I'm having trouble logging into my new phone because I have forgotten the password. Unfortunately, I can't reset it because the email I used is no longer active. When I tried to create a new email with the same AOL address, it said it was unavailable. I'm currently logged in on my old phone. I encountered an issue trying to set up a Facebook account in June [redacted] with my phone number. A previous attempt was disabled due to a potential area code error. Subsequently, I successfully created a Facebook account using my email but now face challenges linking my phone number/messenger account due to the previous disabled account hindering access to settings. I would appreciate guidance on deleting the non-functional Facebook account while retaining the old messenger account. This will enable me to link my number and old account to the currently functional Facebook account. Thank you.

On July 8, [redacted], I was banned for 30 days. After submitting it for review, I received three messages lifting the restriction, supported by screenshots. However, despite the restriction being lifted, I am still unable to comment as of today's date. My account was mass reported due to me standing against bullying, which caused the initial restriction. Facebook reviewed and lifted this, as evidenced by the three support messages received, with the latest one at 3:42 am this morning stating the restriction had been lifted as it did not violate community standards. Despite this, I still receive a message stating I cannot comment for 30 days when I try to do so. I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you. 🙏

Hello Facebook, I am Ahmed Bugti, a District reporter for Dunya TV in Dera Bugti, Pakistan. As a journalist, I used Facebook from November [redacted] to July 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my personal account was disabled by the Facebook team due to a copyright claim by [redacted] for a video from [redacted]. Consequently, Facebook restricted me from uploading posts, commenting, and messaging on July 29, [redacted]. Although my account was briefly reopened after three days, it was disabled again shortly afterwards. I want to clarify that I did not intentionally upload any copyrighted videos/posts for business or earning purposes. I have apologized for any unintended infringement and am deeply upset by the disabling of my account. I sincerely apologize to Facebook again and hope they will reconsider and allow me a second chance.

I recently regained access to my account after it was compromised a few weeks ago. Following the recovery process, I updated my password. However, I encountered an authentication issue where the code was supposed to be sent to my phone, but I have not received it. I have attempted to resolve this by submitting multiple forms, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from Facebook's customer service team. Hello, my name is Kathy Cornwell. I created an account for gaming purposes using the name Gemma Stone with the email [redacted] and the account ID [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, this account was hacked recently, compromising my Facebook and email passwords. I use this account primarily for playing bingo blitz. The hacker even sent a friend request to my daughter, Sarah Poututerangi. I have already enhanced the security of the account and contacted Bingo Blitz via email with ticket #INC[redacted], but have not received a response yet. Hello, After reinstalling Messenger, I encountered login issues with a wrong password. I use Messenger without linking to Facebook, and my registration was with a phone number. Despite attempting to reset the password, I did not receive the necessary code. Upon trying to access my account via a browser, I discovered it had been disabled. I completed the identity verification process, yet my account remains inaccessible, impeding my ability to connect with friends. Currently, I have been awaiting a response for one day. I am unsure whether to continue waiting or take alternative steps to recover my account, as I prefer not to create a new one. I suspect my son has hacked my daughter-in-law's Facebook account. He has tampered with security questions and passwords in the past, and this time she can't fix it. Looking at who he dislikes, it seems like he's targeting my daughter and me, as we are the ones who usually assist her. The issue is concerning because he has taken all the pictures, including those of many young children, and there is a worry he might misuse them. Strangely, this incident coincided with his arrival in town after a year of absence. Moreover, he uses multiple fake accounts to harass people, and I know he has been messaging underage girls with inappropriate intentions. My daughter-in-law, Chloe, feels helpless as she believes no one can support her in this situation. It's apparent he might have also hacked her email and other personal information. I hope we can find a way to assist Chloe and put a stop to his actions.

I am seeking assistance regarding the deactivation of my Facebook account. Last Friday, on June 28, [redacted], I attempted to log in and was surprised to find that my account was disabled. I later learned that accounts are deactivated when content violates Community Standards. I respectfully request that my account be reinstated. I have never misused my account for fraudulent activities, solicitation, harassment, intimidation, or promoting violence. My daughter's Facebook account has been hacked. Even after going through the usual steps like reporting it as hacked and receiving a code, the hacker seems to still gain access. Is there a manual way for Facebook to understand and address this issue by locking the account and reopening it for my daughter without the hacker intercepting?

Hello, I recently discovered that my website, www.shaperlabel.com, has been blocked from posting on Facebook due to a violation of the Community standards for spam. I am puzzled by this as there hasn't been a significant increase in traffic from the Shaper and Night Shaper Italia pages, and posts have not been excessively published in a short period. My suspicion is that someone may have falsely reported my domain in an attempt to harm my business and financial gains. I kindly request that if this is the case, the domain be unblocked. The website is owned by me, N.T., who is also the administrator of the Shaper and Night Shaper Italia pages, as well as the owner of Smart Point Ltd, the company that owns www.shaperlabel.com. This domain specifically sells the product Night Shaper, which is the intellectual property of my company. For verification, I have attached a statement from the Bulgarian Trade Registry confirming my ownership of the company, along with a screenshot from the domain hosting account. Blocking our domain based on a report of spam is detrimental to our business. I urge you to investigate this matter and inform us of the reason behind this action. We work with external advertisers in Italy to promote our product, Night Shaper, and it is crucial for us to be able to run our own campaigns to boost sales. I believe my account has been compromised. After uploading my ID, I received an email with a link to recover my account, but unfortunately, the link is invalid. Even the temporary password provided does not work. Due to this, I'm unable to upload my ID again for a new recovery link. I suspect the mobile number associated with my account was changed by the hacker. Can someone help me with this issue on Facebook?

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account that I've used for over seven years. I can't log in because it's asking for a code sent to an email I no longer have access to. I am encountering trouble logging into my Facebook account since I no longer have access to the email linked to it, which was deleted by Microsoft due to inactivity. Consequently, I am unable to receive the recovery email. My Facebook account was disabled without reason during the recent server crashes. My Facebook account has been disabled by Facebook. I have been accused of sharing other parties' properties many times, but the truth is, my account was hacked by someone to share a live cricket match between India and Pakistan. I would never intentionally do something to harm my Facebook account, and I am not even interested in that match. Even though I have deleted that page from my profile, my account is still disabled. I have been using that account for many years, and I really hope Facebook can assist me in getting it back.

After persuading the Facebook team, I set up two-factor authentication on my account. Consequently, I am unable to log in using a "password reset link" as the login code from TFA needs to be sent to my phone. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the login code on my phone number, which is preventing me from accessing my Facebook account through the link provided by your team. I suspect my account has been compromised, as the primary phone number associated with my account appears to have been changed without my knowledge. I kindly request for my phone number, +91 [redacted], to be added to my Facebook profile.
