I'm managing an artist named Quinn Karter. We recently changed her artist name from "quinnkartermusic" to "Quinn Karter". Despite trying 10 times to update this on Facebook, each attempt has been denied. This is perplexing given that we are following the name change guidelines. Quinn Karter is the correct name and matches her name on all other social media platforms seamlessly. We've submitted appeals with supporting screenshots showcasing the new name and project announcements, but unfortunately, we continue to receive automated responses from Facebook without any resolution. The situation appears disorganized, and our efforts to communicate with a human representative have been met with cases being repeatedly closed by Facebook.

Please, sir, could you enable my Facebook account? It's a real account, not fake. I've complained several times, but my account remains disabled. Hello Facebook Admin, I am Jobert D., a 25-year-old Filipino citizen, reaching out for assistance regarding my Facebook account. On July 20, [redacted], I was notified of a login attempt, and on July 22, [redacted], my account was logged out on my Huawei P20 lite device. Despite trying to reset the password, I couldn't log back in as it kept prompting for the old password. Dear Sir/Madam, I am confused about something and I am hoping you can assist me. I would like to create a folder in my album called "My Favorite Music (video)" with a URL obtained from YouTube, similar to when you create a post or share content. Is it possible to have this folder exclusively in my "Favorite Songs (video)" section and not on my timeline? I do not mind if it appears on the timeline as I can hide it, but I want to reserve my timeline for a different use. Is there a way to achieve this without infringing on copyright laws? I experimented by downloading a song from YouTube onto my computer and then uploading it on Facebook, but I noticed this does not involve contacting YouTube, and I wish to avoid copyright violations. Could you please provide me guidance on this matter?

I am disappointed with the Facebook lottery and grants foundation. They claim it's a genuine lottery that occurs every three years, where names are randomly selected. However, after my name was selected, it became clear that you need to pay money to receive the winnings. I've paid nearly £19,[redacted] and received nothing but a string of lies from everyone involved with the lottery. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I will consider exposing this scam to the media, including tabloids. I believe Facebook should address this issue promptly as I have evidence, including emails, receipts, and names of individuals involved in this fraudulent activity.

My phone was stolen, and someone pretending to be me has been asking for money and harassing my boyfriend using my social media accounts. Despite changing my account when my phone was stolen, I've noticed about 10 Facebook profiles with my name. This situation has caused arguments between my boyfriend and me. There are false accounts with names like Lisa Marquis and James using my identity. The stress has led me to visit the hospital twice. I need assistance as this has become unbearable.

A few years ago, I was in the middle of a difficult divorce when my ex-husband changed all my account passwords, including email, Instagram, phone, and Facebook. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to recover access. I am an avid player of Farmville, a game where I have invested a substantial amount of money purchasing Farmville cards from Wal-Mart in Beeville, Texas. Although I now have a new Facebook account, the email associated with my old account matches the one in my new profile. The hacked Facebook is under [redacted], while my current one is under [redacted] However, I no longer use those emails, and my current contact is [redacted] I have been unsuccessful in receiving assistance from Facebook. Hello, Windle International Uganda here. We've encountered difficulties with our Facebook account, Windle Trust Uganda, as it was flagged for unusual activity and became inaccessible. Despite contacting Facebook support, we are unable to access the messages due to a redirection to the business dashboard. There are concerns our account may have been deactivated, as changes like the name are not possible through the Facebook app, although the account can be viewed. Our Facebook administrator has failed to comply with the Tidy Towns’ Executive Committee decision to remove our name, logo, and "Our Story" information from the Ballybunion Facebook page. The Executive Committee made this decision because the administrator repeatedly posted content beyond our organization's scope, leading to complaints from town residents over the past 8 years. Despite being informed multiple times, the administrator persists in sharing inappropriate posts. We have decided it is time to shut down the page due to insubordination. Hello, my name is Lia Taburcean. My account was hacked about 3-4 months ago. The hacker not only changed my password but also my email and phone number, making it impossible for me to access my artist account. The hacker has been misusing my account and Facebook page to solicit money from others, tarnishing my reputation. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, such as a photo holding my ID, to prove my identity and regain access to my account. I did not have any additional email or phone number linked to the account for recovery. Hello, I'm Tiziana Barbetti. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account with my phone number. My email is [redacted], and my password is "galaxi35". My phone number with TIM is [redacted]. I received a message saying my phone number is not associated with my account, and logging in with Facebook is not working. I did not receive a code via email or SMS. This issue started on May 1, [redacted]. There seems to be a mix-up with phone numbers - my registered one is [redacted], which is not mine. How can I regain access to my Facebook account? For the past couple of months, my messenger session has been expiring, and every time this happens, my password gets changed. I would need to go into my email, change my password, and secure my account. The last time this occurred, instead of creating my own password, I used the suggested strong password. However, last night, it happened again, and when I tried to fix it this morning, it's now saying my email is different as well as the password. The only option it's giving me is for a really old email I haven't used in years, as if my Facebook is linked to it. It then prompts me to identify myself, but one option is unclickable and the other, when selected (iOS from my iPhone), does not work when I continue. I keep clicking continue, but it keeps saying it can't log me in. Someone must be hacking me, and I don't know what else it could be. Please help me with this issue!

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out regarding the hacking of my original Facebook account and old email address that occurred over a month ago. The account was created in [redacted] with assistance from my deceased sister using my Yahoo email. However, due to login issues with Yahoo, my mother helped me set up a Gmail account in [redacted], which is why I continued to use the Yahoo email associated with Facebook. Unfortunately, the hacker not only compromised my Facebook account but also accessed and deactivated my Yahoo email. I have since created a new Facebook account using my Gmail address, but after submitting a photo verification to prove my identity, my account was disabled for alleged community guidelines violations. I have not breached any terms and suspect the hacker, Dawn Bocci from Ontario Canada, of being responsible for these actions. Dawn is manipulating people into providing their information through false claims of money, leading to account takeovers. I kindly request assistance in locating Dawn Bocci to regain access to my original or new Facebook account. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Deborah

I suspect my Facebook account has been hacked. The password was changed last Thursday, and now I can't log in because I no longer have access to the recovery phone number and email linked to the account. I attempted to log in through Google, but Facebook keeps showing an error message. I am deeply worried because all my children's photos are stored on that account. I fear losing access to these precious memories. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My profile keeps getting temporarily disabled because Facebook suspects unauthorized logins. I only use my PC and mobile phone for access. I followed Facebook's instructions, recovered my account with a new email and password, checked recent logins were mine, confirmed my identity by identifying past comments and friends in photos. Despite all that, my account still gets disabled within 24 hours of recovery, which is frustrating.

I have recently received a one-month ban for sharing a picture that was labeled as hate speech. I have requested a review of this decision, but like previous reviews, I have not been informed of the outcome. I strongly believe the image was meant for humor and to reflect on societal issues, not to spread hate. Additionally, my page is private, only visible to my close friends and family. When using my Galaxy 8 phone to access Facebook, I received a message stating that my account is temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. I am confused about why this has occurred since I usually have my passwords saved and do not manually input them on any phishing websites. I want to know if my password could have been compromised without me entering it on a fake Facebook-like site. I only access my account through the automatic password save feature on Facebook, so I am unsure how my password could have been exposed.

Hello, Yesterday, I accidentally reported a post and tried to cancel it through the help center. They provided me with a phone number, and when I called, they requested a $25 Google Play Card to cancel the report. Subsequently, they asked for three more cards of the same value. As the conversation progressed, they claimed I needed a $[redacted] card due to a session timeout. Realizing it was a scam, I spent a total of $[redacted]. I am concerned about the initial post report I missed. I wish to report this incident and recover my funds. I have the phone numbers I contacted and an email address they provided. The app continuously logs me out and requires personal information, including an ID. I am unable to login even after resetting the app. My account does not show up, and friends seem to not exist on my list. This issue occurs every few years, leading to restricted access to Facebook and Messenger. I would appreciate assistance to resolve this matter promptly as I rely on Facebook to communicate with friends and family for planning purposes.
