Hello, I encountered a problem trying to recover and delete an old account that has not been active for 5 years. The account seemed to have been hacked, and despite numerous attempts to reset the password, I resorted to using AccountKiller to delete it. However, I was notified on my new Facebook account a few days ago that someone I might know is linked to my old account. The email I used for the old account now directs me to my new account with a different email address. I am seeking help to permanently delete the old account and proceed with using my current one. I can provide a screenshot of the old account page if necessary. Please let me know if you can provide assistance. Thanks, Jeff

Hello, my name is Siddharth B. and my date of birth is January 17, [redacted]. The security system disabled my valid Facebook account in error. I can verify my identity as the genuine user by providing my government ID. I am attaching a copy of my government ID for your review. Please reactivate my account promptly as it is crucial for me, as I have important business documents stored on it. Thank you, Facebook team.

I attempted to access my girlfriend's account using Tor while at work. Upon logging in, I was prompted to identify her friends, which granted me access. However, after browsing her timeline, the account logged out, and I discovered the password had been changed. I tried various recovery methods, including email and trusted contacts, but the verification code did not work. It appears her account has been hacked, and I am seeking assistance to reclaim it. This is her second account as the first was also compromised and unrecoverable. We can provide proof of ownership. Thank you for any help you can offer in resolving this situation.

A few days ago, while logging into Facebook, I received an email alerting me to potential account access by someone else. To err on the side of caution, I changed my password. Subsequently, Facebook required me to confirm my identity. I followed the on-screen instructions, opting to verify my identity by logging in from another previously used device. Despite selecting a device from the list provided, clicking continue only yielded a "login was not approved" message. I then opted for the alternative method: submitting a picture of my ID. Three days later, I received an email confirming my successful identity verification. The email offered two ways to regain access to my account - through a provided link or by logging in directly to Facebook using the provided password. However, the link led to an "invalid" page, and logging in with the provided password consistently failed, prompting me to reset my password. I have reached out via email but have yet to receive a response and have attempted logging in from different devices without success.

My Facebook account was hacked, and now someone of Indian descent is using it to post disturbing content. I am concerned because the hacker has access to my photos, including those of my daughter, and can potentially scam others using my information. Despite multiple attempts to regain control, I have been unsuccessful due to not having access to the original email or phone number linked to the account. Urgent assistance is needed to either regain access or have the account deleted to prevent further misuse.

I had a disagreement with a drummer named Dave King on Facebook from Florida. He took my photos and made fun of me online. I blocked him, but then a girl from his friends list warned me that he was trying to damage my reputation and turn friends against me by speaking badly about me. She mentioned he could be dangerous, even suggesting he might be capable of murder. She advised me to contact the local police. When I tried to find the posts after unblocking him, I couldn't. Another friend told me he has seen this guy bully many people and is a bigot who enjoys intimidating others. I lost friends because of him and had to change my photos to avoid further humiliation. This situation has left me unsure of what to do next.

Hello, I'm Roxana Maria Scott. I've had multiple Facebook accounts disabled consecutively. Every time I create a new one, it gets reviewed and disabled. The security team insists on suspicious activity, but there isn't any. I've already provided my driver's license, Visa card, college diploma, photos from my past, even one from when I was in a coma. My appearance has changed since [redacted] when my license was issued due to losing weight. Right now, there's a new account under review. I am battling cancer and just want to connect with family and friends, participate in fundraisers, and more. Please don't disable this new account; the pictures are from my past as my current health is fragile. Those images are all of me. Thank you for your assistance, Roxana 🤕🙏🏻😢❤️

Hello everyone. I am experiencing an unusual issue with my Facebook account, something that has never happened in its lengthy 8-year history. Recently, my phone number changed after a trip to China, and everything went smoothly during the change. However, today when I tried to log in, I encountered a roadblock. Facebook prompted me to reset my password for security reasons. Unfortunately, the security code was being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I tried to confirm my identity by logging in from a recognized device, but the platform is not allowing me to do so. It's quite frustrating not being able to choose from the devices I've used recently. I wish there was an option to verify my identity by providing some form of documentation, such as a photo of my passport and proof of address. I'm feeling very lost and hope to resolve this issue soon. I appreciate any assistance because the Facebook support team doesn't seem to offer much help for issues like mine.

Hello, I encountered the following message on Facebook: "We have detected a potentially unauthorized login to your account. For security reasons, we have temporarily locked your account. To regain access, please verify your identity and update your password. Your account will remain inaccessible until this process is completed." I selected to receive a security code via text message, but unfortunately, I have not received the code after multiple attempts. I also attempted to confirm my identity using another device I had used before, but that method also did not work. I am using Chrome as my browser. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Len V.

Upon opening Facebook, I received a prompt indicating that my account may have been accessed by someone else. For security reasons, my account has been locked until I verify my identity and change my password. I selected to receive a security code via text message, but unfortunately, I did not receive any reset code despite repeated attempts. I also attempted to confirm my identity on another device I have used before, but it was not successful. This issue is persisting even though I am using Chrome as my browser. I would greatly appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account.

I recently received a password reset message from Facebook and followed the steps provided. However, after multiple attempts at resetting my password and entering new codes sent to my email, I kept being told the password was incorrect. Despite verifying my account from another PC and mobile device as requested, I continued to face issues with resetting the password and accessing my account. Additionally, I encountered a situation where there were two account apps displaying my name, with one lacking a photo and the other having an outdated photo. I have been a Facebook user for over a decade and am frustrated by the ongoing login challenges and invalid links provided by the platform.

Facebook sent me a message to reset my password. After following the instructions and entering the code from my email, I encountered multiple issues with the new password not being accepted, despite receiving new codes repeatedly. I also tried to verify my account on different devices but faced similar password issues. Despite following a link and password provided by Facebook, I couldn't access my account and received 'invalid links.' Additionally, I noticed two accounts with my name, one without a photo and the other with an old photo. I've been a Facebook user for over ** years. I kindly ask for Facebook to assist me directly as their current advice is not resolving the problem of incorrect passwords.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I attempted to use the account recovery option by entering my phone number and inputting the code from my trusted contact, but I am unable to log in. When prompted with the question of how to reach me, I entered my phone number and received an error message saying the email address is associated with another Facebook account. When I tried entering my email address instead, the message "you are trying too often, please try again later" appeared after entering the code from the trusted contact. I have been attempting this for two days and even tried again today, but the same errors persist. I have explored the help center, followed the login troubleshooting tips, and tried using the trusted contact feature, but nothing has worked for me. I have exhausted all the options provided and still cannot regain access to my account. I am seeking alternative solutions to recover my account.

Hello customer support team, I would like to express my gratitude in advance for your assistance. My issue is with my Facebook account being disabled, and I am seeking your help in reactivating it. The rules and guidelines regarding certain features on Facebook were not very clear to me. However, upon reviewing the help center's spam section, I discovered the reason behind the disabling of my account. I can confirm that my account was blocked because of the incorrect use of the messaging feature, as per your regulations. I would be extremely grateful if my account could be reinstated, and I want to assure you that I will refrain from misusing Facebook features in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Facebook account was hacked by someone I do not know. Despite contacting the Facebook Help Center, they mentioned that my password was changed on Monday, which I did not do. It appears that my account was compromised. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my Yahoo email, [redacted], or my mobile number [redacted]2 to receive the code needed to regain access. I have also submitted a recovery request by providing my new email address and Facebook ID along with a valid ID to Facebook. However, from Tuesday until today, I have not received any assistance from Facebook on the next steps. I am seeking assistance to recover my account under the name Jhambe C. Guitones, as it plays a significant role in connecting me with school, church, and community matters. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I look forward to the instructions for recovering my hacked Facebook account.

I had a Facebook account that got hacked, and someone used it to sell illegal drugs, resulting in the account being disabled. I am innocent and a disabled person, and I did not engage in any wrongdoing. I want whoever is responsible to stop accessing people's accounts and prevent mine from being disabled. I miss my Facebook page, friends, and family there. Please allow me to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you, Judy S. B. P. (Marie S. B. P.).

Recently, I attempted to sign up for the "Shaw Academy" app, an online learning platform offering courses in various fields such as Photography, Website Design, and Web Development. Opting to sign up via my Facebook account, I encountered a login error after attempting to log in twice. Subsequently, I discovered I had been logged out of my Facebook account and was prompted to log in through a browser. Upon accessing Facebook via Chrome on my mobile device, I learned my account had been disabled. Uncertain as to why this occurred, and having had the account for nearly 6 years, I am seeking assistance. Despite submitting requests via Facebook's support pages and providing my identification, I have not received a resolution. Any guidance would be appreciated.

My friend's Facebook account has been hacked. Despite reporting it multiple times, Facebook keeps sending the same link to reset her account. Unfortunately, the hacker changed the email and phone number associated with it. Now, the account displays a man's name, although her profile still appears under her own name in searches. I have screenshots showing our interactions where her name is still visible. Additionally, the hacker replaced all family photos with pictures of the unauthorized user. The Instagram account linked to it was also compromised, and Instagram has since deleted it. It has been two weeks, and we are seeking advice on how to prompt Facebook to take action. Our goal is to have the imposter removed, revert the account to its state before July 2 (when the hack occurred), restore family photos, and change the contact email back to her original one for account access.
