I suspect my ex-girlfriend, Jonnie Webster, has gained unauthorized access to my account. An old photo from my previous Facebook account, dated 12/31/[redacted], suddenly appeared on my page with comments we made together. Jonnie has a history of creating fake FB profiles. Recently, my friend Jerri Godsey has been receiving reports from many people, including myself, claiming they received suspicious messages from her account prompting them to input their email and password for a supposed video of them. If you check Jerri Godsey's page, you'll see numerous comments from others experiencing similar issues. Jerri, please be cautious as it seems Jonnie Webster is behind this. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael Casper.

I encountered a security verification pop-up while using Messenger which resulted in me getting locked out of Facebook and Messenger. After entering the code sent to my phone and submitting a photo of myself, I received an email prompting me to follow a link to assist with logging in. However, when trying to resend the code, it was unsuccessful. As a business user reliant on my account, resolving this access issue is crucial. How can I resolve this ongoing problem? Thank you.

I have reached out several times over the past few years regarding my Instagram account, vienna_fleay, which I have been unable to access due to forgotten password, email, and phone number. The account has been inactive for at least 3 years. I created a new account, ehlbella_, but it's not the same. I am desperate to recover my old account for the photos, followers, and memories it holds. The email associated with the account is [redacted], which I can't access, now using [redacted] I remember the old phone number ending in three 2s but no longer have access. My new number is [redacted]. I'm willing to provide any necessary verification to prove my ownership. Please help me regain access, as my previous emails have not received a response.

This morning I encountered an issue while attempting to access Facebook on my mobile device through the Facebook app. A message popped up stating that my session had timed out, which was unusual as I have been using this method to access Facebook for years. I was prompted to enter a password, which I did not have, and the email associated with my account is no longer active. After trying to log in with my mobile number, I received a code via text message. Upon entering the code, I thought I had successfully reconnected, but to my surprise, I was logged into someone else's account, Dale Hunt. It appears that my mobile device is now linked to his Facebook account. Even after logging out and attempting to use my phone number again, I kept getting directed to Dale Hunt's account. I enlisted my daughter to search for my Facebook account, only to discover that it seems to have vanished. I am seeking assistance on how to regain access to my account. Thank you, Joyce Shellabear.

Help! I have a serious issue with my accounts being hacked. I was in a group chat with friends on Messenger when I suddenly got kicked out and couldn't log back in with my password. When I tried to log in with my phone number, it took me to an unknown account named "Lets Prank." My phone number was associated with this strange account, and now the hacker has access to it. This is not a prank by my friends as no one knows my password except for the hacker now. It's a cyber account crisis! I even messaged my friends through the creepy account and got a suspicious link. Additionally, when I tried to change my real account's password in Chrome, although it seemed successful, I could only access it using the new password in the strange account. Messenger is acting up as well, displaying messages erratically. I'm desperate to recover my account as I have important FB groups and group chats. I apologize for the informal tone; I'm not familiar with such situations, and my compromised account is crucial.

My Facebook account, "Nicholas Eberle," got temporarily locked today, possibly due to phishing. I'm unsure if I fell for a scam. I didn't notice any strange activity. I tried to secure my account by answering security questions about my friends' Facebook photos, but it didn't work. I attempted multiple times but still can't access my account. The text message verification isn't coming through, even though my phone number is correct. I also tried the "recent comments in past 3 months" verification without success. Now, the security options are no longer visible, even after completing them. I followed the compromised account steps, but I'm still locked out. I don't want to create a new account and want to know how I can regain access. Using Facebook daily to stay connected with family and friends has become difficult. Thank you.

While streaming games today, I received a code on my phone from Facebook for access in an unfamiliar location. Ignoring it, I found myself logged out. After changing my password due to potential hacking, I'm now stuck at "Two-Factor Authentication Required." I've invested a significant amount in ads for my Facebook page. I've already submitted a photo of my passport, but the response time seems lengthy. I need this resolved quickly. My details are as follows: Name - Lyle G., Facebook Page - Lyka Virgin, Facebook Profile - Lykz G. There is a credit card linked to my Facebook ads account.

My account got disabled due to an issue verifying my ownership. I enabled a setting unknowingly, now Facebook asks for codes from "trusted friends" if I log in from a new computer. However, the friends listed are not accessible. It's complicated and needs simplification. Facebook should offer easier methods to unlock or reactivate accounts, especially in situations like mine where some trusted contacts are unavailable. Making the process more straightforward, like requesting a new password sent to the account's email for confirmation, would be more helpful instead of relying on contacts that may no longer be valid.

Four nights ago, my Facebook account was disabled while I was using it and now I can't log back in. I have two accounts, my main one under Dawn Rogers Shaw, and a secondary one I thought I had deleted, Luna Jade Hudson, both linked to my email [redacted] Despite explaining this situation to Facebook via email, they keep sending me codes to access Luna Jade Hudson, which is not the account I need. I urgently need access to my Dawn Rogers Shaw account as I am an admin for four sites and have been unable to interact for four days. Their provided Facebook number is also not working. If anyone can assist, please reach out.

During my time using Facebook, I encountered relationship issues that led to being locked out of my account. This forced me to create new accounts quickly due to lack of access. As a result, I now struggle to remember the email addresses and passwords for my old and existing accounts. Currently, my active account is [redacted], which I intend to keep. I kindly request Facebook to delete all remaining 4-5 accounts associated with me. Additionally, I would appreciate it if Facebook could forward all photos from those accounts to me either via email or Facebook Messenger. The account I primarily used in [redacted] holds sentimental photos of when my first child was born, and I used Facebook as a digital memory tool for my photos. I hope Facebook can assist me in this matter.

I am a user of Facebook. Recently, I encountered an issue with logging into my account due to a password problem. I attempted to reset my password on the Facebook page, but did not receive the 6 digit code on my phone. The listed email addresses did not seem familiar to me. In an attempt to resolve this, I tried creating a new account with the correct email and phone number, but found out I couldn't link the two accounts together. Deleting the new account also posed a challenge as it would take 30 days to finalize. Despite Facebook's emails claiming the issue is resolved, I am still unable to access my old account. The password reset links are being sent to outdated or unrecognized email addresses. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my original account and update the email and phone number accordingly.

Over a year ago, I had a Facebook account under the name of Patricia Schafstall. Unfortunately, I forgot the password for that account and couldn't access it due to a senior moment. The associated email address with Windstream is no longer valid since I've moved. My previous address was [redacted] 120th St in Lexington, Ok, and I now reside in OKC using AT&T. My son helped me create a new account named Pat Schafstall where all my friends and pictures are, causing confusion for those looking for me. I'm seeking assistance to delete the old Patricia Schafstall account since I can't access it or recall the password, possibly last accessed in March [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (home), or at [redacted] I'm willing to provide more details if needed. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

I am reaching out about my sister-in-law, Alison Whitaker, whose Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled. Alison has been managing mental illness for many years, and Facebook served as a valuable platform for her to stay connected and find support. However, all her memories dating back to [redacted] disappeared when her account was disabled without warning. This incident has left her feeling extremely low as she navigates life without her main source of social interaction. I urge Facebook to review her profile and see that she has not violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. Alison’s online presence has been a positive one, focused on building relationships and maintaining her mental well-being. She even created a new profile after losing access to her original account, only to face the same outcome once again. I kindly ask for a reconsideration of this decision, as a thorough review of her profile will demonstrate her innocence and the importance of Facebook in her life. Your attention to this matter would greatly alleviate Alison's distress and isolation. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Judith M.

I was contacted by someone on Facebook to purchase a pair of shoes. After discussing, we agreed they would send the shoes once I paid them through Facebook Pay. I sent $80, expecting the shoes in 3 days, but it's been 8 days with no shoes. The seller is now ignoring my messages and I can't see their Facebook page, only our conversation. I have evidence of our communication saved. Their Facebook name is Zay Fazzo with a profile picture of shoes with pink laces. I need assistance in either receiving the shoes or getting a refund as $80 is a significant amount to lose.

I recently discovered a dilemma with my Facebook accounts and need assistance. Several years back, I had an old account linked to my personal email and rarely used it under the name David Noel (email: dwaynen99[at]gmail.com). Now, I aim to establish a new Facebook account for my business using a separate email address. Unfortunately, when I added my personal phone number for security reasons, my business account got disabled due to a violation of terms banning multiple accounts. Despite deleting the old personal account to adhere to the rules, the business account remains disabled. Additionally, while attempting to create an Instagram account (not previously linked to the old Facebook account), it ended up disabled too. I seek guidance on resolving this issue swiftly. My primary goal is to utilize Facebook solely for business purposes with no intention of misleading or breaching the usage policies inadvertently.

I have a new iPhone XR and a new phone number, which is [redacted]. However, my old phone number linked to my Facebook account, [redacted], has been deactivated. When I attempted to access my FB account, I was prompted to change my password. I tried multiple times to receive the passcode through email at [redacted], which I can still access. Unfortunately, the code was sent via text to my old phone number, which I no longer possess. Now, it seems someone has hacked into my account, as I see Jacob Smith's account when I log in with my current phone number, [redacted]. I have no connection to this individual. I am a white woman with mostly white FB friends, while Jacob Smith appears to be an African American man with black friends on his account. I want to regain access to my old account and remove Jacob Smith from it. If you call [redacted], you will verify it's me, not Jacob Smith. I need assistance as I'm unable to navigate the resolution process on my own. Please help me.

I was downloading photos on my Facebook account when my boyfriend sent me a message on Messenger. Initially, I could respond, but then the chat disappeared, and now I can't access it. When I try to log in, it prompts me to reset the password, even though I'm entering the correct one. It's also saying my phone number is invalid for sending a verification code, even though it's the right number. I only share the account with my boyfriend to keep it exclusive. We store our pictures and videos there, and we're unable to send messages to each other now. I need help with this issue. Thank you.

I enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account. Recently, I encountered technical problems and had to perform a factory reset on my phone. As a result, my authenticator app got deleted, leaving me unable to generate a code. Additionally, my Facebook account was not linked to my mobile number, so I cannot receive SMS codes to regain access. I possess my password and email, but without a way to obtain a code, I am stuck when prompted for one. I have reached out to Facebook via email multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. I am worried about losing my account, which I have maintained for over a decade. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
