I am able to log in to Facebook messenger and navigate the app without any issues. However, I have been encountering a problem when trying to send messages to anyone. I can't send emojis or links, such as YouTube links to support my music. I believe Facebook might be flagging them as spam since links are often associated with spam. This has been going on for about 24 hours, and despite reporting the problem, I haven't received proper responses from Facebook support. My name on Facebook is Justin Baugh from Greenville, Alabama.

I experienced an issue with my account where I got logged into another person's account after resetting my password. Through checking the contact information, I realized that the account had my phone number listed along with another unfamiliar number. Subsequently, I used my email to successfully reset my password. Research online led me to an article discussing this issue potentially arising from old phone numbers not being removed when changed. It seems like my phone number might have been previously used by the other account holder. I wish to request that the individual removes my phone number from their profile and updates their password accordingly.

Yesterday around 1:30am, I received a notification from Facebook about someone attempting to log into my account from another country. Unsure of what to do, I opened the Facebook app on my iPhone and was prompted with a statement to confirm if the login was not me. Regrettably, I clicked "yes" without fully understanding the message. My account was still accessible, but I noticed it was malfunctioning by closing and freezing repeatedly, which had been happening the day before as well. My name is Allie K. from Portage, MI. My last profile picture featured my husband and me on our wedding day, posted around August 5, [redacted]. The most recent post, from July 28, [redacted], celebrated our anniversary. However, the profile picture has been changed to a cat in a "Lilo and Stitch" costume, which is not me. The email linked to my account is [redacted], and I am currently unable to recover the password for it. I created a new account, thinking it would resolve the issue, but realising it wasn't helpful, I have scheduled for that account to be deleted by August 30, [redacted]. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently received a fake email from Facebook regarding copyright issues. After three days and some investigating, I realized it was a fraudulent attempt. The scammers wanted $[redacted].00 for three videos which I refused by declaring them as hackers. Shortly after, my Facebook account was hacked, and I started receiving spam emails. The help center appears in French. On my Facebook page, a gray profile appears with a message in red telling me to remove Facebook from my iPad. With the help of someone, two individuals were identified as possibly using my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to create a new account as the help center is in French, and I am having trouble confirming my new password or phone number due to it being deemed invalid. I kindly request assistance in checking my account and vetting the two names associated. Reactivating my Facebook would mean a lot to me emotionally as my friends and family are eagerly waiting for my return. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, M.M.

I was using my Facebook app on my phone about an hour ago, and when I tried to log back in, it said my session expired and asked me to reenter my password. I have not changed my email or password since creating the account in [redacted], but I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. The only login information I have ever used was [redacted] with the password atreyu2011. It now says that's not my password, and my Yahoo email is inaccessible due to inactivity. I don't have any other way to recover my account, and I have important photos of my children on there. My current email for all social media, except Facebook, is [redacted] I appreciate any help. I have been an active member of Facebook for six years. The trouble started on Tuesday, July 30th, around 1 am. I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and upon trying to log back in, I was informed that my account had been disabled. I suspect this might be due to hackers or fraudsters, especially since I encountered issues earlier that same day where scammers obtained my personal information. A few years back, I created this page to showcase my rap career under the name J 'Nonymous. Recently, I switched my stage name to Cam Get'm. I've been attempting to update the page to reflect this change, but Facebook keeps rejecting it, claiming it isn't relevant. Hello, my name is Denise Pam Salazar. I recently experienced a hack on my Facebook account. I am unable to redeem my account as the password has been changed. I had continuous access to both my Facebook and Messenger without logging out, but suddenly I was kicked out without access. I have set up a Facebook page for my official BMI composer name to keep my music and art promotion separate from my personal profile. After creating the artist page and launching an ad campaign, my account got disabled by Facebook. They requested government ID under that name, which I don't have. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook business page. My previous page was unexpectedly unpublished and despite appealing once, I cannot find the option for a second appeal. I then created a new Facebook business page, paid for ads to increase likes, but I have been blocked again today. I have adhered to the page rules and have not violated any guidelines such as tagging friends in giveaways. Could someone please advise me on what might be the issue? My Facebook account was hacked, and money was fraudulently taken from my PayPal account. The hacker created an unauthorized ad using my pre-authorized PayPal payment on a page titled 'web' on my profile. They seem to be located in Manchester, as there was a login from that area, while I am near Salisbury. I contacted PayPal, but they mentioned the payment was pre-authorized and already sent to Facebook, suggesting I reach out to Facebook directly to resolve it. Unfortunately, the phone number PayPal provided for Facebook (+[redacted][redacted]) was invalid. The hacker set a daily payment of £[redacted]. I have enhanced my Facebook security and removed the ad, but I am unsure of the next steps to take. I need assistance to halt the charges to Facebook, prevent further unauthorized transactions, and recover my funds.

Two years ago, I set up a Facebook account using a phone number and a gmail I no longer have access to. Recently, I tried to log in to connect with an old friend on Messenger but couldn't remember his username. Despite my efforts, the support site doesn't allow me to recover the password using a new phone or email. This is frustrating as I want to reconnect with my friend, but my outdated account information is causing obstacles. I recently discovered unauthorized activity in my account. About a week ago, I noticed a balance owing which surprised me. Upon investigating, I found that a person named James Chien had unlawfully used my account to sell his products. I promptly lodged a complaint and reported online fraud to the Australian Police and Paypal. Paypal has investigated and refunded some money, but I am awaiting a response from the police. I noticed my ad account has been disabled while I was waiting for a reply to my initial complaint from 4-5 days ago. This account is crucial as I am about to start my business. Can you please provide me with an update?

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the account @HallmarkUKandIreland that recently surfaced and is linked to our Instagram profile @HallmarkUKandIreland. It seems that the FB account is setup as a business manager account. Previously, our Instagram was associated with our official FB page - Hallmark UK & Ireland. I am seeking guidance on how to detach the @HallmarkUKandIreland FB account without impacting our Instagram account or our official Hallmark UK & Ireland FB page. Although I have unpublished the page, I had to publish it again to promote our recent Instagram post. My intention is to prevent traffic from reaching the @HallmarkUKandIreland FB page by removing it. Hello Instagram Team, I am experiencing issues with my Instagram account. I am unable to sign up for a new account or log in to any existing account on my device. I suspect that my device's IMEI number has been blocked by Instagram. Regrettably, my device was misused by a friend who sent inappropriate content via direct messages, violating Instagram's terms and conditions. I have evidence of this in a WhatsApp chat with my friend and have attached it for your review. If you choose not to reactivate my old account, that is understandable, but I kindly request that you unblock my device's IMEI number so I can use another account. I have even purchased a new device, which would be rendered useless if Instagram does not work on it. Hello, I recently received a message on Facebook Messenger that appeared to be from a friend of mine. The profile photo and name matched, so I believed it was authentic. The person claimed that my friend's name was on a list for winning a large sum of money and that my name was also on the list. They provided a link featuring a man named Mark Tommy and asked me to click on it. After clicking, I realized it wasn't my friend but a scam. I didn't enter any personal information and quickly exited Messenger. I contacted my friend, and he confirmed he had no knowledge of the message. I'm concerned about being hacked.
