I attempted to create a new account to download the "What You Look Like When You Are Older" app, but it accused me of impersonating someone else. I wanted a separate account for the app as it is associated with Soviet origins and I didn't want any issues on my main Facebook account. Unfortunately, now I can't access my original account. I had changed my profile picture from platinum blond to my natural light brown after undergoing cancer treatment. While setting up the new account, I changed the password, causing confusion. I need help resetting my main account. I can provide all necessary details. I didn't receive a log-in code via email or my phone. Please assist me in simple terms as I am a 74-year-old disabled individual. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Jessica Cottrell. I currently have two accounts, and unfortunately, my main account, which is a decade old, was hacked. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, I was able to regain access but faced challenges with setting up two-factor authentication. Even though I verified my phone number, I did not receive any texts for verification, except for the initial setup message. After about 3 hours of regaining access, my account was disabled on the grounds of impersonation, leaving me unable to access precious photos and videos of my children and wedding. I have followed Facebook's instructions, even submitting my ID, but received only a generic response. I am an administrator at Polytechnic High School in Fort Worth, Texas, and I have noticed there are two other websites with the same name causing confusion among our followers. One of these sites on Wikipedia has over 4,[redacted] followers, while our official site only has [redacted]. This situation is problematic for our students, teachers, parents, alumni, and the East FW Community. The Wikipedia page is pulling content from our posts, giving the false impression that it represents our school. The other site, a closed community, is displaying unrelated night club promotions. I am requesting the closure of the Wikipedia page since we already have an official site. Additionally, I would like the other site to change its name to avoid further confusion. Hello, I am an Italian gentleman with basic English skills. Since Saturday, July 27th, [redacted], I have been unable to access my Facebook account due to a confirmation code request. When attempting to log in, a notification appears stating: "Someone May Have Logged Into Your Account To safeguard your information, we've locked your account. Before we can unlock it, please authenticate your identity and update your password. Your account will remain inaccessible until this process is completed." After following the steps to verify identity and change the password, an email with an account recovery link is received, but it is consistently invalid. Attempts to contact Facebook via the "Disabled Account" form have been made without receiving a response. Given the importance of Facebook for the ecommerce business, regaining access to the account promptly is essential. The desire to utilize the live chat support option from Facebook is present, but locating it proves challenging. Seeking advice or insights from those who have encountered similar issues would be greatly appreciated.

On 7/27, I attempted to log into FB just like every morning. This time, the prompt requested my id/phone# and password. I entered my initial id [redacted] and my password to no avail. I then tried my past and current phone numbers with no success. Hastily, I decided to create a new account, but then I realized my mistake. In April, I changed my email from AT&T to Gmail. I need guidance on how to access my original account, update the email address, and hopefully regain access. I appreciate FB's security measures, but as a 72-year-old who is not very tech-savvy, it's challenging for me. It seems like FB has disabled everything. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been dealing with ongoing frustrations because certain individuals keep reporting my account on Facebook. As an admin of a group with 95k members in my community, I rely on the platform daily, but my account, under the name Jonathan Okopi and active for 10 years, has been suspended twice this month due to these reports. Despite my efforts to communicate in my dialect, some people report my posts, resulting in unwanted suspensions. I do not engage in inappropriate content like nudity, pornography, scams, or violence, so I am puzzled by these recurring issues. As a leader, it is crucial for me to maintain access to my account to support my community, specifically the Idoma culture and tradition. I am hopeful that you can assist me in safeguarding my account and prevent these unwarranted suspensions in the future. My Facebook account has been locked due to a security issue. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to receive the security code via text to unlock my account. Additionally, when trying to verify my identity using other methods, I am unable to select the suggested options. The last resort is to upload a picture of my driver's license, which I am hesitant to do. Although I managed to change my password today, I still cannot access my account as it remains locked. I reached out to Facebook through their help center about an issue I experienced while playing Gin Rummy Plus on both my computer and phone. Despite my efforts, Facebook did not resolve the problem even after I waited for a response, and my report was closed without a solution. Seeking further assistance, I contacted Facebook tech support. They accessed my computer remotely and discovered that I had fallen victim to a scam, resulting in a loss of $[redacted]. This unfortunate experience has left me displeased with Facebook's handling of the situation. I have been unable to restore my game progress from level 1 back to level 70, even after multiple attempts and a month of waiting with my report now closed. The in-game credits I have accrued over time, including some that involved real money, are now at risk. My Facebook account was hacked by another individual I know, along with someone in her network. They are demanding that I buy a gift card from the nearest store to regain access to my account. They have control of my account, but I refuse to comply with their demands. I would like Wanda Sherese Hyman, the person I suspect, to be banned from Facebook, her account removed, and my account restored to me. I do not want any further contact from her, or I will involve the authorities. Hacking someone's account and extorting them for access is unacceptable behavior on social media platforms.

I recently created an Instagram account that got disabled yesterday. I carefully reviewed the guidelines and I am confident that I did not violate any of Instagram's terms and conditions. I'm puzzled about why my account was disabled even after attempting the recovery process twice without receiving any response. I find it very unfair as I believe I have not engaged in any misconduct. I simply wish for someone to reach out to me and provide an explanation for the account's suspension so that I can work on reactivating it.

I find myself unable to access my account (Veronica Clarke) that I've had for several years. My current email ([redacted]) was removed from my account, leaving only an outdated email from my teenage years that I no longer have access to ([redacted]). Although I'm not too worried about my personal account, I've been locked out of my business account (The Luxe HQ) for 2 weeks now while trying to regain access to my linked personal account. I've gathered the necessary 4-digit codes from my 3 trusted contacts, but when I try to enter them, I receive an error message stating, "your trying to many times, try again later." I'm puzzled by this situation because I only attempted once over the weekend and then again two days later, both unsuccessfully. Can someone provide assistance with this issue?

My businesses and personal reputation are under attack by a group of individuals led by Tanya Flores of TC Pomskies, along with Kim Kenny Heinze and Kim Schaefer. They have been posting slanderous content and pictures of our board members on the TC Pomskies Facebook page, despite multiple reports. We demand the immediate removal of the page. C&D papers have been filed against Tanya Flores, and evidence of financial fraud has been submitted to the DA in her state. The American Pomsky Kennel Club, a legal 501c3 organization, and its board members have faced similar issues with this individual. It is concerning that she continues to behave in this manner unchecked.

I recently noticed that most of the photos I uploaded to the "And They Called It Puppy Love" Facebook album from around 2[redacted] have disappeared. I was the only one with access, so they weren't deleted by anyone else. I never received a notification from Facebook about their removal. Can these photos be restored? The album's thumbnail shows [redacted] photos, but when I open it, there are only 13. This is the only album with this issue, despite having older albums. These photos are precious memories of my dog as a puppy, and I don't have them saved elsewhere since I lost data from a crashed phone. My late best friend had commented on many of the photos, which makes them even more special to me. Around 3 am, someone accessed my account involving Claudia, Jenifer, and Agent James Robert. Claudia reached out, claiming I had been selected for a government grant. Initially skeptical, I engaged with her, and she directed me to Agent James Robert on Facebook. He requested personal information for verification, including my birthdate and password. As the conversation progressed, he urged me to pay amounts ranging from $[redacted] to $50,[redacted] for processing. I reported the account breach shortly after but experienced further issues as my phone and social media were compromised. I am distressed by this ongoing situation, and despite attempting to stop notifications, I remain locked out. I fear for my security and urge swift action to address these fraudulent activities.

It came to my attention that Lechel David Talay has been using various fake Facebook accounts to harass my character on social media. Some of the fake account names used were Ellecim Mercado Redondo (already deleted by Facebook), Sofia Lucille, Mark Tanga, Genesis Fajutag (hacked), and Lechel Talay (pretending to be Genesis Fajutag). This situation has damaged my reputation and violated my privacy. I believe it is unethical to spread personal issues on social media, tarnishing someone's image and spreading rumors. Personal matters should be kept private, not aired out for revenge or public judgment. It is my hope that Facebook addresses this issue promptly by removing the mentioned accounts to uphold community standards and protect individual privacy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Facebook Team, I am Uzma Umar on Facebook, and I created accounts for my children named Muhammad Zayan Umar, Muhammad Huzaifa Umar, and Muhammad Zarar Umar, aged 9, 3, and 2 years. Regrettably, their accounts have been disabled, preventing me from accessing the precious memories and photos I have shared over the years.
