Dear Team, I have been encountering difficulties with my Facebook login. This issue arose after inadvertently violating Facebook's advertising policies while promoting my new business. Although I have addressed and rectified the errors in my ads, verified my email, phone, and provided Photo ID, my account remains disabled. It seems that there might be other reasons for this situation beyond the ad content. Over the past few weeks, I have been using a laptop at my part-time workplace during breaks to manage my businesses. I received an email alert about "unusual activity" in my emails. This discrepancy in IP addresses shows logins from locations in the US and Germany due to my part-time job's global connectivity with Apex Tool Group. The logins from these varied IPs are indeed from my home and work laptop. I have already submitted three forms of government ID and my car insurance to Facebook's Help Center but have not received a response yet. I am seeking assistance to verify my ownership of these accounts without any malicious intent as I am a young entrepreneur working on my projects. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on avoiding such issues in the future. Thank you for your attention. Regards, RM [redacted] [redacted]

This morning, Facebook locked my account and asked for a photo of my face for a security check. I believe it's because I used an unusual name connected to my phone number when creating the account. I want to clarify that the names are not related to terrorism but are actually names of God. A friend upset me by bringing a drug dealer to my home, leading to a disagreement where she physically assaulted me. Despite talking things over later, she later took and kept my BMW without permission. To have some light-hearted fun, I created a Facebook page pretending to be an entity reminding her to correct her actions. It's just harmless fun, but I find Facebook's strict policies frustrating. They should focus on real issues instead of banning or deleting accounts for innocent activities. I've had my primary account since [redacted].

I am Feather Lackey. I am facing issues logging into my Facebook account since I lost my phone. I have tried changing my password on my laptop, but I am stuck in a loop where I need a text code from my lost phone to proceed. I have submitted my photo ID three times through the HELP CENTER form, but I keep encountering an error message when I try to submit. I am frustrated as I receive confirmation emails about password changes and account logins, but I cannot access my account. I urgently need help with resolving this situation.

I saw a meme on FB posted by an organization that showed a white man restraining a kid on a playground. The meme implied that he had no right to do that. I sarcastically commented "white trash in action", clarifying that I was not referring to any specific person. However, someone reported me for hate speech. It's frustrating that my comment was considered a violation of community standards. I've requested a reconsideration from FB two days ago but haven't heard back. I believe FB should not be influenced by such tactics and should reinstate my account. Moreover, they should inform users about the accusations against them and allow a chance to respond. This process lacks transparency and fairness.

My Facebook account got disabled, and it's concerning because I had three groups that took me years to set up. I never violated any policies, and I was planning to pay for my business link later. I also only had one page on Facebook. I've made several attempts to retrieve my account, but every time I try, they disable it again. I even sent a security check with my picture, but they still disabled me. The only account I need is linked to [redacted]

I have reported 3 fake Facebook pages associated with my boyfriend, Kelvin B. Two pages are fake, and the active one has been hacked by Jamel H., Tommy B., and Traimaine B. Despite filing police reports, their actions are untraceable since they are using a text app. They have been intercepting messages sent through my Facebook account and alerting me on my phone, proving they have access to all our accounts. The messages originate from a "text now" app, making it hard to track. Even with security notifications, they can still access my messenger and phone, violating our privacy. I urgently seek assistance with this matter.

I reported a Facebook page that violates numerous rules, including bullying, impersonation, unauthorized use of images, creating a fake page, mocking children (equivalent to pedophilia in my opinion), and using a law enforcement phone number for personal use. I believe I have the right to know the creator of this page so I can take legal action for severe defamation.

I received a 3-day block because I commented on a post and quoted a classmate from high school saying, "I can't wait to go kill me some Muslims." My exact quote was, "Our own soldiers, 'I can't wait to go kill me some Muslims.'" The post discussed when Christians have killed others, and it included a painting of Christians at war. I wasn't making threats or attacking anyone; I was simply quoting someone from my past. Meanwhile, someone posted a graphic image of Kermit the frog performing explicit acts on Miss Piggy, which I couldn't report. It had full nudity and explicit content, yet I'm the one banned for 3 days. I have a trip to England coming up, and I planned to blog about it on my 3rd World Life page on Facebook. Could someone please address this issue promptly?

My Facebook account was hacked, the email address was changed to a France domain, and now messages asking for credit card details are being sent to my contacts. There have also been loan application posts and suspicious links shared. My account has been inactive since Friday and my sister, Michelle Howarth, reported it as hacked today. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you, Sarah Howarth.

I am Arafat Soykot from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I received an email from Facebook on June 27th at 11:56 pm regarding a violation of their terms of service. Subsequently, my account was disabled, and a case number #[redacted][redacted] was assigned to my account. I have repeatedly tried to recover my account, providing all necessary documents, but I have not received a response yet. There is a discrepancy in my family member's birthday, which has caused confusion. I used January 7th, [redacted], instead of January 13th, [redacted], due to an error made by my primary school teacher. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance. I have been struggling with my Facebook account linked to my mobile number ending in [redacted] for the past month. Despite numerous attempts using different email addresses and IDs, I have been unable to resolve the issue and now find myself unable to use my phone number with any Facebook account. I do not wish to buy a new phone as I have used this number for years. My request is to completely delete all accounts associated with the problematic email addresses and IDs, or to have my current account reactivated. Trying to contact Facebook feels like breaking through fort knox, which is disappointing for a social platform. If possible, please reactivate my account. The issue begins when I try to upload photos and am then prompted for my mobile number, which I cannot enter as it seems to be linked to a disabled account, creating a frustrating loop. I am hopeful that my plea will not go unanswered. I am invoking GDPR laws to have my accounts removed or this account reactivated. Thank you, Mo (Moses).

Hello, I am Billy Matthews. My Facebook page has been hacked by another user. I was the sole Admin of an 8.1K member group, and now the hacker has removed me from the group. They are now the Admin, and I have been blocked from the group that I created and managed for a long time. This hacker has made other changes to my account as well, but this situation with my group is the most concerning. I am frustrated and disappointed by what has happened. I am reaching out to see if there is any way to regain access to my group. I am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this issue. If there is no solution, I understand. I hope to receive a response regarding this matter. Thank you, Billy Matthews

Hello! I have been a user of my account for over 10 years, starting in Russia with a Russian phone number. I later moved to China and attempted to add a Chinese phone number to my account. Recently, my Facebook account was compromised via my old Russian number that I forgot to remove. Despite my efforts to recover the account with my Chinese phone number, I never received the code. I even submitted my passport ID to Facebook support, but the provided link and password did not work. In desperation, I created a new account with my Chinese number to reach out to support, but had no success. I currently only have two options left to regain access: contacting the old Russian number (no longer mine) or trying to log in from a different device, which has also been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, Facebook no longer allows me to send my ID for verification. Any advice on how I can proceed with restoring my account would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your assistance.

My wife recently received an email stating there was an attempted hack on her Facebook account from Louisiana, while we are in Virginia. After clicking a link in the email by mistake, a box claiming to be from Facebook popped up, requesting identity confirmation due to recent security concerns. This message prompts us to perform a security check, select a security method, and review recent logins. We haven't proceeded with the steps as we are unsure if this is a legitimate message from Facebook or a fraudulent one. We are now unable to access any Facebook accounts from the involved computer. Our main concern is determining the authenticity of this message from Facebook and if we should comply with the instructions provided. If this is a scam, we seek guidance on the appropriate actions to take. Thank you, Ray W.

I was reported for identity theft on Facebook, even though I used my real name, Amber John Gomez, on my account. The person I was accused of copying, Amberlinn Rose Lee, has a different name. I'm a male, so the names are not identical. I have appealed to Facebook three times now, including attaching my birth certificate and a photo. I am still waiting on a response. I find their system frustrating. My account is essential to me, and I need access restored. Facebook should investigate the report and give me back access to my account.

After switching from Verizon to at&t, I encountered issues logging into my account due to the delay in transferring my number between carriers. Despite no longer having the old phone, I tried to access the account but didn't receive any verification codes. I exceeded the code request limit and attempted to verify my identity with no luck. I only used one device to log in (now returned to Verizon), and it's frustrating as I lack access to my messages from loved ones who have passed. I greatly appreciate any assistance during this difficult time.

Hello, I posted about pet tarantulas and got in touch with Samuel Dittmer. I paid him $[redacted] for spiders, but he didn't ask for my address initially. He kept delaying sending the spiders, and when I asked for a refund suspecting a scam, he said he deposited the money. However, my bank confirmed no deposit. I want my money back and for him to stop cheating people. If he doesn't cooperate, I may have to take further action, which I hope to avoid. Any assistance is appreciated.

I forgot my Facebook password due to my forgetfulness. Usually, when I need to reset my password, the link goes to my alternate email, [redacted], but this time it required access to my original Facebook email, [redacted], which I can't access because I forgot the password years ago. I usually rely on the alternate email for password resets, but now I'm stuck as it wants access to my original email. I reached out to Yahoo support to retrieve my old email, but it was deleted due to inactivity. Since I used it for years without opening it, I failed to recover it. Now, I'm unable to access my Facebook because of this issue. Is there a way to regain access to my original email or update it to prompt password resets to my current email?

I have a friend who lives abroad, and we use Messenger to avoid international charges while communicating. A few days ago, after chatting, I woke up to find a message saying I couldn't reply and his profile picture was gone, making me think he had blocked me for some unknown reason. But then I got another message from him this morning, asking where I went. I'm still unable to respond, though I can receive his messages. I tried reaching him through my sister's account, but when she searched for him, his profile was nowhere to be found. He only uses Messenger, not Facebook. It seems he hasn't deleted his account or blocked me. I'm unsure what's happening and am worried. I have no other way to contact him to explain this situation. Is there a way to fix this on my end?
