I was trying to gain control over my deceased Son's facebook. It has been hacked by his x girlfriend. She has blocked some of his friends and deleted some of my son's original posts which is very distressing for me.*This woman has also hacked into his email account that was also registered on his Facebook account as well. ... I need to unblock my deceased son's friend. My son's ex-girlfriend hacked his account and blocked one of his best friends.*After this has been done I want to memorise the account, to prevent any further hacking.
Having lost my only son through suicide is distressing enough without his x who he killed himself over because she didn't want him, taking over his facebook as her own. She has been adding friends and deleting the original posts that he put up.*I am not in the UK as I am staying with my brother who works abroad in order for me to not be where there are so many memory's, of my son.*I have asked my brother Stephen to ask him to see if he can take the steps I have over here. He has emailed facebook but they have asked him for my son's death certificate to close the account. *I don't want to do this unless this is really necessary as I want my son to be remembered and having his facebook is one of those things that helps keep their memories alive.*I did forward the email link to carry out the steps I had but it doesn't work from his account.*If Facebook has a way of taking my son's account back to the **th, which is the day after he died it would be great as I know at that date the account had not been hacked, and of course the two friends of my son Bev and Chris unblocked, it was my son's choice to have them as his friends and no one else has the right to hack in and block them. My son had blocked his x so she hacked into his account to unblock herself and at the same time she *started blocking his real friends and taking posts of.
I am happy for them to do as I have explained above.*There was an option to search on his account name but he didn't show up on that list and I believe the reason for that is that it would only show the nearest people with that name to the location I am at present out of the UK.*I would be really grateful for help on this situation
I have been a Facebook account user for years.
I am wondering if I send the link for my son's facebook they could send me a direct link to unlock his account?*I did initially send the link to his account but they sent me a generic email for unlocking and gaining access to this account. I believe it is not working because I am not in the UK at the minute.
