I am attempting to create a Facebook account to establish a business page linked to my Instagram. Unfortunately, the sign-up process through the Facebook app did not allow me to do this. When trying through a browser, I was required to create a new account as the initial one from the app lacked essential login information. After successfully setting up the account via the browser, I created a business page and attempted to connect it to Instagram. However, this resulted in Instagram automatically generating a new Facebook account. Consequently, my account was disabled due to violation of terms for having multiple accounts. My objective is to have a single account solely for my business.

I have several old Hotmail accounts that have been hacked, and I need them disabled. I cannot remember the passwords for those accounts. I would like to disable all the old Hotmail accounts I have and only use one. These accounts are causing confusion because people might think they are still active. I have had issues with hacking in the past. I received a suspicious email from someone in Ohio, and I am unable to contact a person I was talking to through Facebook Messenger or FaceTime on my iPhone. It would be appreciated if the Hotmail accounts could be disabled, even though I don't recall the passwords. I tried calling for assistance but was informed that calls are not currently being accepted.

I've been experiencing login issues with Facebook for about a week now. I've attempted to log in from all of my usual devices, only to be met with a message stating "Someone may have logged into your account." Despite trying with my trusted devices used for years, I've had no success. After uploading a photo of my ID, I received links to unlock my account, but all four provided links are invalid. Additionally, the password supplied in the email is incorrect. Despite providing ID proof, having the correct password, and contacting support from the associated email, I'm still unable to log in. I'm feeling very frustrated and unsure what my next steps should be. I appreciate any guidance you can offer.

I am unable to access my Facebook account due to a phone number that I no longer have access to. I have tried to create a new account using different email addresses and phone numbers, including a friend's phone, but I am still unable to successfully create a new Facebook account. I have been a long-time user of Facebook and need to regain access to stay connected with my family and friends. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Facebook Account Issue Hello, I am contacting you regarding my Facebook accounts. My main account is under the name Marta Hawkins with the email [redacted] Recently, I created a new account using the email [redacted] I also set up a page called Amoravitae on this new account and an Instagram account named Amoravitalist. I encountered an issue when Facebook requested a photo for verification and subsequently disabled my new account. This has prevented me from linking my page to Instagram as it seems to be malfunctioning. As I require two accounts for professional purposes, I kindly request the reactivation of my Facebook account associated with [redacted] and the restoration of my Amoravitae page. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kindest regards, Marta Hawkins

I received a "Welcome back" email from Facebook regarding the reactivation of my account. I did not reactivate it, and I have no interest in using Facebook. Upon logging in, I noticed that my profile picture has unusual stamps on it. I would like to know why these are there. I request that my entire profile be permanently deleted from Facebook. I believe I should have the option to completely remove myself from the platform, not just deactivate my account. Could you please assist me in removing my account and profile entirely? I do not enjoy socializing online and prefer not to see updates about others' lives. Thank you. T.M.

Our former employee's business account is currently in possession of our business page. Although he has assigned us as Admin, he seems hesitant to investigate the steps required to transfer ownership. Unlike when he removed his personal account, this seems more complex. He might be willing to proceed if given guidance through the process rather than the uncertainty of reaching a live representative from Facebook. Is there a way to schedule a Facebook appointment for assistance? Alternatively, could we find a solution as long as we have his consent for the transfer?

I recently created a Facebook account for school but due to forgetting my password, I encountered issues with suspicious activity alerts. After creating multiple accounts with the same email and phone number, they were all flagged. Despite needing Facebook for school and as the academic year is approaching, all my accounts are disabled. I would like to have the previous three accounts deleted to retain the latest one, yet even the latest account is under review for suspicious activity.

I suspect my FB/Messenger account has been compromised. I woke up to several "sorry, I couldn't open it" messages from various people on Messenger. Upon trying to access my FB account, I received a notification that it was temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity, most likely the same Messenger issue. Now I am being asked to reset my password and investigate the breach myself? I am fed up with Facebook's constant privacy problems. I am hesitant to change my password, as this might give the hacker more access. It appears there are serious issues within Facebook. Please unblock or delete my account. - Michael B.

Recently, I've been experiencing issues with unauthorized access attempts to my account. I managed to resolve this by submitting my identification card to Facebook. However, I am now being asked for an authentication code sent to a phone number I no longer have access to or remember. The app does not provide any alternative methods for verification, and I fear losing my account. Is there a way to receive the code via email instead? I've tried everything possible and am unsure of what else to do. My account name is Zam Y Yashim, and my email address is [redacted] I updated my name from Zam Yandang to the current one. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to confirm ownership. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have been disabled from my Facebook account for unexplained reasons. I am constantly changing my Facebook username and password because I can't remember which one I used for this account. With various apps requiring their own unique usernames, it becomes challenging and repetitive. I struggle to come up with new usernames. My adult school teacher initially taught me how to create an email address. If you believe I have too many accounts, please understand it's not intentional. My username and password, which I spent time creating, are important to me. Unfortunately, I can't use my usual username due to app-specific requirements. Thank you, Christopher [redacted]

While making dinner, I received a message from Facebook regarding my phone number, [redacted]. I updated them that my new number is [redacted]. The old one, [redacted], no longer works, and it seems to belong to someone else in Utah now. If a code was sent to [redacted], it might confuse the new owner. I'm Raymond C., who used to share trips with friends on Facebook. I had a past issue about a post related to the White House. I'd appreciate if Facebook could check their records to confirm it was me. Please contact me at [redacted]. I now reside in Phoenix, Arizona. Thank you and have a great day. Goodbye.

Hello, my name is Megan Raymond Kerr, that's K-E-R-R. Currently, I'm having some trouble verifying my identity on this platform as they are requesting me to contact three or four friends for an access code. Unfortunately, since it's Friday night, my friends are out at bars and unavailable. I might only be able to reach them in 2 or 3 days. I appreciate your patience over the weekend. It feels like being in Facebook jail all over again. I've been busy in Phoenix, Arizona, dealing with other matters and haven't been active on Facebook. Earlier this year, I mentioned about my bicep surgery. I've lived in Wyoming, Utah, visited North Dakota, Denver, and traveled to various places.

Three days ago, my account was hacked. Although I managed to recover it, there were unauthorized posts made and unknown people added to my friends list. Upon regaining access and tightening security, two posts were reported, but I couldn't see which posts were flagged or the reasons behind the reports. I appealed both posts, and one was deemed not against community standards, with a confirmation message received. However, the other post is still under review since three days ago. I received a notification stating a temporary block from group activities without specifying the violation. After waiting for three days to rejoin groups, the block was lifted, but within 4 hours, I was temporarily blocked again from group interaction, despite making only one comment that did not breach community standards. Reviewing my history, I found a post that I didn't share, yet it also wasn't in violation. Now, I'm faced with another unexplained block without knowing the cause. It feels unfair to be penalized without justification or to be subjected to potential harassment through false reports resulting in unwarranted blocks.

Dear Team, I would like to address an issue regarding my Facebook account. Someone has created a fake account with the same name as mine, Nabaraj Giri, causing confusion. Unfortunately, when I asked my friends to report the fake account, some mistakenly reported my genuine account. This led to my account being disabled by Facebook. I am anxious to resolve this matter promptly. I want to clarify that my birthday on Facebook was listed as February 5, [redacted], whereas my official certificate states February 10, [redacted]. I have tried to communicate this to Facebook by providing my password and citizenship details through their contact center, but I have only received automated responses so far. I am eagerly awaiting the reactivation of my account. Sincerely, N.G.

I had a Facebook account for most of my childhood, approximately 9-10 years, up until about 4-5 years ago, but now it seems to have disappeared. This account held all my precious photos from my growing-up years, including some of my son when he was a newborn, which I unfortunately no longer have. I had forgotten my password and the backup email linked to the account had become inactive without my knowledge. Despite numerous attempts to recover the account and even being prompted to submit ID photos at one point, I was unable to regain access due to unforeseen circumstances. Frustrated, I eventually created a new account and moved on, only to find that my old account now seems to have vanished without a trace. I am puzzled as to how this could have happened when I never intentionally deleted it. Any assistance in understanding this situation and potentially recovering my account with all its cherished photos would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding the suspension of our business page "boobree", I have reported this issue to Facebook support multiple times without receiving any response. I believe it is unfair that our page was suspended without giving us a chance to rectify any mistakes. Initially, there was a suspension due to suspected credit card activity, which was unclear to us as we had not taken any actions on our end. Subsequently, there was an accusation of copyright violation for a product that we were unaware had trademark issues. As resellers, we did not intentionally infringe any trademarks. We strongly feel that we should have been informed about this issue to correct it before the page was suspended, as it has caused us a loss in business and harm to our brand reputation. We urge Facebook to reconsider the suspension and reinstate our page promptly.

I have an account under the name Samantha Leigh associated with my email [redacted] Unfortunately, both my Gmail and Facebook accounts were hacked. The person who hacked my Facebook is sending inappropriate messages to my family, masquerading as me. I urgently need to regain control of my Facebook account. I am unable to receive codes on my old phone number linked to the account. Despite my efforts to create new accounts, such as Samantha Leigh and Samantha Kesler, they were reported for impersonation. Desperately, I added trusted contacts on Facebook, particularly Hope Garcia, who is supporting me through this ordeal. However, Facebook has not reached out to any of my trusted contacts. I have a new email now, [redacted], as [redacted] is no longer secure.

Hello, I am Mohamed Elmallah, the admin for the pages egyptsafety.net and forsa4sale. We use these pages to promote home products and run paid ads using our visa cards. I have around 14 friends who are also admins on these pages that we created eight years ago. Recently, one of our admin or editor accounts was hacked, and someone posted a black picture on our page. Within 48 hours, the page and all accounts were disabled. We believe this action was unjust as we have been using the page solely for product promotion without any issues for the past eight years. We kindly request a review of this decision and ask for the page to be re-enabled along with all admin and editor accounts. Best regards.
