As an artist, everything on there is meaningful to me - my contacts, memories, and connections with important people. I regularly chat with my friends in a friendly manner, which is just how we interact. I have not violated any policies like abuse or harassment. Please consider reactivating my account as it holds significant value for me. I have provided my ID, PAN, and Aadhar card details to prove the authenticity of my account. Hello, on the 14th of July [redacted] at 12:10, I received an email about changes to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I read this email too late. Someone has hacked into my Facebook account using a different email address: [redacted] My name is Davide Doronzo, I am Italian, living in Lyon, France, born on September 25, [redacted] in Barletta, Italy. I can no longer access my account because the hacker has changed my email address, password, and phone number. This person has been contacting my friends on Messenger asking for money ranging from 50-[redacted]€, pretending to be me. I am trying my best to warn my friends that it's not me. I have gone to the Police station to file a complaint. Below are my old Facebook details before the changes: [redacted], password: preconiopasquale. Here is my new email address: [redacted] and my phone number: +[redacted]7. I have been trying to contact you since Sunday, but there has been no response. Please help me. Contact me, this person needs to be stopped. I have attached my passport, police complaint, and all the conversations with this person who tried to scam my friends. Please take action. Thank you. I've encountered an issue with accessing my spare game account tied to my personal email address. After getting a new phone, I attempted to log in via Facebook but kept receiving an error message stating my email or password was incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, the displayed email was partially obscured, showing a Hotmail address instead of my usual Gmail one. Despite multiple attempts to use the account recovery tools, I was unsuccessful in regaining access due to not having control of the new email. Even after checking my personal email for any notifications regarding a change, I found nothing, which is perplexing as my email was verified and I had received notifications previously. Despite the account displaying my name matching my identification, it seems Facebook is indicating it's not mine. Can anyone offer assistance with this matter?

I have been removed from the Oak Bay locals group by Julie Helms, the admin, for reposting the same ad. I had three identical tables in different finishes from my staging and decorating work. I have faced harassment from Julie and her husband, Eric Helms, regarding my ads. They have been unclear about their advertising policies, and I have reported them to Facebook complaints with evidence of the different table finishes. Julie Helms' behavior is unprofessional and biased, and she should not be an admin with such immaturity. I am 82 years old and have never experienced such harassment for a simple matter. Her language showed favoritism towards a local clique and limited my ability to post. I have followed guidelines in my posts and had a good rapport with other Oak Bay locals. Today when I woke up, I noticed that my Facebook account and its connected page were logged out. The issue is that the email linked to this account has been deleted from Yahoo. I attempted to call Yahoo for help, but unfortunately had no success. I also tried using the only phone number associated with the account, but could not locate it. Subsequently, I created a new email account and proceeded with the recovery process by submitting my identification. Shortly after, I received a link to reset my password; however, I encountered an error message stating I had attempted to log in too many times, despite it being my initial try with the new email. I am reaching out to provide additional information on the deactivation of my Instagram account. It has been impersonated by someone who is stealing my creative ideas without my consent. This individual has taken over my account, changing the password and posting explicit videos to prompt the account's deactivation. Despite my efforts, this issue has persisted for weeks. The hacker continues to post inappropriate content, including images and videos that do not belong to me, and is also engaging in catfishing activities using content from my friends. They are sending messages to others on my behalf, causing complaints from my contacts. When I attempted to address the situation, my account was disabled, as the hacker had altered my phone number and email, preventing me from regaining control. When attempting to log in to my Facebook account, a message stating that there has been suspicious activity detected and the account is temporarily locked appears. The next steps for a security check cannot be completed due to an error message on the following page, stating the feature is unavailable at the moment. I encountered an issue with Facebook where I was unexpectedly prompted to log in and my password wasn't accepted. After changing my password using an email code, I faced another hurdle with an unfamiliar browser message requiring a phone verification code. Despite being on my usual devices and home Wi-Fi, the code never arrived. I attempted multiple times until being blocked due to excessive requests. I have been using the same account for approximately nine years, and I am currently experiencing difficulty trying to recover my Facebook account under the name Laura Jane Byron. I have forgotten my password and am unable to access the associated Hotmail account, [redacted] However, my phone number [redacted] remains the same. I am encountering problems with Facebook Marketplace. When I create a listing such as a Ford F-[redacted] 24ft Box Truck, it appears in the wrong category or with the wrong title. It might show up under "tools" or "auto parts" instead of "vehicles" or display as "Ford F-[redacted] Regular Cab" instead of the accurate title. Additionally, I am unable to dispute items that were removed from the marketplace with unknown reasons as the links are not functional. Another concern is the inability to renew listings both on my desktop computer and cellphone. Clicking the "you" option on my phone results in continuous loading and eventually an error message stating that the marketplace cannot be loaded. These difficulties are causing obstacles in my work, and I urgently require a resolution as my boss is pressuring me. Thank you for your attention.

Hello Facebook team, I hope all is well. I am reaching out to address the recent disabling of my account. On July 12th, a friend asked me to be an admin for a group we were creating together. Since I have known this friend for a long time, I agreed promptly. However, after becoming an admin, the group's name was changed to something inappropriate without my knowledge. A photo promoting terrorism was posted shortly after, leading to the disablement of my account. I have been an active user since [redacted] and enjoy using Facebook and Instagram. I am an administrator of a Facebook page for our Little League. The owner/creator of the page is unknown to anyone on the board, and they have been removed as an admin or from the account/page. We want to transfer ownership of the account to the league's email so we can log in as the league to make necessary changes. Some settings can only be adjusted by the owner/creator, which is causing issues as we organize for future leadership. I am experiencing harassment by someone connected to Facebook. For example, when I post a plush toy, they claim it's a live animal. Similarly, when I share a gold-plated bathroom ring holder or an electric toy, they make false statements about the items. This individual is violating the law and Facebook policies by stalking my marketplace posts. I am reaching out to request that this employee be removed from my account to avoid legal action.
