new B*****@***.com email addresses as contacts. Despite changing my Gmail password and submitting photo ID to Facebook numerous times, the issue persists. Facebook is sending the new password to both B*****@***.com and the hacked *@Cebridge.net email. Unfortunately, I cannot delete or change the password for *@Cebridge.net due to Suddenlink.net discontinuing support for Cebridge.net accounts. The hacker quickly changes the password after the new one is sent. It would be helpful if Facebook only sent the new password to B*****@***.com to regain control of my account.

I've been a member of Facebook since it began. Recently, I faced a 30-day block due to a comment made to defend myself against hurtful remarks. I feel my freedom of speech is restricted unfairly while others' comments about me remain. It seems one-sided. I have contacted my local senator to address this issue. Perhaps the full context of the conversation should be considered before punishments are doled out. It's frustrating that my account is penalized when I'm standing up against racial slurs, comments on my appearance, and age-related insults.

I am a local business owner in Edmonton, AB. My business called Anaahat, a clothing store, has been operating for 10 months. I created a Facebook page named Anaahat Wearable Art to showcase the original artwork on our clothes. I recently realized that the Eco-Friendly aspect is more attractive to our customers, and I wish to change the page name to Anaahat Eco Wear. I have attempted various methods, including submitting government documents, a phone bill, and phone verification, to prove my ownership, but none have been successful. I have struggled to grow my following to [redacted] followers through Facebook ads. I am feeling quite hopeless as I am unable to provide the necessary documentation due to the name change. I need assistance with my Instagram account. There was a suspicious login from New York, prompting me to reset my password. However, the security code is sent to an old email, [redacted], which was mistakenly linked to my account years ago. The correct email, [redacted], should be linked instead. I am unable to log in as it keeps sending the code to the wrong email. Despite filling out support forms and providing necessary verification photos, I have not received a response from Instagram. I am experiencing frequent account freezes on both my business and personal accounts due to security measures. Recently, my new business account was halted while setting up with Shopify, and prior to that, my personal account was locked for verification. I provided the required pictures but have been unable to access my personal account for a month now. Today, as I was setting up the business account, it got frozen again without completion. I rely on these accounts for my online business advertising. They are legitimate and not fraudulent. One is for my business while the other serves as a personal account. Please refrain from freezing my accounts as it disrupts my business operations. Kindly restore access to both my accounts promptly.

I am dealing with a challenging situation involving a loan with a real estate investor. The project finished in mid-June, and I am awaiting my proceeds from the sale, but the investor has started posting private phone text messages and slandering me and my employer on Facebook. This began on Friday, August 2nd, and today there were snapshots of our conversations along with my photo and phone numbers. Despite my lawyer sending a letter to cease this behavior, the posts remain. I am urgently seeking assistance in having these posts removed from Facebook.
