I have a personal Facebook account under Heath Shankles, and also run a business page called Yuppypuppy with over 5k followers. I created an 8-minute video to post on Yuppypuppy, recorded on my wife's phone as it has a better camera. However, I couldn't send the video due to its size. When I attempted to log into my Facebook account on her phone, my whole account got disabled. Despite sending three pictures of myself to verify my identity, my account remains locked. My business heavily relies on Facebook ads, and the situation has put everything on pause. I'm concerned about the ongoing ad charges while I can't access my account. It's a frustrating situation that needs to be resolved promptly.

I believe all my accounts have been compromised, including my Google account, Facebook, and Google Play. I had trouble accessing my Facebook account a while ago and assumed it was deleted, but when I checked last night, it was still there. I tried to recover it but encountered difficulties. Today, I went through the recovery process, created a new password, and even identified pictures of friends. However, after receiving a code on my email to reset the password, I am still unable to access my account due to needing to log in from a known device that I no longer have. I suspect someone has compromised my account and altered my password. Despite entering the correct password, I am unable to access my account. Access is crucial since several college organizations rely on me for information within specific groups. The system is attempting to send a verification code to a defunct Yahoo email address, although my active email is on Gmail, also linked to my Facebook. Even though my phone number is linked to my Facebook account for login purposes, I am unable to access it. It is frustrating that there seems to be no logical explanation besides potential hacking. Upon reviewing my account through a friend's phone, no suspicious activity was noted. It appears that Facebook is inexplicably preventing my login attempts. I would greatly appreciate assistance with this matter.

The issue arose when I was charged $[redacted].00 AU as a resident of Australia due to the misleading currency. The "contact us" option on the website didn't work, leaving me frustrated. Hello Facebook support team, I encountered an issue yesterday while trying to log in to my account "winnie.whitney.31." I was informed that I entered an old password, which I never changed. When attempting to reset my password, I faced a challenge as I could not access the email associated with my account. The email was created back in [redacted] when I opened my Facebook account. To complicate matters, Yahoo stated they could not recognize the email account I used, and I had not linked my phone number to my Facebook profile for password recovery. In an attempt to resolve this, I created a new email address through which you can communicate with me for account recovery. However, a typographical error led me to mistakenly provide the incorrect email address "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" After realizing this mistake upon checking for messages, I am reaching out for assistance. Despite previously submitting my ID, Facebook indicated that it was already received. I submitted my passport with my real name as Winnie Ochieng, while my Facebook name is Winnie Whitney. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the birthdate listed on my passport as 26.08.[redacted], whereas on Facebook, it reads 26.08.[redacted]. On June 11, I accepted a friend request from a lady who was offering a Facebook grant. She had me write down some numbers like Claim number FB[redacted], ticket number FB172.[redacted], Batch number FB0051/[redacted], and Serial Number E4AF3[redacted]. Feeling scared on June 14, I blocked her from my Facebook page [redacted] Unfortunately, she changed all my login details while I was at the hospital visiting my mom. Now, I can't access my account, which is a problem because I work from home and had important information on there. I didn't realize there were restrictions on Facebook posts. My Facebook account [redacted] has been hacked. The password was suddenly changed, and I am unable to access the email accounts where the password reset code is sent. I keep receiving an error stating "You are trying too often. Please try again later." when using trusted account codes. I am trying to recover my account. As of July 29, [redacted], 4:37 PM MNL, I could perform a password reset after recovering my email for the code. However, there is now 2-factor authentication on my Facebook account that I didn't set up, and the mobile number linked is not mine. I am currently unable to log in. I have submitted a request to Facebook for authentication using the attached ID.

I'm facing a problem with my Facebook and Instagram accounts being hacked. The hacker altered the login details, including the email address, passwords, and usernames. After AT&T admitted two weeks ago that my computer was hacked, I had a troubling experience. Despite having internet service suspended, I could still access the internet, but the firewall and virus protection were disabled. Money was stolen from my account on December 2, [redacted], and a Directv Now Streaming Account was created in Texas, a place I've never been. The bank, which I've been with for nearly 20 years, flagged AT&T for fraud and money theft. I took steps with the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Consumer Protection, and the Better Business Bureau, and even filed a police report. My Facebook account was also hacked. After getting a new computer and changing my email due to AT&T's actions, I faced issues accessing Facebook. Despite multiple attempts to recover my account, including reaching out to Facebook, I have not received a response. As an admin for educational groups on Wolves, I am eager to resume posting about wildlife conservation efforts. The Geek Squad from Best Buy mistakenly recorded the setup year as [redacted] instead of [redacted]. If Facebook continues to neglect its users, more individuals might opt to leave for alternative platforms.

My computer was hacked and destroyed, leading me to purchase a new one and create a new email address. Despite explaining my situation to Facebook multiple times due to having a landline phone number, I haven't received any response. The 6-digit code sent to my phone was for a cell phone, making it impossible for me to access my account for two weeks. I am a Creator and Admin of two Worldwide Groups and a co-founder of a third, urgently needing access back. I am prepared to escalate this matter to officials if not resolved within 24 hours, including contacting our Congressman and Senators from Wisconsin. Furthermore, I plan to involve news stations to address issues beyond just login problems. I experienced Bullying and Harassment in a Secret Group, prompting my departure. Facebook's lack of monitoring in Secret Groups is concerning, as I promptly remove such behavior in my Groups and report it to Facebook. This treatment from the Admin of Endangered Wolves and Panthers, Troy Kussable, and group members is unacceptable.

I am trying to change the username on my business page "Trondheim Meditasjon & Yoga" to 'tmyno' from 'tmy11'. The username 'tmyno' was not available initially, so I requested the current owner to switch it. After the change, the link fb.me/tmyno shows as 'unavailable'. Last night, as I was getting ready to sleep, I briefly checked my Facebook account. Suddenly, I was added to a group chat that seemed to be from Vietnam. A Facebook account named Nguyễn Ngọc Duy Thắng visited my profile. Shortly after, I was logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I was informed that my password had been changed, along with my recovery contacts and email. The hacker even changed my profile picture and gained control of my account. I am struggling to regain access to my locked account, and despite submitting my Passport for verification as requested, I am stuck in a loop of receiving invalid links and non-functional passwords. The emails I keep receiving about login attempts from various locations are adding to my frustration. I have tried the recovery process multiple times, only to be prompted to upload my ID again. It seems like this situation needs human assistance to resolve, as the automated process is not helping me regain access to my account.
