I have encountered repeated issues with my page being blocked despite providing a picture of myself as requested multiple times. The unblocking lasts only one day before I am asked for the same information again. This cycle is frustrating and exhausting. The service and security measures in place are unacceptable. I urgently require a resolution as this experience has been incredibly distressing. I have lost confidence in the system's effectiveness. My original Facebook account was under Cathy Clark Broussard from Broussard, LA. In my screenshot, you can see a picture of my son and husband sitting in a boat, as well as another picture of my son in an aqua-colored shirt. I got logged out of Facebook on July 29, [redacted]. I am struggling to recover my password because I no longer have access to the email [redacted]; my new email is [redacted] Additionally, my cell phone number has changed, and I cannot recall the new one. I have submitted a copy of my license, insurance card, and nursing license, all displaying my full name as on the account. I initially thought I deleted the account and created a new one with Cathy C. Broussard, but now I wish to recover the original account, especially for business contacts related to Chalk Couture. Is there any way to please help me fix my old account?

I am currently being harassed by a page because I reported an inappropriate post about me. The individual has now escalated by accessing my personal photos and using them to create memes that are completely out of context, including one that involves my recently deceased brother. This relentless behavior is emotionally draining, and I feel helpless because my attempts to report it have been unsuccessful thus far. The individual constantly creates new pages and reposts the offensive memes, which are becoming increasingly inappropriate. This situation is extremely serious for me, as it could lead to family and work-related complications. I am desperate for assistance to stop this distressing behavior. I have been managing my Facebook page since [redacted], and it was the largest local page in my area with over [redacted],[redacted] likes. Unfortunately, Facebook deleted my page after receiving reports about the content I shared. I used to post photos and videos from page members with credits, but I wasn't always certain about their ownership. Consequently, I lost not only my page but also my personal Facebook account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Facebook for assistance, I have not received any help or a final chance. I had plans to launch my own news network through my page with a team of photographers and editors, but everything is now gone. After creating a new page with almost 70k likes, Facebook shut it down, citing similarities to the previously removed page for violating Community Standards. I am confused by this situation and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve it.

On Saturday afternoon, while having lunch with friends, my phone got hacked, and it sent multiple strange messages to around 20 random Facebook friends. I quickly changed my password upon realizing the breach but struggled with entering the correct old password due to being on my phone. Facebook alerted me about unauthorized access, prompting me to secure my account. A friend also reported the incident to Facebook. Someone changed my account name to Kada D Gasmi and switched my email back to an old one I no longer have access to. Facebook's account recovery process asked for codes from trusted friends, but I had trouble entering them correctly. Despite multiple attempts over several days, I kept receiving an error message about trying too often. I'm now seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for any help you can provide. Dear Facebook Team, I have encountered an issue where my primary email associated with Facebook was changed to another email that does not belong to me. Consequently, I am unable to access my Facebook account. I have followed the steps in your email to secure my account and changed my password. However, I now need a login code sent to an unfamiliar email address, [redacted] I can only access my account through my original email, [redacted] Despite my attempts to reach out to Facebook via email, I have not received any response. I have been facing this problem for a week now and it remains unresolved. I kindly request your urgent assistance to change my primary email back to [redacted] so that I can receive the necessary login code and regain access to my Facebook account. I am quite perplexed as my Facebook account has been suspended abruptly without any clear reason. I have been a loyal user for years and have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. Despite sending my ID for verification and numerous emails, I have not received any meaningful response. The stress this situation is causing me, especially with my health issues, is overwhelming. Even my disabled daughter is getting upsetting messages from people questioning why I can't access my account. After encountering issues with my previous Facebook account due to harassment, I made the decision to delete it in order to start fresh and only connect with genuine friends and family members. Despite taking a break for a couple of weeks, I created a new Facebook account last Saturday hoping for a peaceful experience. Regrettably, it seems Facebook may have mistaken my intentions and suspected impersonation due to similarities with my deleted account. My aim was simply to have a tranquil online space and engage with respectable individuals through groups like SCV and CRA. I am a conservative person wanting to avoid content that doesn't align with my beliefs. I have provided my ID multiple times in hopes of reactivating my account to continue connecting with like-minded individuals, such as historians and loved ones. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, and I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello Facebook Team, I recently created a Facebook account with the phone number [redacted] and the username chip_herndon. Shortly after creating my account, I was prompted to upload a photo to verify my identity. Instead of taking a new photo, I used one that I typically use for my social media profiles. However, my account was disabled approximately 48 hours later. I had been using a VPN when I set up the account, which may have contributed to the issue. Having my account disabled has affected my ability to advertise on Instagram and manage my ads. I am willing to provide any necessary information to confirm my identity promptly. Hello, I encountered an issue last Thursday when I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Upon attempting to log back in, I received an error message indicating that my password was outdated, even though I hadn't made any modifications to my account. I then tried to reset my password to regain access, but the phone number linked to my account, [redacted]0, was connected to a phone I recently lost. Despite trying to use my associated email address, [redacted], I was informed that it was unrecognized. I now have a new phone number, [redacted]7, but I am unable to receive the verification code there. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter. Thank you for your help. Hello, in [redacted], I used a Facebook account with the ID [redacted] I encountered issues with that account and ended up closing it. Afterwards, I created a new account for myself. I kindly request to have the account ([redacted]) permanently deleted. Despite deleting my Gmail account to remove this Facebook account, the chat history with friends using that account is still visible. I would like for it to be completely erased, so that friends associated with that account cannot access or find the conversations anymore. I prefer to keep my new account private. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been struggling to regain access to my Facebook account despite receiving multiple links and passwords that do not work. Even after verifying my identity, Facebook has not resolved the issue or responded to my inquiries. Their only solution seems to be sending more links and passwords. I am hesitant to incur a cost by contacting support over the phone. I am contemplating creating a new account but would lose all my saved data and connections. The overall experience has been frustrating. Facebook and Messenger tend to falter when encountering such problems. Despite my recent attempt to provide proof of identity to regain access, I am still awaiting a response from Facebook.

Over the past weekend while I was away from home, I encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account. Upon trying to log in, it stated that my session had expired, which has happened in the past. However, this time, when I attempted to enter my password, it kept indicating that it was incorrect. After several unsuccessful attempts, I opted to reset my password. Unfortunately, when I tried using both my phone number and email address for verification, it did not recognize my account. In a last attempt, I tried logging in to another account at the bottom of the page using my usual credentials, but it seemed to have created a new empty account. A friend mentioned that my original Facebook account still exists but is inaccessible. I am in need of assistance to either reset the password or gain access to my actual account and delete the new empty one.

I recently encountered difficulties accessing my Facebook account under AGNES MARTINA THOMAS. In July [redacted], I changed my password but forgot it shortly after. During this time, I missed emails sent by Facebook to my Yahoo mail ([redacted]), which included a temporary 6-digit password and notification of my email being switched from Yahoo to Hotmail, an account I haven't used in over 14 years. Despite various attempts with old passwords, I was unsuccessful. Just last week, I was prompted to retrieve access through Trusted Contacts, but I faced challenges as only codes from 2 contacts were usable. I received a message about attempting access multiple times, though it was only once. Could someone assist me in recovering my old Facebook account dating back to [redacted] instead of creating a new one? Your support is appreciated. This morning, my ex-boyfriend hacked into my account and changed my password. Despite recovering the account and resetting the password, it is now locked. The recognized devices are no longer accessible due to my ex resetting them all. I have attempted the other verification options, but they have been unsuccessful. I am unable to contact my designated recovery people for confirmation. This situation has led me to create two new accounts already. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and I have the new password. The account name is Ashlee-Ann Murphy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Nik. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, leading to the loss of my old SIM card that my Facebook account was linked to. Subsequently, my account got locked for security reasons. While I know my password and attempted to change it through the email link, after doing so, I'm prompted to approve on a previously used device or input an SMS code sent to my phone number, which I can't access. Previously, there was an option to verify friends who recently messaged me, but that's no longer available after failing to log in about 30 hours ago. Unable to access my old Smartphone or SIM card from my laptop, I've been locked out of Facebook for the past two days. I'm hopeful for any possible solutions to this issue. I am reaching out for a friend whose account has been hacked. The hacker has taken control, changed the email, and phone number, making it impossible for my friend to regain access. The hacker is malicious, altering the profile to show a fake relationship and posting false claims of abuse. My friend, a respected middle-school teacher, is facing damage to her reputation and marriage. She lives in Romania and doesn't speak English well. The hacked Facebook account belongs to Monica Stefania, previously called Monica Feraru. How can she regain control or close the account to stop these actions and prove it has been hacked?

I have been temporarily restricted from posting or commenting for 24 hours. The reason provided was for sharing a repost that, according to my evidence, Facebook has deemed does not breach community standards. I find it puzzling that while the screenshot I shared is considered inappropriate, the original video, where the screenshot was taken, is not in violation of these standards. I am left to wonder if my restriction is due to my support for the current president, being presumably Caucasian, or simply because I am male. These appear to be the only distinctions between the original poster and me. If I am not offered an apology and if my profile is not completely reinstated, I will consider pursuing legal action in a court of law. I am of the opinion that my freedom of speech is being stifled, especially when compared to the allowance of pornographic content on the platform.

My Instagram account, Tamlyn Boutique, was wrongly disabled on Monday, July 29, [redacted]. I had 12k followers and around [redacted]+ posts, which I dedicated a lot of time and effort to over the past 2 years. Creating daily stories that took hours of my time, all my hard work is now inaccessible. Despite receiving an email to download my data, the link provided does not work, rendering it useless. Previously, a photo was reported and when I inquired for proof from the person reporting, they responded rudely and refused to provide evidence. Now, I cannot access any Instagram accounts on my phone even after reinstallation, although I can still log in to my personal account on my laptop and other devices. I am seeking advice on how to recover my business account promptly, as it is crucial to me after dedicating countless hours to its growth over the years. Additionally, not being able to access my personal account adds to the frustration.

Hello, since Facebook owns Instagram and the Instagram support is the worst I've experienced, I am reaching out here for help. I have been facing multiple issues with Instagram: 1. The support system is difficult to navigate. It was challenging to find the email address. The only support offered through the account settings is for reporting others, and I never received a response despite explaining the importance of my issue and providing my email address. 2. I am unable to log in using the app. Despite following the Q&A suggestions, I receive an error message. 2 1/2. Attempting to log in with Facebook prevents me from following anyone as the follow function doesn't work. 3. Creating a new account is problematic, showing a violation of terms even before completion. 4. Using the website as a workaround has become inconvenient due to continual "Unusual Login Attempt" alerts requiring me to use a computer to retrieve a security code. 5. Notifications inaccurately show new activity, creating unnecessary alerts for responses from weeks ago or non-existing follow requests. These are the primary issues I am facing. I hope for a prompt resolution as the login code delays may prevent me from using Instagram. Thank you for your assistance. -Ben
