I went to buy something on the marketplace and for some reason it paid her Twice. It was a $** item so it took $** of my money. I messaged her over and over again and she said she didn’t even sell it to me. It was sold to someone else. I asked her if I could get my money back and she said she didn’t receive my money and she wasn’t even sure what i did. (I clicked pay seller at the top of the messages in messenger) she said it said it expires on the **th of July so I should be fine. However I never received my money back and it was taken out of my account. Where did my money go? Why does it give me an option to pay the seller but she doesn’t even have to give the product to me? How do I get my money back? I’m extremely frustrated that it’s that easy to just take my money TWICE and I don’t even get the product because she chose to sell it to someone else. Please help me with this. The set up isn’t right. I need that money back
