I encountered an issue while trying to access my Facebook account. Upon login, I received a message stating that my account might have been compromised, leading to its temporary lock. To unlock the account, I needed to verify my identity and update my password. The three recovery options provided were: 1) Requesting a 6-digit code sent to my mobile phone. 2) Confirming my identity on an alternate device. 3) Submitting official identification documents (such as ID, driver's license, or personal photo). Unfortunately, the first two methods were unsuccessful as I didn't receive the code on my phone and couldn't confirm my identity on another device. When I opted for the third option and submitted my driver's license and email, Facebook responded the following day. However, the code provided to reset my password turned out to be invalid. Clicking on the password reset link led to a page indicating an invalid link. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been experiencing significant issues with Facebook. I am Wayne Tippett and have had an account for several years. After forgetting my password and getting locked out of my account, I mistakenly created a couple of additional accounts which has complicated things. I have provided my passport details as requested for ID verification, but I have not received any response from Facebook. I have tried to reach out using the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] I am requesting assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked on Tuesday. The hacker changed my password multiple times, and even after I recovered it, the same happened again. Now, I can't change my password due to exceeding the attempts allowed. Although this usually gets resolved in 24 hours, it has been three days, and the issue persists. Surprisingly, I can still access my account from my work computer. I need to change my password, but the block on password resets is preventing me. I hope to resolve this soon. Best regards, Matthias L.

I need assistance with inappropriate posts made by my ex-husband's wife on Facebook. The posts falsely accuse my husband of being a rapist and harming my daughter. These claims are untrue and damaging. Despite having court orders prohibiting such behavior and evidence to support my claims, Facebook has not taken any action, stating the posts do not violate their rules. The situation is concerning as it could lead to serious consequences due to the nature of the accusations. Living in a small town magnifies the impact of such false allegations. I urge Facebook to reconsider and remove the harmful posts to prevent any further escalation of this issue. The links provided lead to the specific posts in question. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I believe my Facebook page was hacked on July 10, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to recover my page, I remain locked out. Every time I request a reset code, it is sent to my email. After entering the reset code and creating a new password, I receive confirmation from my email that the password has been changed. However, when I try to log in with the new password, I am notified that it is incorrect. Even after correctly identifying friends and responding accurately to recent comments, I am still unable to access my account. I suspect my email may have been compromised, as each time I set a new password, it seems to be changed by the hacker. I have had exclusive access to this page for at least 15 years and I desperately need assistance to restore my Facebook account. Thank you. - Kai S.

About a week ago, I encountered an issue on Facebook where I was asked to verify my identity with a photo due to a security concern. After submitting the photo, my account was disabled. Despite reaching out to the help center, providing my photo I.D, and setting up a new email and account, I still haven't regained access to my old account. Then, my new account faced verification problems requiring a phone number, which I hadn't planned on using. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't receive the verification code. I tried with my boyfriend's number as well, but was told to wait 24 hours before requesting another code. When I attempted again after 24 hours, I was asked to wait another 24 hours, causing inconvenience in both personal and work activities. I'm puzzled as both accounts are private, have few friends, and are spam-free. I urgently need clarity on the security issue affecting my accounts and swift resolution to resume normal functioning.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my new phone after breaking my old phone. Facebook is requesting a code that I can't receive now. I tried changing my password and got a one-time password, but I haven't received any further code. I sent a picture of my state ID but haven't received any response. I am eager to reconnect with my family. Thank you for your prompt assistance in helping me regain access to my Facebook account.

I have encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account due to losing my phone and forgetting the password. Although I have received a new SIM card and phone, and transferred my number associated with Facebook, I'm facing difficulties in receiving the code for account verification. The email code is not reaching me, and the mobile code resend option has been disabled. Additionally, the process of uploading my government ID and a picture with a handwritten code is encountering errors such as broken links.

Hello Facebook Team, Account Name: Gursimrat Singh Guri Account Login Email: [redacted] I am writing to address the unfortunate disabling of my account on 17 July [redacted]. Last week, my account faced a temporary block for 3 days, followed by a subsequent disabling. I deeply respect Facebook's terms and regulations as a longstanding member. In my country, cricket holds immense significance akin to a deity, eliciting emotional connections among us. During the recent Cricket World Cup, I was deeply moved by requests from financially disadvantaged family and friends who couldn't afford to watch the matches on TV. Being a writer, my livelihood is tied to my Facebook page where I share my work and connect with clients for songwriting, crucial for sustaining my family. Losing access to my contacts and business connections has plunged me into severe depression. I earnestly assure you that I will not make the same mistake again. Though I understand the consequences of my actions, I implore you not to cut off my means of livelihood. The mounting distress has taken a toll on my well-being, and I fear for my life. Please reconsider and reinstate my account.

After logging into Facebook, I attempted to enable two-factor authentication. Upon activating this security measure, I was directed to a verification page prompting me to use one of my previously logged-in devices. The choices presented were my iPad and Mac computer. Unfortunately, as I utilize a VPN on both devices, the IP addresses did not match the previous login information, leading to unsuccessful verification attempts. Despite changing my password successfully, I still encountered the same security hurdle when trying to access my account. This process left me stuck in a cycle of attempting verification without gaining entry to my account.

I have reported the issue multiple times, but the fake account user continues to harass a girl. We believe that Facebook should stand for women's empowerment and development, not harassment. Despite reporting, no action has been taken against the fake account user who is creating multiple accounts to harass the girl. It seems like Facebook supports these criminals by allowing them to target innocent women. The fake account holder is even making threatening calls to the victim, mentioning rape and murder. I hope Facebook takes this matter seriously and does not condone such behavior. I can provide more details and screenshot proof at [redacted] Deactivating one account only results in the user creating another to continue the harassment. The lack of support from local police makes Facebook our only hope in this situation.

I encountered an individual named Scott David on Facebook four years ago, and he has now taken control of my Facebook account. Four years back, I provided him with my driver's license to assist him in buying equipment, and now he possesses my Washington and California identifications. Whenever I attempt to report my account being hacked, he uses my identification to claim ownership of my account. Despite informing Facebook about the hacking and having my friends report it, Facebook has been unresponsive. I have preserved copies of the emails exchanged. Scott David keeps presenting my identification to Facebook as proof of ownership of my old account each time I try to regain access. The account now displays that it is formerly owned by Laurie Tollestrup, with my name visible on various posts and interactions, including hidden friends like Mark K. Plunkett from Seattle, my attorney, as well as other acquaintances in Washington and California. Scott David is exploiting my account to deceive women after I refused to give him more money due to my current homeless status and various debts, amounting to $490K. His contact number is 1 [redacted], and I suspect he is running romance scams. In my attempts over the past three weeks to recover my account, which I've tried three or four times, I have been unsuccessful. I ultimately opened a new account, but Facebook won't allow me to retain it. I request to regain access to my original account or to transition to the account I initiated under Laurie Smith. The associated email is [redacted] Scott David's actions have led to the compromise of my identity, and I may need to report identity theft. I am convinced he is impersonating someone else in photos and suspect he is a Nigerian scammer. I urgently seek Facebook's intervention to remove Scott David from my original account and facilitate my return. Laurie Ann Tollestrup Smith

Hello, I'm reaching out as I've had my Facebook account removed five times in the past month without understanding the reason. I am currently enrolled in mastermind courses with Coach Jason Capital, and it's essential for me to access two exclusive groups on Facebook: "Instagram Agent System" and "Kaizen Mastermind," both created by my coach. I am eager to join these groups to enhance my business knowledge and interact with others sharing tips. I kindly request assistance in verifying my account to ensure compliance with Facebook's terms. Please reach out to me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to help resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Please restore my Facebook page for One White Tiger. The page is vital for my nonprofit work with cat organizations and the community. After being wrongly targeted, my account was inexplicably closed down due to a misunderstanding related to an image of a raccoon on a porch. I reached out to Senator Lesniak's representative for assistance, but an accidental email response led to my account being permanently shut down. Even though I hadn't used the account for years, I am now receiving constant notifications from the deactivated page. I urge you to show compassion and reinstate my page, as it is crucial for my advocacy work for animals, especially community cats who rely on me for support. Please consider the impact this closure has on my ability to help these voiceless animals. Your understanding and prompt action would mean the world to me and the cats counting on my assistance.

I am extremely upset because my business Facebook account was wrongfully marked as spam, preventing me from logging in. Despite having paid for multiple boosts approved by Facebook, totaling $[redacted] over the past three days, I am now locked out of my account. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance, as the login process keeps looping. This account contains important posts from clients and even a ribbon-cutting ceremony tagged by my city chamber. This situation is unjust as Facebook accepted our boosting payments only to block access to the page. I may have to seek legal assistance if this issue is not resolved promptly. I urgently require help to regain access to my page or I will have to explore other options. Thank you, - TBQ Owner, M. Montgomery

Six months ago, I created a business Instagram account for my jewelry brand. Initially, I had about [redacted] followers, and each post received 60-70 engagements. However, after a month, I began using a software system to increase my follower count, which involved following and unfollowing a large number of accounts daily. Regrettably, I was unaware that such services were not legitimate. After a month, my follower count had increased by [redacted], but upon discontinuing the service, I unfollowed approximately [redacted] questionable followers. The Issue: Since then, my engagement has significantly dropped. Despite having around [redacted] followers, my posts now only receive about 25 engagements, much less than before. I have three main questions: 1) Did using the service negatively impact my engagement? 2) Could the Instagram algorithm have suppressed my engagement because of the bot service? 3) I am desperate to resolve this issue as my business is vital to me. Please advise on how to improve my engagement. Thank you.

I discovered I had been hacked when my friend pointed out a photo on Facebook that I didn't post. The photo appeared to be some discount offer on various websites. After deleting it, another one reappeared the following day. I posted a clarification stating that these were not from me as I rarely post on Facebook, and they seemed to be part of a scam. I checked my security settings and saw my account was logged in from multiple devices in different locations. I managed to log out all but one device, which has been consistently active. Despite changing my password, the hacker remains logged in, identified by being in London while I am in Dumfries. I had to verify my identity to regain access to my account. I need assistance in preventing further unauthorized access and ensuring only I can log in to my account.

Ten years ago, I had an account that is now reactivated without my knowledge and appears to have been hacked to sell online drug paraphernalia. Unfortunately, I do not have the information to reset the password or delete the account. I have tried contacting Facebook for help without success. All I want is for the hacked account under the email [redacted], belonging to Josh Bonds with a profile picture of me at 16 years old and an ex-girlfriend from that time, to be permanently deleted. The email associated with the account is outdated, and I cannot reset the password. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
